Hiya guys, I decided to do a MYO event in which there will be rules.
But you guys get to design your very own Kiso'Joukai!
I haven't had the motivation to work on my babies in a long time.
So in turn, I wanted to create this for you guys.
There is no base, I want to see what you guys can do and your styles!

Other Name: Dragons Of The Universe
Planet: Kizores
Galaxy: Zentairee
The Origin of Kiso’Joukai
Long ago before the Kiso’s reigned, there was another race before them named Kintu’Mihugai. A highly intelligent and advanced feralized race in tune with nature and their overall surroundings down to a T. They were known as the most beautiful cosmic dragons known in the universe so much so to a point that hunters began to appear one by one. Eventually over time an organization had formed their reason? Kintu’Mihugai possessed scales more powerful than military grade steel x10 over. They were opalescent in color and shined with such brilliance that it took so much to scuff them up and damage them. Hunters wanted these prized scales for their own to create impenetrable armors so they were practically invincible.
As the species were becoming less in numbers they were growing vulnerable and scared, they feared for their lives more than anything. Often times the warriors would sacrifice themselves to save their families. Only problem was this didn’t stop the hunters in their tracks they hungered for more and eventually slaughtered the families of those who sacrificed themselves for the greater good. It wasn’t until the ancient of the species was left, the most powerful of the race was purposely saved for last as these hunters sought him as the legendary game and planned to have the Kintu’s head as a trophy to show off their victory.
This leader went by the name of Koonumari, the oldest and most well defined of the Kintu’s who possessed more power than the rest of the race and taught many that were so much younger. When it was time to give up his own power, he sacrificed his soul and every ounce of energy within his being. As time went on there was great silence within the cosmos, there was a greater imbalance of power and control as the elements clashed and caused more mayhem then ever thought possible. It wasn’t until a massive nebula formed creating a celestial plain; from then on a God awoken, it happened to be the resurrected form of Koonumari but with a different name, appearance and species. He called himself Aretemizu Numari a god of Creation.
From then onward he created five other gods to help him in controlling the imbalance that was happening within the universe. They all possessed their own element to control over they were named the following, Vaseer, The god of Darkness and Corruption, Lukor the God of Light and Purity, Iranii the Goddess of Death and Afterlife, Ooranu the Goddess of Life and Birth and lastly, Midir the God of Destruction and Despair. However they needed additional help as it was too much for them to handle on their own.
It was said that during this time frame two gods even higher than Aretemizu had created a galaxy that need inhabiting. They adopted the name Zentairee which in Aretemizu’s language meant something unique that no one has yet to decipher. It was then instructed in them that they created a species to harness these elements to restore what was lost. They created the elements from the ground up and how they branched out from each other and how each element influenced each other’s creation. Those who influenced the creation at the beginning of time had long since passed on due to physical exhaustion, natural causes or otherwise.
As the species grew they branched and became a single element on their own without being overwhelmed by too many at once. It was then that a select group of elements were made to be secondary demigods if you will. While they possessed a lot of power, they were very rarely ever seen on the surface of the new planet. Which was happily called Kizores, an enormous planet that was within the ‘goldilocks zone’ of the Galaxy.
Further Definition
Kiso’Joukai is an alien race from the planet Kizores in a neighboring galaxy next to the Milkyway and Andromeda. It can almost be seen through a high powered telescope however it’s not near as visible as Andromeda is to Earth. Now I know what you’re probably thinking, what makes them an elemental dragon? Kiso’Joukai is a humanoid race without possessing human DNA. They are 100% Draconic but with a unique twist. They are sentient to a fault; they possess the intelligence to great magnificent futuristic technologies while possessing a primal and feral instinct that happened to be imbedded within their genetics since their creation.
