YOU do not have the RIGHT to Note People who commission me and tell them how shitty or unfair it is that they don't commission YOU. Its Their money and MY time. They can spend THEIR money on Whatever they want. That's like saying it's not fair that someone shops at Walmart but not Target. Instead of LASHING out at potential commissioners FOR YOURSELF, get off your high horse and put in the TIME, the HOURS, and work on improving.
Your favorite artists didn't get to where they are getting people to bay hundreds of dollars for their art by telling other artists commissioners that they are horrible people for commissioning the artists they like.

- PRICING & PAYMENT -
Using Paypal...
I will ask for your PayPal email address so I may send you an invoice. Do not send me payment in any other way, it will be REFUNDED. (exception is for In stream commissions and Daily sketches)

Payment is due upfront for any commissions under $100. With payment plans available for commissions greater than $100.
​ - Payment plans will vary depending on the final cost and the circumstance.
- You will receive WIP’s with heavy watermarking until I have full payment, upon full payment you will receive full resolution of the final image.

At least partial (for payment plans) or full payment is due in the next 24 hours after confirmation, unless otherwise discussed.
If you fail to pay within the decided time frame, you will lose you slot to a pending eligible client. If you do not contact me or pay within 72 hours I will cancel your commission.

I DO NOT ACCEPT Second Life or IMVU Ref sheets to use for artwork.
- I will accept several FLAT COLORED artworks to show markings and color IF LABELED correctly (example: X image for color of hair X image for color of body X image for fur pattern)
- Ref Sheets may be SFW or NSFW, they CAN be shaded but please provide a color pallet of the base colors. You may give written description and color pallets of details not shown on your ref pictures.
- I WILL work with a detailed description of your character for an extra fee. (Exception: is if you are ordering a Character Design Commission!)
- Any art you wish to have drawn by me must be within proper copyright. I will not do art of someone else's character without their permission as well. (Surprise gifts for friends can be negotiated)

- REFUNDS -
Due to Paypal Fees and my time, if you are in need of a refund please discuss it with me! I can only refund 100% of the commission, or less depending on how much I have worked on your project.
If the circumstances lead me to cancel the project myself, you will be reimbursed the full 100%.
Once the work is completed, I cannot refund it.
If pose sketch was given to commissioner as WIP and the commission was then canceled ONLY I (the artist) Has the right to use that WIP for other commission or YCH or personal work. The commissioner is NOT allowed to use the WIP pose sketch in any way whatsoever!

Regarding Chargebacks..
If for some reason your PayPal account is not working, or authorizes a refund request without you knowing somehow, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.
Issuing a chargeback without contacting me in order to cancel, or refund, a project will result in an IMMEDIATE BLACKLISTING for you, your email address, and anyone sharing your paypal account; including side accounts.

Please note that all of my sales are "Digital Artwork" who's "Intellectual Property" is purchased by the client. And nothing is ever intended, by either me or client, to be physically shipped to them. Occasionally, the pay method provided by the client will mark a transaction as 'not shipped'. If there is a certain time frame that you would like your commission done in, PLEASE DISCUSS IT WITH ME. From there I will do my best to schedule your project in to have it finished in a timely manner.

I generally begin projects in order of the payments that were received.

Turn around Time
My current turnaround time is roughly ONE MONTH from the date you ordered your commission.
-Typically turnaround time is FAR less than that but depends on my Current Queue.
Asking for WIP’s WILL SLOW DOWN my work. As I have to wait for you to approve steps before I can continue working. Thus if you take 2 days to approve the pose sketch I am 2 days BEHIND in work for you.

ADOPTABLE TERMS OF SERVICE


1.) You may resell for what you paid for it or less.
1.2) If the adoptable comes with additional art/crafts you may charge more BUT must be a fair price

2.) You may trade them for something else.
2.2) Trades MUST be fair to both parties

3.) You may make edits BUT ONLY ON NEW ARTWORK!

4.) You may repost with proper credit. I actually encourage this.

5.) You may NOT resell the designs for more than what you paid for them. (See stipulations above in 1-1.2)

6.) Do NOT make drastic edits to the design. . (Missing limbs and other appendages are okay just don't take a green tiger and change it into a blue and pink sparkle dog.)

