Dear walmart custimers
General | Posted 13 years agostop being butt holes!! There are a few things im tired of customers doing all the time, and im just gonna put them down here. I ask that if your a walmart customer that you pay attention.
1.) DON'T OPEN THE PACKAGING!!! Until you've payed for it. I don't care what your excuse is. I've heard them all and 90% of them can be solved just by taking a second to read the packaging itself. You want to know what the box contains? there's usually a contents list on it somewhere. You want to know what it looks like? LOOK AT THE FREAKEN PICTURE ON THE BOX!! etc. otherwise your just gonna have to do what everybody else does and decide weather or not you want to take the risk of purchase. Seriously people, most of the opened packaging we have to send back, what we can put back on the shelf always ends up looking terrible and nobody wants to buy it if it's been opened. On another note, if you MUST open a package, find one thats already been opened and rummage threw it, don't open a new one....
2.) THROW AWAY YOUR GARBAGE! stop hiding it behind merchandise or throwing it on the floor, or even setting it near the trashcan. Put in INSIDE the trashcans. Seriously, I'm not sure how they do it in other stores, but in the one I work in there's at least 1 trashcan in every department. in some theres 2-3. There's always a can within a very short walking distance.
3.) PAY ATTENTION TO WHERE YOU GRABBED ITEMS FROM!! When you pick up an item to look at it, take a second to note where you got it from, so when and if you put it back you can do it in the right place. Especially if its a small item.
4.) TRUST US! I'm tired of people asking me a question about something and then accusing me of lying the second I try to give an answer. Also when we say we don't know something, were not trying to ignore you or get you "out of our hair". most times we really don't know. Like an employee who works in lawn and garden probobly won't be able to tell you where to find that special desk lamp with a built in radio or whatever.
5.) IT'S NOT OUR FAULT!! If you have a problem with a manufactured item you bought, keep in mind. We didn't make it! We just sell it! We also can't controle a phone companies policy. If they say that your daughter can't update her own phone and you have to be there to do it for her, then that what you have to do. Raising hell over the phone at US isn't going to change anything cuz theres nothing we can do about it. We are just as much at there mercy as you are. We are just a middle man.
6.) STOP SUCKING AT RETURNS!! If your item is past it's return date (15-90 days depending on the item) then don't try to return it! We're sorry but thats policy, if you couldn't make it on time then thats some bad luck, we all have to deal with those kinds of problems, get over it. Also If the item has been physically damaged AFTER you get it home, then don't try to return it. Your incompetence at handling your own crap is absolutely not our fault in any way. Or if you lost parts of it, or no longer have the ENTIRE product, then we can't take that back. I know some people are legitimate and honestly lost those parts, but walmart has to protect itself from those who buy a product to get the part they need and return the rest. Essentially getting free stuff. Hence the policy
7.) WE ARE NOT A SPECIALTY STORE!!! We are a one stop shop. Basically a large and glorified convenience store. We are not trained to know everything about a specific type of product. Instead we are just givin general knowledge on most of whats around us in our respective departments, and some beyond. Just enough to be helpfull. I work in electronics, but that doesn't mean I can tell you what replacement part you need to repair your dang computer. I am not a technician. Nor can I tell you why a certain device will work with one phone and not the other. I just don't know, and my free time is for me to relax and enjoy myself. I'm not gonna spend it researching all this crap I'm have no need for personally to answer questions I may never get asked. Also we don't carry everything for everything! We don't have those computer parts for repairs. We don't sell the power cords for every item in the store. If we carried everything for everything the store would have to be at least 5X bigger than it already is.
8) FORGET YOUR FREAKEN COUPONS!!! If they don't work, they don't work. Don't wine and complain to us if we can't accept it, you didn't buy the right thing, or they're expired. Boo-freaken-hoo. If the coupons at the end don't print out, and you expected a certain one, don't complain to me. I can't help you, it's the computer, not me. Oh, and don't you even dare make me refund the whole darn order and re-ring it so you can use coupons that printed off at the end. You freaken selfish buttholes need to realize our time is precious too. D:<