This primal and feral instinct only truly came out when it came time to hunt, feed, or otherwise fight and challenge other opponents to a duel often times to the death. Carnivorous by nature, they were also found being rather omnivorous for certain native fruits and veggies on their world. However their intelligence has made them to be known as the most dangerously smart beasts known, their wits and cunning were enough to out-smart enemies. They were tactical, they were strategic. They even went as far as to developing an Umbrella-Monarchy creating a Central Kingdom followed by for other Kingdom’s that settled on each point of the compass; North, South, East and West. Their technology advanced so far as to creating their own Military as well as more facilities that spread to different job occupations throughout the planet. But what was more interesting was how each element came to be…
Due to how they were created they were created by an Elemental Influential Balancing, that means that the EIB caused the head elements to great sub elements that control their own front such as Celestials > Heaven > Light > Chi so on and so forth. Such as a Devil > Hell > Darkness > Shadow > Nightmare > Nightshade. However; due to this EIB over thousands of years there is 0% possibility of a throwback genetic in offspring. Their element has branched out over thousands of years that they became their own and can only reproduce one of their own if breeding with an individual of the same elemental. There is a POSSIBILITY their history could trace back to the EIB but that would take a very long time to fully decipher for an individual. A scientist may be able to date a individuals history back a couple generations however it can get lost in the genetic field due to the rapid change of the EIB within the history.
The species were tall, humanoid in appearance but their anatomy was considerably different in which they possessed longer arms than humans, their hands were a little bigger and bulbous almost werewolf like. They produced non-retractable claws on their hands and feet (the exception to Nightshades which can retract theirs) As well as Digi grade legs canid in appearance but heavily draconic and powerful. Possessing up to 3 to 4 toes and at rare occurrences 5 toes depending on their genetics and what was floating around within their family to create such.
The species thrived and just so happened to survive happily for a guesstimate of 900,000 years, during that time span they had developed a lot of technology for space travel from plants to galaxies. As well as later on adopting more technology from a brother industry which aided in advancing the tech even further as well as including new and unique equipment that really broaden the horizons of what Kisonian Technology is today.
Though during the earlier years before the brother industry, Hectrac Industries, came into play. The Kiso’Joukai had decided to take on missions to Milkyway Galaxy to visit Earth for research purposes. Those who were granted special permissions from high ranking officers such as the Commander or King we’re able to go as long as they possessed a Stellar License. This License allowed them special access to ships that carried supplies that they needed for their journey. Though Kiso’s did not go to Earth the way they looked in appearance, in turn of gaining a Stellar License they were also given Collars that gave them human disguises when worn to fit in with the earthlings.
During the time of their research visits it was then that the Human scientists would capture these extraterrestrials for their own research. They would remove these collars with force to return the specimens back into their original forms. Research included their Behavior due to the abrupt change in attitude becoming more hostile and aggressive. Humans then later related them more to Wolves and their hierarchy of how a pack operates.
When humans noticed more of these Kiso's start to appear a panic started, they believed these beasts would enslave mankind, harvest them of their food and resources and take over the planet. However; humans were the silly little apes that would believe anything the higher ups would tell them. Until the King of the race came to earth to talk to the 'leader' aka the President named James Richardson. James then requested planetary peace and treaty, letting him and the rest of the human race know that the Kiso's mean no harm. James did do just that and announced it to the entire world... However that didn't stop any anti-kiso organizations though. Researchers later discovered that there was a prophecy placed about dragon-humanoids appearing on Earth in the future, they called them "Dragons who control the Universe" it was rumored that these beasts could control every element in existence including natural disasters.
What you CAN do with your Kiso
Give them a wardrobe selection; anything at all
Give them piercings
Give them scars
You can even make them have missing limbs!
If a Kiso has no tail, they are unable to balance or walk.
You can make them be in non-commercial stories
You can develop a back story, personality, whatever it is you want
You're more than welcomed to commission people and get art of your character
You are allowed to pair your Kiso's
Or commission her for offspring results. (Child Lineart will be seen soon)
They are not a discriminating species! Homosexuality exists!

