Boosty artist support page announcement!
General | Posted 3 years agoHello, everyone! :) I have opened a creator support page at this alternative donation platform https://boosty.to/kodar . This is mainly for my supporters from Russia and everyone else who can no longer use Patreon payment system for some reason, but still wants to be in touch with my work and keep me afloat.
It has the same donation tiers structure with roughly equivalent value, and going to be a mirror of my Patreon content. Also, all the posts at Boosty are going to get Russian translation, including those long read dragon tribes texts - I'm only getting started with them :)

Uploads quantitiy, being too shy is bad..

I just want to tell you, what's going on with my artwork there. And hopefully explain, why the uploads are rare, it's not normal of course, but there is a reason.
As many of you know, I've been working hard to build me a new home and move there lately, it's a place outside the city, it was a patch of wilderness a year ago basically, where we've built a new home instead of the burned one. With only myself and my old man on the construction, loans and mortgage to make it all going and the place being kind of wild yet, and bureaucracy is being nasty, all the burden of life is piling up almost unbearable, so I kind of hid in my safety shell there, as much as possible...
For artwork, I keep my patreon going, with so few people there it almost felt like a safe place with little to no worries about content type or quality, and so it turned out that I made a little too much NSFW there, I still can't quite get over the shyness when it comes to uploading porn to wide public, but it felt okay for patreon xD See the problem here? xD I've got a big backlog to uplad to FA but then I think, "man, there is so much porn and you also should reply to the comments(and my english isn't quite fluid/fluent yet, some times I get stuck finding the right words and putting them together), ah scratch that, im exhausted and should better spend those mental resources on drawing" x) And so it keeps piling up as the time flies by.. Then some pictures become too old, I see all their flaws more and more with time, and cringe with the thought that im gonna have to upload it as a "new" art xD This is just a bad circle...
...This can't keep going like that of course. I see the problem and going to try and fix it. Im going to resume uploads and somehow deal with the shyness and shame.. Some of them will be old indeed, and i'm sorry for that and for all this situation with uploads quantity x) And I want to thank all the people who support me at patreon - only because of them, I can keep drawing and pay my mortgage for bare survival x) You guys are just incredible! ♥♥♥

PS: I'm going to announce patreon content release via journals now too(and twitter as well). Because the old way by adding announce at the newest picture' info does not work for everyone. Not everyone is interested in every picture I upload here, so they might not even know that there was some new bonus content released x)

I'm trying to make a living from my artwork, to focus on something I believe I can become good at. I also would like to expand my fantasy world and characters in it. If you liked what I do, consider becoming my Patron, and together we can achieve so much more!