7.) DO NOT BUY AN ADOPT FOR FODDER! (meaning do NOT buy a character from me if they are just going to be killed/eaten by other characters)

8.) You may NOT change imperative traits to my closed concepts!! Please stick their species guidelines unless otherwise stated!

9.) You may NOT edit or alter MY original artwork or design!

9.1) if you would like small changes to the original (ie: eye color/ add or remove a small marking) you MAY request so AT TIME OF PURCHASE! (I cannot guarantee I will have the original file later on!)

9.2) You MAY request large edits to be made to adopts (ie gender change, main color change) for an additional fee that we will agree upon

Character Design Terms Of Service


Upon Commissioning a Character Design the Commissioner must Supply the following information VIA NOTE or E-mail:

Species
Gender
Color Pallet (CLEARLY marking what colors are to be used for what part of the design)
Pattern: (Markings/spots)
Other info: (Any specific item,mark,tattoo, ect. that needs to be depicted)
Stream?: (Do you want your design streamed?)

- Once I have the final design completed the Commissioner may approve or reject/ask for changes to be made.
-If changes need to be made I will need DETAILED information on what needs to be changed.
-If whole design is rejected I will re-do the design ONCE MORE after being given detailed info for new design.
-If whole design is rejected I RESERVE the right to sell or keep the rejected design.
-If after changes are made/or a new design is finished, the design is still rejected I will set a time to work on the design by Private or Public Stream for an additional charge per hour.

-If The Commissioner wants the design Streamed a date and time will be arranged.
-During the stream I will work by the Commissioners note and additional input from the commissioner while streaming.
-At the Finished coloring stage I will ask the Commissioner to approve or reject the Design, at that point I will alter any "Small" changes ( markings, marking color, eye color, ect.Complete recolors will cost a small fee)
-If the Finished Design is rejected the Commissioner will be charged a fee per hour to continue the Character Design.

Mini Rant Below:

I really dislike that it has gotten to this point.. but guys... getting 18 Notes from one person with the same questions or jumbled information is frustrating, filling out commission forms only to have someone cancel because they over commissioned and didn't look at my TOS or Price guide is frustrating.

Being noted and asked three different times "What do you charge for this" "What examples do you have of this" "What is your current style"... unacceptable. The information is plastered on my page! Asking what my style is?... guys.. just.. look at my gallery. Its right there.. I don't have like 2 or 3 different styles.. its all the same! lol.

General Info:
-Body Shape is Fox Like
-About a foot and a half tall in feral form (The Fuma may have an anthro form)
-Fluffy antennas- the fluffy part usually brightly colored to lure in prey.
-Fuma’s have retractable claws, the outer claws curve outwards while the middle claws remains straight.
-The paw pads on the toes are shaped like upside down tears.
-Fuma’s have large ears
-Fuma's have two tails. It is a rarity to see one with only one tail
-Fuma’s are shy and very submissive creatures. They often hide instead of run or fight.
-Fuma’s use their claws to climb into tall trees and sleep on the thick branches.
-Their eyes, tongues and paw pads glow and during the night the furry ends of their antennas glow as well.
_Fuma tongues are thin and long with a forked end. (Can be several inches long)
-Fuma’s coats come in many patterns and colors (Most Base colors are dark colors with bright color patterns.)

Habitats
-Fuma's are very adaptable creatures. They can be found in just about all climates and places. They prefer places with tall trees to escape predators.

Diet
-Fuma's are omnivores Meaning they eat a little bit of everything. They will eat fruits and vegetables as well as meat.
-Fuma's can usually be found hunting birds in trees using their retractable claws to climb and maneuver through the trees.
-Fuma's usually love to eat fruit.

I don't put forms in free art journals to hinder your chances at art or to make it harder on you. I put forms in these journals so it is EASIER on me.

PAY Attention to what I am offering! - If I say that I am offering head shots don't ask me to include markings that are on your character's arms.

Remember the word FREE! - like many other artists on this site I am almost always willing to get PAID to draw your character. Do not treat me like you are doing me a favor by allowing me to draw your character for FREE.