Tho i gotta say i do look forward to the cake and icecream, and such. lol Just thought i'de put this hear for anybody who cares. i know i can never remember important dates to save my life, as im sure others are the same way. General | Posted 14 years agoim not really one to make these kinds of journals. But I figure nobodies reads mine anyway so who cares? I'm probobly not gonna make much sence anyway.
I'm sick and tired of feeling alone. It seems that every time I cultivate a friendship it always withers and dies. I can understand that sometimes life just happens and friendships end. It's inevitable, but it seems to happen to me every single time I get close to somebody. I've never been able to gain a large circle of friends no matter how hard i try. Heck the number of friends I have online (real friends, not that stupid little number you see on peoples facebook or whatever) Far outwieghs the number I have in real life. How sad is that?
Even the friends I do have just seem so distant from me. The ones I know online either don't log in very often, or at all anymore, or when they do I can never seem to get a good dialouge going. I understand that people are busy and all that, I really do. But it just depresses me that the most i can get out of any of em is 1 reply every half-hour or so. The ones I know in real life I have a similer problem with. We can never get together and do anything.
We used to have a thing we called "taco friday" whered we'd all get together every friday. We'd get something to eat, not always tacos, go to whoevers house and hang out. Most times play a game of some sort. But wouldn't you know it? I never got to go to those very often due to work, back when i worked at kfc still, never giving me a friday off. Oh they would always give me 3 or 4 days off every other week but never a freaken friday. no matter how many times i asked. When it FINALLY seemed i was starting to get to go to em on a semi-reguler basis it ended. One of the group moved away to another state, 2 of em im still not sure what happened to. There still around but im pretty sure they started having some money issues. and The last one's job got in the way. And so I haven't seen many of these guys in person in a long time.
To top all this off I can never seem to find a gal interested in me. I have not been on a single date.....ever. And trust me it's not from lack of trying. It's always the same freaken story too. We'll get to talkin and they seem to genuinly like me, talking about how they "wish they could find a guy like me", and how "any girl would be lucky to have me". But when it comes to actually asking them out It's always "Sorry your not my type." or something like that.
Everywhere i go i see friends hanging out, people on dates, couples acting like couples, and so on. Why can't I have that? I feel like im all alone in a giant empty room, looking out threw the windows at all the people having a good time with those they know and love. Like My only communication is with a small handfull of people I have to shout threw a wall to talk too, but there not always there. Like nobody is even trying to get me out...

General | Posted 14 years agoI have officially finished downloading the game!!! now i just gotta wait the agonizing 2 and a half hours for it to release!! T-T
I'm literally bouncing in my seat right now in anticipation. If this game ends up being terrible i will probobly be depressed for months and you won't hear from me.....if it turns out to be as good as i think it will be you probobly STILL won't hear from me for a while. XD I've sunk many hours into morrowind and oblivion and i expect to repeat that with skyrim. :P

General | Posted 14 years agoAlright, if you like this show, then more power to ya! By all means keep watching it, and making fan art if thats what makes you happy. I'm glad you've found something to enjoy. But for cryin out loud stop trying to make ME a fan of it! I don't mind mlp fans, i really don't. But i hate the ones that are always "You don't like the show! you must watch it now!!" For goodness sake I don't care about seeing the darn show! Stop shoving it down my throat!
Just so you ALL know. I HAVE watched an episode of the show. I believe it was episode one but i could be mistaken. I will admit up front, the animation is high quality, the voice acting is verry well done, and a few of the jokes are kinda funny. BUT i just can't get into it. After that one episode i don't wanna watch another. It's WAY to girly and childish for me.
Now that I have watched an episode of it i STILL get people all the time saying stuff like "oh you gotta give it another chance!" or "That episode wasn't a good one watch this one! *insert link here*". The ones i especially hate are the ones like "Oh your just a bronie in secret, don't worry nobody will judge you" or "Stop being a closet bronie!!". Please people.....just....stop this. If anything that turns me away from the show even more. I find these uber fans insanely annoying.

General | Posted 14 years agoUNTIL SKYRIM COMES OUT!!!! I'm so excited about it i can barely stand it. Even got it pre-ordered on steam. I'm a big fan of the elder scrolls games. Ill happily admit that i am in fact a fanboy. lol The open worlds, free roaming, epic stories, beautiful locations, and general awesomeness make this my perfect game. lol
I have high hopes that skyrim will uphold the tradition of amazingness and be just as huge and epic as it's predecessors. They even added dragons! More so for killing than anything but still!! lol I look forward to traversing the nord homeland of skyrim and going on my epic adventure. I'm not sure what class ill do tho. I'm aware there is no official class system in the game. but what skills will i use i wonder. i typically go with a sneaky character of some sort. but that might change depending on how the game plays out....
In keeping with my own personal tradition ill probably get sidetracked and never finish the main story. lol seriously i've never finished either of the main story lines in morrowind or oblivion. The side quests are just too tempting. lol

but in case you have and your wondering where i've been, well my source of internet, a truck stop, has been down all this time. and will likely be down for a while longer due to the incompetence of the tech department and them forgetting to send somebody out to fix it. >:( so until they get it fixed i won't be around much. if at all. so hope to see you all soon. later.

a question for all minecrafters.
General | Posted 14 years agoI love minecraft. i really do. but i have a problem with the game. Every time i start it up it runs nice and smooth like a well oiled machine. however after around 10-20 minutes of play the games screen goes black a crashes. then when i load the game back up i lose everything i had done to that point after i had done the "save and exit" thing yet. This is really annoying to me. especially when i just want to sit and play the game. does anybody know what causes this and/or know how to fix the problem?
I have tried re-downloading the game a couple times. I've used the minecraft patcher (the one used to put the higher rez textures in the game), I've set the graphics at the lowest settings, including render distance as short as it can go. and it still crashes.
Please help. i would greatly appreciate it.

General | Posted 14 years agoI've got a brand new laptop. and for only $700 it runs and plays games great!! It's pretty much cought up with gaming tech, but is by no means ahead of the curb. anything brand new and graphic intensive that comes out (like skyrim) i won't be able to really play. but im just happy to play all my current games real well! lol
AND im about to get a new job! woo!! just too bad i have to keep my current job at kfc for a bit longer tho....sence ill only be hired at walmart part time to start out. hopefully ill get bumped up to full time soon.
