ADOPTION GENERAL RULES:
Posted 2 months agoThis journal is to list all the rules to follow when adopting a character I resell.
FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THOSE RULES WILL RESULT IN BEING ADDED TO THE BLOCKLIST AND EXCLUDED FROM ALL ADOPTS!
I will keep a copy of the blocklist users and will not make it public; however, all offers from blocked users will be automatically declined or omitted.
Terms of Service:
- I have permission from the artists to sell the characters placed for re-adoption.
- Once a character has been sold, I'll place them in the sold/closed file, and after that, delete them.
- Sales or trades of all adopted and designed items must be consulted with me before the transaction and cannot be done without my permission.
- Depending on the characters I've placed for re-adoption, you are allowed to use the character for either personal use, commercial use or both.
- Please credit the artworks, design, base design and artist/designer at least once if you repost the original file.
- Do not use the adopted character for AI or NFTs.
- Do not use the adopted character in a defamatory or extremely offensive manner, including:
Pedophilia, nappy fetishism, watersports, coprophilia, bestiality, animal genitalia, any hyper fetishes, smegma, rape, incest, abuse, racism, homophobia, plushophilia, necrophilia, torture, blood play, mutilation and cannibalism.
- You may use the character for mild kinks or consensual role-play, including:
Feet play, BDSM, dirty talking, fighting/wrestling, small dom/big sub, big dom/small sub, sex toys, size difference, monsters, biting, glory holes and clothes.
Change to Design:
- Depending on the artist's permission, you are free to make changes to the character regarding their age, sex, height, eye colour, etc.
- You can add new things to the character for your own use, but not alter the original design. Again, please credit the original design at least once. (If you are unsure what changes you can make, you can contact me or the artists who made the adopts, and we can find a solution.)
- You can give your character a name, back story, what they like or dislike, etc.
Reselling and Trading:
- The characters I sell are non-refundable/returnable.
- You will have 24 hours to pay or forfeit your claim. Failure to do so will result in you being blocked.
- You can sell or trade the character you bought, but not for a higher price than you paid if it's sold on its own. You will have to inform me of such a transaction.
- If you decide to add any artwork of the character you obtained through commissions, you can add the value of those works to the transactions if you choose to do so and if the artist you commissioned is fine with such a trade.
- Any gift art or trade art is excluded from the value calculation.
- You are not permitted to resell the character immediately after purchase. You have to retain the character for at least 30 days before selling it.
- You are allowed to gift or trade the character to your friend. You will need to disclose who will be the owner of the character and inform them of the user agreement.
Note: This general adoption rules journal is still a work in progress, but it primarily covers the rules for adopting the characters I resell.

Offline for One Week

I want to inform you all that I'll be offline for a week until the 3rd of March.
The reason is that I'll be going on a holiday soon.
