BY PURCHASING ANY ARTWORK FROM ME, YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.
I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TURN DOWN COMMISSIONS ANYTIME BEFORE AGREED UPON PAYMENT IS SENT.
Payment:
I require payment in full via $US PayPal after I have sent a refined sketch and there are no further revisions you would like. Large amounts above $200 may be split into agreed upon parts.
Updates/ Revisions:
WIPs may be requested at any time. A reasonable amount of revisions are allowed before and after a piece is finished.
Refunds:
No refunds. Please be aware of this. You may back out of a commission before I have finished a refined sketch.
Completion Time:
Completion time depends on commission type, but complexity may add to price and/or waiting time.
If you have a date you need the piece done by, please make sure to inform me.
Use:
I retain the rights to use my artwork for commercial and advertising purposes, including but not limited to: prints, social media posts, time-lapse videos, etc.
Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon. You may post my works as long as you credit me.
No commission includes working files unless otherwise agreed upon.
