So being single for a while now and I'm noticing that all of my friends are in long term relationships and are getting married, buying houses and having kids. I've always wanted kids, but I'm getting a little older now and the only kiddy cuddles I get are from my niece and nephew.

I know there is still plenty of time. But I wouldn't mind having a miniature version of me running around.

Ok so I should really update my profile. So just clearing a few things out of it. Also I need a little inspiration to draw something. Any suggestions?

yup you guessed it....it's me. I'm guessing that anyone who reads this is wondering why my attention to FA is sporadic. Well for the last 3 months I've been in Aus (australia) where I met the most amazing gal ever (or so I thought) In the last 3 weeks I've been getting abusive messages of when I am going to be back but let me take you back as to why I left. My father got sick and it was very touch and go. I had to leave and of course my father came well before the love of my life. At the airport she sprung the most stupidiest saying ever and she said she loved me. I said I felt the same and boarding the plane felt like the hardest thing ever.

So I touch down in the UK and no sooner do I arrive then I get messages of where I am, who I'm with and when I'll be coming back.

My dad is now better than ever but it was time to move out of fantasy and return to work. With the time I took off they now need me to stay on until April and it's nice to be home. and this.... (apparently) is very selfish of me. So now I'm in the dog house. Anyways 3 weeks after all this I get a phone call tonight saying I'm dumped and she's found someone more devoted.

Now don't get me wrong I love the gals but my god....can't I just find someone normal for a change?

Anyways rant over. So yup now single again....such is life but I dont feel too bad, I just don't like people throwing slander my way for once not being someones pet. I'd rather be someones mate....here's hoping.

Ok so today I was subjected to watching the movie "signs" Now I know it’s an oldie and I've always heard mixed reviews but MY GOD

So get this. Aliens are planning an invasion of Earth but they do it by broadcasting their actions by leaving massive crop circles all over the planet. Immediately this detaches you from the main characters (Mel Gibson plays a jaded priest after the loss of his wife in a car crash). Then, when they finally get here it turns out they are only here for us (slaves or to harvest organs or something like that (I lost interest about this point).
Now this is the crux of the movie.
When being written the story teller musta gotten bored because, get this, the aliens; despite having the technology to travel TRILLONS of miles across the cosmos only have the ability to spray gas as their primary weapon (requiring close contact as opposed to lazers or guns etc). Then when they do decide to write their weakness it's, get this (and I'm not making this up) WATER!!! Hold on the planet is made up of two thirds water!!

This is the equivalent of spraying marks on a bakers 2 weeks ahead of a break-in then discovering you are allergic to flour. I mean, all that travelling and no idea about the 2 most abundant elements (Hydrogen and Oxygen (Helium as well, but let’s not get pedantic)) in the universe and they didn’t think about water!?
The special effects are awful and the acting is just plain diabolic. There is no empathy with ANY of the characters and in the end you feel more association to the aliens than anyone else.
Has anyone else seen this movie and thought the same?

What an utter piece of twaddle this is and (is it only me) but most new films seem to follow the same path

I just think it is funny that when you grow up, you want to go back to your roots. Does anyone else fell the same? I look at todays bands and get a lil....depressed. But now I listen to ((summer and lightening by ELO) what I grew up) with and just smile.

Hey peeps,

So some people have asked me to draw some guys in various poses. Thing is, for some reason I always struggle trying to draw guys than gals. Am I the only one who also does this?

The thing is the female figure is a lot more appealing to me as it generally has more curves and putting straight lines on a body just seems a little wrong to me. Now don’t get me wrong I like looking at both bodies in real life, I just can’t draw guys. So does anyone have any tips that can help out?

Awesome, so in case anyone didn't know the tickets for the olympics went live yesterday. Now some events are going to be in a raffle. But some will come outright.
The events I will be going to is:
Cycling
Athletics
Tennis
Badminton
Table Tennis
Swimming
Marathon
Volleyball
Football
and the opening ceremony

22 tickets in all with a few days inbetween to go to Wales and climb Snowdon and get lost.

So is anyone else going to go to 2012? What events are you going to watch?
