By purchasing my artwork, you confirm that you are legally responsible, that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service. You will bear full legal responsibility if any information provided is found to be false.
I retain the right to terminate the order in case commissioner violates these terms.
Process of the Commission
I take payment upfront in full through PayPal, Zelle or Venmo invoice after I set up the sketch.
Depending upon my schedule, health, workload and the complexity of the commission, the process of work after payment may range from a few days to a few months. The waitlist probably will be postponed, I will update the list on FA or inform you personally.
Besides reference sheet commission, I only accept OC with reference sheet for other kinds of commission.
During the commission process, there are generally 4 steps you could check (for full-color commission): Sketch, Draft, Line art, Flat color.
I will take minor changes of details between each step.
What you need to check during the process:
For Sketch: check the postures and background.
For Draft: check the face expressions, OC’s markings and accessories.
For Line: check the details of OC’s features.
For Flat color: check if the color is correct on your characters.
Please check carefully then confirm, I won't change the posture after you confirm the draft, or any color adjustment after confirmation of flat color.
This comes at no extra changing fee if that information was included in the original reference sheet or description. If you would like to change after the steps or major changes that didn’t include in the
original reference sheet or description, the changing fee will depend on how much you are going to change.
All Commissions are done DIGITAL.
If you need a strict deadline for the commission, please negotiate with me. Depending on the specific circumstances, the extra fee may be applied and may be vary.
About Copyright
I reserve the right to decide if I want to submit Your commission to my main page or any other site I own.
You may post any art made for you to your page, crop it for an icon, and show it off wherever you like- but please remember to give me credit and link back to my page.
The Copyright of the final art will stay with me. You are allowed to use your picture for Non-Commercial use only (such as upload the Web-Version to your gallery, use it as an avatar, any prints for yourself
and friends etc.)! If you do not want your commission posted to my social media, you need to pay 2 times price to reserve the Copyright. If you want to buy Commercial Usage Rights, please ask for a
quote.
If the initial sketch was rejected, I reserve the right to keep the rejected sketch\pose, modify and use it in any way I see fit.
If you wish for a different artist to color or otherwise edit a commission made by me, please ask me before and show me the artist.
REFUNDS:
Please let me know if you need to cancel the commission as soon as possible. After the decision has been made, I will send a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done. If the half of the work is
finished, I'll refund half of the amount. If I have already finished the work, I won’t return the money. So please if you would like to cancel, let me know as soon as possible.
If I need to cancel the commission due to events in my own reason, a full refund will be issued within an agreed upon time.
If you paid the money for a strict deadline on your commission and I didn’t finish the work before the deadline, you could ask for the full refund.
What I don't draw:
All the art themes that include political theme, political military theme, underage characters in sex or gore scenes, child abuse, diapers, scat, vomit, sex with pregnant, any kind of pregnant I will reject to draw. You could note me or ask me on discord if you are not sure I can draw your fetish.
