OMG! Here We go Again!
Posted 16 years agoAlright, I seriously wanted to take the gun out of the safe and shoot myself in the head when I read today's paper!
Given I live in California that means I have to deal with all this extra pltical crap in my state. For those who do not know Tuesday the 26th of May. The Supreme Court in San Fransico ruled to uphold Prop. 8 which bans gay marriage in CA. This rulung however does not take away rights of those who are married, and I think, THINK you can still get married id arangments were made before the prop. passed. At least 18,000 couples are going to try to.
Anyways! Of Course te day community is stil pissed which in fact they should be BUT if they really and I mean REALLY only care about equal rights what they NEED to do is not try to legalize gay marriage BUT have the law changed they are not classified as married but have equal rights as if they were.(forgot what the hell that is called lol)