Kiso'Joukai civilization as a whole is far more younger compared to the whole human civilization, but the technology is near match or on par with earths. Due to a mysterious force which lie's on the planet of Kizores.

However their intelligence has made them to be known as the most dangerously smart beasts known, their wits and cunning were enough to out-smart enemies. They were tactical, they were strategic. They even went as far as to developing an Umbrella-Monarchy creating a Central Kingdom followed by for other Kingdom’s that settled on each point of the compass; North, South, East and West. Their technology advanced so far as to creating their own Military as well as more facilities that spread to different job occupations throughout the planet. But what was more interesting was how each element came to be…
Due to how they were created they were created by an Elemental Influential Balancing, that means that the EIB caused the head elements to great sub elements that control their own front such as Celestials > Heaven > Light > Chi so on and so forth. Such as a Devil > Hell > Darkness > Shadow > Nightmare > Nightshade. However; due to this EIB over thousands of years there is 0% possibility of a throwback genetic in offspring. Their element has branched out over thousands of years that they became their own and can only reproduce one of their own if breeding with an individual of the same elemental. There is a POSSIBILITY their history could trace back to the EIB but that would take a very long time to fully decipher for an individual. A scientist may be able to date a individuals history back a couple generations however it can get lost in the genetic field due to the rapid change of the EIB within the history.
The species were tall, humanoid in appearance but their anatomy was considerably different in which they possessed longer arms than humans, their hands were a little bigger and bulbous almost werewolf like. They produced non-retractable claws on their hands and feet (the exception to Nightshades which can retract theirs) As well as Digi grade legs canid in appearance but heavily draconic and powerful. Possessing up to 3 to 4 toes and at rare occurrences 5 toes depending on their genetics and what was floating around within their family to create such.
The species thrived and just so happened to survive happily for a guesstimate of 900,000 years, during that time span they had developed a lot of technology for space travel from plants to galaxies. As well as later on adopting more technology from a brother industry which aided in advancing the tech even further as well as including new and unique equipment that really broaden the horizons of what Kisonian Technology is today.
Though during the earlier years before the brother industry, Hectrac Industries, came into play. The Kiso’Joukai had decided to take on missions to Milkyway Galaxy to visit Earth for research purposes. Those who were granted special permissions from high ranking officers such as the Commander or King we’re able to go as long as they possessed a Stellar License. This License allowed them special access to ships that carried supplies that they needed for their journey. Though Kiso’s did not go to Earth the way they looked in appearance, in turn of gaining a Stellar License they were also given Collars that gave them human disguises when worn to fit in with the earthlings.
During the time of their research visits it was then that the Human scientists would capture these extraterrestrials for their own research. They would remove these collars with force to return the specimens back into their original forms. Research included their Behavior due to the abrupt change in attitude becoming more hostile and aggressive. Humans then later related them more to Wolves and their hierarchy of how a pack operates.
When humans noticed more of these Kiso's start to appear a panic started, they believed these beasts would enslave mankind, harvest them of their food and resources and take over the planet. However; humans were the silly little apes that would believe anything the higher ups would tell them. Until the King of the race came to earth to talk to the 'leader' aka the President named James Richardson. James then requested planetary peace and treaty, letting him and the rest of the human race know that the Kiso's mean no harm. James did do just that and announced it to the entire world... However that didn't stop any anti-kiso organizations though. Researchers later discovered that there was a prophecy placed about dragon-humanoids appearing on Earth in the future, they called them "Dragons who control the Universe" it was rumored that these beasts could control every element in existence including natural disasters.

You can even make them have missing limbs!
If a Kiso has no tail, they are unable to balance or walk.

