One thing I've always wanted was an artist as a fan of mine, so they would also want to help me with illustrating special parts of my series or one-shot stories.
Maybe I could get someone to do comics as I finish each series.

I've had a bad back for a LONG ass time now, and its only getting worse. My lumbars (I forget which two) were the first to go. NOW the ones between my shoulder blades are going. Even as I type this, it aches, it hurts, and there's nothing I can do about it for right now. A side-effect of my training I imagine.
