How are you all doing?

Internets still dead. However, we have an inkling how we can get internets for the time being. Nothing great; just something to get us through.

How am I on the internet now, you ask? Well, I'm currently residing from  chunksthemighty basement. She feeds me every now and then the leftovers. It's fun and they are tasty.

Thank you to all those people who watched me, commented on or favorited one of my drawings. I apologize about not responding. I am lame.

I apologize for being so absent. It sucks. I miss you guys. I am currently on the library's computer typing this out because of the still no internet issue. Comcast has their grubby little hands so well wrapped in my area that no other provider offers internet service besides Direct TV. And that's got an instillation fee that's not quite do-able right now.

More bad news. My mom lost her job a little while back, meaning that I had to find something full-time/better paying ASAP. So I gave my two weeks notice into Starbucks figuring that I would go back to temp working while trying to find something more permanent. I did that two weeks ago, Saturday night. My manager got the notice on Sunday morning and by the time my shift on Monday night rolled around, ALL my shifts for the next two weeks were given away. This put me in a perdicament because I was going to use my last two paychecks from Starbucks as a cushion for my bills while I hardcore looked for a job/got one through temping. Oops. So things are being found, just nothing yet.

In the meantime, I'm still offering commissions.

Alright, guys. I'm sorry that I've been MIA. I have a reason this time.

My cable/internet service was shut off due to a increase in price that we were not made aware of. Comcast is a dick with things like this. Seriously. They uped our already high bill stating it "was a promotional deal". Funny thing is; it wasn't a promo deal when we signed up for it.

I'm trying to find other internet providers but am having difficulty due to verizon not offering service in our area nor Direct TV. So maybe dish network? Fingers crossed.

So, I will continue to be missing here on FA until I get this whole deal worked out.

I haven't stated anything about my situation because of the massive amount of folks who needed it more than I. Now, with a current new situation thrown into mine, I need to put this out there.

Like many here on FA, I need monetary help.

I work at Starbucks. I had been hearing about the cutting of hours that was happening but, for many weeks I wasn't feeling it. I knew about it; I was just making decent hours. However, the new schedule came out and they cut them way WAY back. Like only 13 hours back. I need to pay bills which includes school loans and I can't do that with these hours and the per hour compensation I make. I make twenty five cents more than minimum wage. Starbucks gets you by saying that tips will bump you up two dollars more. Bullshit. That's all I have to say about that.

So, anyways, I'm in the process of looking for a new job but it took me so long to find this one, nothings been coming up. I did office temping before I worked at Starbucks and, guess what? That was like a whole month of waiting for one assignment at a time. And when I FINALLY did get something it was an hour to an hour and a half away. Gas prices did not help, either, with them being almost four dollars. It was awful.

So, yeah, I need to find something new but that's going to take time.

If any of you could please help me out by commissioning me, or even passing this along to get the word out there, I would be very, very grateful. I really appreciate anything you guys can give me.