If you want to nitpick everything about your character - Commission Me! one thing that drives me crazy is when people complain about the littlest flaws on FREE Art of their characters. Now if I forget your character has 3 arms then ASK me to fix it, but if I forget a freckle under your characters eye don't complain to me about it and for the love of whatever you define as God don't do this:"Thanks, looks great would be better if you remembered her freckle but that okay I guess" ... Do you really think this comment makes me want to go back and add the damn freckle? Uh... No! Please don't do this...

Don't expect to get something - In most cases my free art will not be first come first serve and I will pick through and draw who I want. If you are going to be upset that you didn't get anything probably not a good idea to post a ref. If you want art from me... COMMISSION ME it is the only FOR SURE way to get art of your character drawn (keep in mind I can still decline commissions but in most cases I wont.)

Don't expect to get the same thing as someone else - In most cases I try to draw everyone the same thing, (example: colored head shots, or shaded busts) but sometimes I may not feel like shading like I did for someone else. Suck it up and be happy you got your character drawn for free, because odds are someone who posted in my journal did not get anything.

Salunraes are a CLOSED Species created by me and  Feugen and drawn by  Onyxwings*This means you can NOT create your own! The only way to get one is to adopt one from me!)

Salunraes (Say-Loon-Rays With emphasis on Say and Ray rather then Loon )

The Salunraes are a mythical species. They are often very shy and tend to hide from mortal sight, however they are also a very curious species. What makes them so curious, as well as a defining trait that marks them as what they are, is their abilities to see the bonding Auras that link mortals together. Each of us are tethered to our friends, family and enemies by strings of glowing light which changes colors depending on each mortals feelings towards each other. These bonds are only seen be the Salunraes can. The Salunraes live off of mortal Aura's drawing in small portions of a mortals Aura in a moment of time into their jewel where the energy is pushed to flow through their bodies. They may also eat mortal foods but in order to keep themselves healthy they must feed from a mortals Aura regularly. (Each Aura depending on the mortals feelings at the time will have different taste... bliss and happiness will have a sweet taste while anger and hate would have a bitter taste and so forth)

Both Males and females, Feral and Anthro forms, have their own bonds of light connecting their ears loosely which change color according to their feelings at the time. Also both have jewels formed in the hallow of their throats, the jewels as well as their eyes reflect their current thought and feelings (It is possible for their eyes to be of different colors.) It is Possible, though VERY RARE to find a Salunrae who has no color in their eyes, these are often called Blind Ones, and sadly are cast out from their kind sent to wonder the world lost in search of their own bonds.. Becoming a Blind One is only possible if the Salunrae goes through a terrible loss and are filled with only numbness and thus lose their abilities to feel and feed off of mortals Auras and will become weak and die. However.. there is still a chance for them to find a happiness within themselves and become normal once more.

Males are larger then females but both have slender builds. Both have horns however while males have deer like antlers females have shorter goat like horns. Their fur can come in a variety of colors and patterns it is common for them to have neon like colors.

In Feral form they are about the size of Clouded Leopards.
Height: 10-16 inches at shoulders.
Length: 2-3 feet (tail also measure at 2-3 feet).
Weight: 35-50 lbs (males); females significantly smaller.

Important NOTE! : The species eyes, jewels and light bond colors change with their mood, however their colors are specific to each individual. One Salunrae's eyes may change to the color red when angry but another Salunrae my have green eyes when angry.

Apart from their abilities to see Auras and Bonds the Saelunraes have the ability to teleport short distances. At max they can teleport around 50 feet. When they go to teleport their wings will twitch and flutter a second before they vanish and reappear, it takes much practicing before young Saelunraes master this skill.

While young Saelunraes do no venture away from their family villages, instead older Saelunraes gather extra energy in their jewels and feed it to the young ones when they return to the villages.

Saelunraes live in small villages in secret places, they usually live deep in dense forests or jungles staying hidden from mortals. They usually eat fruits but they do hunt on occasion.

Saelunraes are wonderful creatures. They are curious about all the bonds and auras that a mortal can possess. They see all the energies that connect each and every one of us to everyone else in the world. If you happen to glimpse one… don’t frighten them… they are curious but they are very cautious as well. Simply enjoy the sight and remember that no matter how bad things may seem, there ARE souls out there who would just LOVE to see you smile.