When dealing with Kiso'Joukai, Skelehounds, and the latter how is it they are able to mate with other species with different DNA'S?
Kiso'Joukai are very strict sort of race, usually they mate within their own species, most of the time, within their own elemental breed. When it comes to a Kiso breeding with a human, it's possible. But the chances of offspring are rather slim and well very dangerous. Sometimes if a human female is carrying the child of a male kisonian (while in a human-disguise) the development of the child could cause serious harm to the female. Usually due to how fast the fetus can develop, in relation to the time it takes for the human female body to accommodate the size of the growing fetus, could rupture her insides. The success rate of a half human / half kisonian coming into existence is relatively small, usually a 5% chance. Normally a halfling like that wouldn't survive very long either. In terms of a Kisonian being able to mate with a Skelehound successfully is void, their DNA cannot mix and if they do it's usually deadly for either parent. Skelehound and an Incugonis mating is possible as their genetics can mingle successfully, however they are a rival race toward each other and stick to their own kind. They usually kill off any offspring that half different DNA in them aside from their own. That was the exception when Hexebus existed, Being a half Skelehound half Incugonis "Skelegonis" through mating a female Skelehound "Malo" to a male Incugonis "Samren" he was naturally protected by a surrogate mother from either species trying to kill him off so he could survive and take over the Nruemoell kingdom.

Kiso's can in fact see normal as well as UV and Infrared spectrum. However it greatly is dependent on the breed element on hand. Electrical elementals such as Thunders, Lightning, Plasma, Tesla can see UV light in which they are drawn to it as it is a source of energy if they're exhausted. Other Kiso's such as Devils, Fires, Nightmares, Darks any of the elements within this spectrum can see Infrared light and normal light. Which makes them deadly predators if they are hunting at night.. (Kiso's, as a whole, can see in Night Vision as well)

Kiso's by nature are able to dismiss the use of their wings and summon them at will, normally if a Kiso is seen with their wings out it's usually a sign they desire utmost freedom and do not wish to be held down or controlled. Rebellious nature as others may view it as.

By standard their blood and flesh color are as blue as Linkaton's. But as the years progressed and they began to 'mutate / evolve' if you will they began developing different shades of color in their blood. Purple / Dark purple blood is also a close-standard while Black is considered 'Sick' and Red is considered a 'Curse'. Any other color that may be present can be considered abnormal and very strange. (Their flesh and inner mouth reflect their blood color in different hues, it's EXTREMELY rare to see their mouth color being a different shade other than what their blood color is.)
Would there be anyway to get a Kiso if you're unable to use real money?

Surprisingly they are pretty rare, and when they are born they are highly revered. Mainly because within the kisonian culture. They are depicted as the essence of potent fertility and beauty. They are exotic in their natural balance of masculine and feminine features, even if a intersex is more masculine than feminine or vice-versa. They are treated with respect even by Royalty.

These are forms that are common to the species, since they are a Dragon Race
Anthro forms are always a few feet larger than their natural state, and their dragon forms are always larger than that, depending on their element their sizes heavily varies.

Also known as a Disguise form to conceal themselves and mingle with humans.
Human form can only be obtained through Military Collars;
They are rarely ever seen as medallions or necklaces,
unless it was to make it less suspicious.
Those who have these collars are usually apart of military families or are apart of the Military itself taking missions to earth.
Forms that occur with Specific Elements
Certain elements bare specific abilities to their breed or element, not all elements have these. Shapeshifting deals with a limited amount of animalistic / beast / alien forms that a Kiso will take, most of the time aren't necessarily used to fighting since a Kiso would gain the instincts and characteristics of said species they shapeshift into.
Ones that say Restricted are due to various reasons with the AOD Graphic Novel they are not open elements, minus the two listed as common.

Mutations are currently not available for use in future Customs or Adopts yet.
A lot of Kiso's have a lot of the same basic body shapes n what not that makes them their species.
But what about mutations that make some individuals more unique?
Large floppy ears, multiple horns
multiple tails, multiple wings, or small flightless wings
There's already a specific mutation that deals with a dominant element in appearance,
while their secondary element is dominant in what they wield.
So example:
You're a Fire Kiso (Appearance dominant)
But you have Dark Kiso elemental powers
it's a extremely rare mutation / birth defect.

as their markings are apart of what makes them their breed elements.She wishes you would change the character so they do not bare any association with her personal species.

