I doubt any of my things will break the rules they are clarifying so I don't think I will delete any of my art on here. If something goes missing, an issue came up and it was forced to be deleted.

First Journal
General | Posted 2 years agoI've been on FurAffinity since 2016 and only now am I making my first journal, lol. I hope anyone reading this is doing well.
Just wanted to ask, how do you like an artist's gallery to be organized? Right now I have mine split into two different fandoms (Pokemon and Team Fortress 2), stuff with vore in it, and things I was commissioned to make. I think I'm going to add a folder for NSFW artwork as well.
I'm not too fussed about how my gallery is organized right now since I don't have that many pieces uploaded. Maybe this will be more of a concern when I have like 300 drawings uploaded, in about 600 years haha. I'm just really into organizing things, even when they don't really need to be organized.
Personal update below:
I just finished my first year of community college so I'm feeling pretty good. I want to get into creating art again, like I used to. I wish I could be as productive as I was when I was younger. I'm very pleased with how far I have come as an artist, but I don't have much art to show for it.
I'm very grateful for those two people who have commissioned me in the past. You guys are great and I enjoyed working with you, and I'm happy to still know you. Just know that I'm going to be thinking a lot more about what I owe y'all in the coming months during summer break. I am taking one summer class, but it shouldn't eat all my time like the last classes I took during the regular school year.
Money is still tight as always since I don't have a regular job, but I've taken up "donating" plasma (selling it basically) and it has really eased a lot of my worries about money. Thanks to financial aid and some savings I've been able to afford college without much hassle. I'm hoping to be productive with art this summer and to hopefully be able to keep it up even when I am doing school full time again in August.
I post a lot of personal things on my Mastodon account, if you're into that. I'm looking for more people to follow and interact with on there. I am really enjoying it, especially since Twitter has always been a bit of a cesspool and it has only gotten worse.
I am so thankful for the friends I have made since I decided to "officially" join the furry fandom. Real ones will remember when my FurAffinity account info said that I wasn't a furry lmao. I decided to embrace that part of myself in 2021 and it has been amazing.
I've been receiving treatment for generalized anxiety and major depression for nearly a decade, but I am beginning to feel relief from it due to the amazing people at the clinic I go to. I started ketamine treatment for my treatment-resistant illnesses and it has done way more than I ever expected it to. It has enabled me to become more outgoing and to complete my first year of school with nearly all A's (I got a B in pre-calculus trigonometry). I'm beginning to believe that I am more extroverted than introverted, but my anxiety made me hide away for many years. I think I'm in a new chapter of my life now.
I'm attending my first furry convention next weekend, Furry Weekend Atlanta. Looking forward to it!!! I'm not really sure what to expect, so my expectations are nonexistent. I'm hoping to have a good time, though.
