I will also be participating but have to run things a bit differently as I have an additional job to work around. So here is how its gonna work. On October 21st through October 31st I'll post a journal each day titled "LIGHTS ON" When you see the journal comment "Trick or treat" and link ONE FLAT COLORED REFERENCE SHEET.
The journal will be left up for ONE hour, When it closes I'll use a random name picker to choose 3 winners to receive there "Treats" They will be surprises! Meaning I will choose how much I want to draw, and how much detail I want to put in. THESE WILL ALL BE SFW ART!
I will post these journals during random times ONCE each day. IF you win one, you are done. Meaning you CANNOT win another this year! PLEASE only enter on ONE account, if you are found to have entered/and or win using multiple accounts to enter you will be barred from entering any freebie journals I post.
Look for the first journal Sunday October 21st!
If you are a winner PLEASE be patient waiting for your gift! Again I do have a job and owed commissions to finished which take priority. I will try to have them all finished by the end of November! I live, sorry for the sudden Hiatus
Posted 7 years agoSo.... I didn't intend to just.. go off the radar. I've been dealing with personal stuff but things have seemed to have calmed down so... Updates!
I have two commissions and one trade that I need to finish before anything else and I plan to be finished with them by the end of November.
I am also going to work on updating my Trello info, Commission prices and what I offer.
I am NOT planning to open for any commissions until I've Finished what I owe and have put together a new price list and figured all that out.
I do plan on possibly posting some of the sketches and doodles I've done while away.

Not dead not quite alive
Posted 7 years agoFirst, an apology for dropping off the face of the world here. My new job left me a bit exhausted and life seemed to just get in the way of everything. I've spent most of these past few weeks simply sleeping. To those curious about my commission/Trello. I am refunding and canceling my Queue with a couple exceptions. So by the end of this month my Queue will be empty and closed. I won't be accepting commissions for a while. I am going to try and focus on just drawing things I want to draw and things I want to improve on and things I love. I may stream here and there for the company.
To be honest, I'm just not quite ready to take one a bunch of commissions. I may offer YCH's and Adopts but as far as commission slots those will be closed for the time being. I'll try and keep you guys updated and post art here and there.

Posted 7 years ago So I got the job I interviewed for. I'm really excited to be able to have a more scheduled life and to get out of the house during the week more than the weekly shopping trip for food and stuffs. I'm starting my training today and this week. So Commissions will be put on hold this week as I'll be focusing a lot of my time to training and the new job. I will try and crank out some work tomorrow if I'm not too tired. I'll be taking a job where I'll be mostly moving and on my feet for several hours if not all day as apposed from just sitting at a desk most of the day so my energy will be low as my body gets used to the changes. I apologize for the inconveniences. If you would like a refund or partial refund instead of waiting please send me a note and we can discuss it! (Please note if I've started your commission you will get what I have completed and a partial refund. YOU MAY take the sketch/ partly completed work to another artist but I am to be CREDITED for the work that I did. Thank you)

Posted 7 years agoSo I have a working interview for a part time job today at a dog daycare place near by. If all goes well I should have a good part time job. This will slightly effect commission turn around times but I could use some steady income currently as my husband and I prepare for the next steps in our life :3

I was worried this might be off putting but someone pledged 50$ (my highest tier) and did not respond to any messages I sent and I was notified that they're account was removed by Patreon. I can only assume they were a bot or someone looking to try and re-post Patreon only art.. sad for them that I AM NOT DOING PAYWALLS!

Posted 7 years agoI've been sick all weekend I managed to sit up and get a daily sketch done but it was near agonizing and gave me a massive headache. I'm taking cold meds and trying to keep hydrated and just trying to get better.
I am hoping that I'll be better tomorrow. If not I'll sadly only be able to complete the daily sketch that's due...
I'm sorry everyone I wanted to start this week with a bang and get lots of stuff done but I literally spent all weekend trying to sooth a sore throat and stop coughing up a lung.. with little success..
If it goes longer than another day or two I'll go see the doctor for stronger meds.

Posted 7 years agoI know its early.. but I'll be busy this week cranking out the last of my Queue and I'll be out of town for new years.. So I'm doing it early X3
So to start off the updates...
I'm going to be removing options from my commissions. I will no longer be offering:
Line Art commissions- I only got ONE of these all year so pretty much self explanatory
Icon Commission- I haven't gotten any ordered this year either ^.^"
Refsheet Commissions- I simply have a lot of trouble being motivated to draw them at all. I will STILL BE OFFERING Design commissions!
I will be redoing my Commission Price sheet to reflect these changes and I may lower some prices too.
NOW TO THE RESOLUTIONS!
~ Set and keep more daily/weekly goals to get commission completed faster.
~Remember to post finished artwork within a week of completing it!
~Remember to link commissioners to my Review and feedback journal along with their finished commission
~Draw something for myself at least ONCE a month
~Practice Shading and Digital Painting at least ONCE a month
~Advertise Commission openings/specials Once a day
~ Try and Sketch something on the Ipad everyday (because I need to get used to using it for cons and such!)