- RULES -
- 1. If you re-draw the custom you are given, you must ALWAYS give me credit for the species.
* If you don't, I can and will report you for art theft and I can and will take the custom away from you.

- FACTS & INFO -
1. Kiso's are a Alien race that means they are not from Earth but from another galaxy called Zentairee but their planet is called Kizores.
2. They are oxygen breathers, if they go on a planet that has no oxygen they have to wear masks.
3. Their gravity is significantly less than earths, with a very high Oxygen count, which also explains their extraordinary heights.
4. Kiso's normally have 3 to 4 toes; there are rare occurrences of a Kiso developing a dew claw like a theropod (t-rex)
5. Kiso's can communicate without the use of a language, considering they are dragons they can produce various vocal sounds such as purrs, clicks, chitters, chuffs, growls, snarls, and roars.
6. Depending on the breed or elemental mix 90% of the time Kiso's do not have retractable claws.
7. Depending on the breed or element, Specific Kiso's are able to extend the claws on their hands but only by an extra inch or two.
8. Depending on the breed element, they can communicate through the means of bio-luminescence within their skin cells by flashing them in specific patterns. Those current breeds are; Aurora's, Devil's, Bioluminescence's, Water's (depending on the aquatic animal they are Based on (Not Mixed with!), Neon, and Shadow.
9. Due to these luminescent cells; Kiso's are capable of using this as a way of intimidation, threat displays, and confusing feral predators such as Ultimidons or Felicomimus.

Give them piercings
Give them scars
You can even make them have missing limbs!
Just know if it's their tail their balance is perma fucked and they wont be able to walk properly ever again.
You can change up things to show off age
You can make them be in non-commercial stories
You can develop a back story, personality, whatever it is you want
You're more than welcomed to commission people and get art of your character
You are allowed to pair your Kiso but please ask Linkaton permission

They can be in male x male, girl x girl, or girl x guy love I don't mind XD

Give them a wardrobe selection; anything at all
Give them piercings
Give them scars
You can even make them have missing limbs!
Just know if it's their tail their balance is perma fucked and they wont be able to walk properly ever again.
You can change up things to show off age
You can make them be in non-commercial stories
You can develop a back story, personality, whatever it is you want
You're more than welcomed to commission people and get art of your character
You are allowed to pair your Kiso but please ask Linkaton permission
Or commission her for offspring results. (Child Lineart will be seen soon)
They can be in male x male, girl x girl, or girl x guy love I don't mind XD
If you got a Kiso from me you're welcomed to reupload it so as long as I am
absolutely credited for the species; if you forget I will personally remind you.
* What you CANNOT do with your Kiso
Make a profit off of them via stories / comics, As long as it's just a personal / free comic
Change their species into something else without explicit permission
Change their element to something else
Make offspring without asking Linkaton permission first
Resell or trade the design without explicit permission first (Chances are I'll still say No.)
* Misc.
If you have a dragon design in mind for your kiso; show it to me chances are
I may accept the concept which may go towards that element as a whole please keep that in mind.
90% of the population of their species originates on their home world of Kizores
Their oxygen count is roughly between 150% - 200% that much more than Earth's
Their Gravity is 30% - 40% lighter than Earth's gravity
Kizores is roughly about 1 - 2x the size of Earth
Kizores is located in a galaxy neighboring Andromeda & Milky way
NEW Kizores has a day cycle of 48 hours, twice of earths rotation.
NEW Kiso'Joukai civilization as a whole is far more younger compared to the whole human civilization,
but the technology is near match or on par with earths.
Due to a mysterious force which lie's on the planet of Kizores.
