Not dead!

Hey! Hey! I'm not dead! Just very lazy.
I draw all the time, but never something worthy enough to be posted.
However, I do plan to finish "Stolen Tree" some day, so that project isn't dead either.
Since I felt bad that I wasn't updating anything, I decided to draw myself an icon.
So this is my new avatar, which features a close up on Oasis' face!

Missing Tree

Today I decided to work on my first story submission for FA. It's going to be an interactive short story called Missing Tree.
It features Rodney, an eastern gray squirrel and his quest to return to his missing family.
I am not sure how good of a writer I am, but I have been RPing on forums for some time now. And when I say RPing, I mean 300 word paragraphs RPing. Let's hope that all the RPing pays off. If I'm not a good writer then... Oh well! I tired.
However, I would appreciate constructive criticism.
I am not sure when the story will be published so stay tuned!

Oasis Blue

Big update!
It pains me to do this, but I think that Koffee needs a change. Truth is, I can't stand that name anymore.
It doesn't match his personality or anything. Also, it doesn't go very well with his last name, Blue.
I wanted to pick something more interesting. Something that makes people feel happy, and that goes well with Blue.
Since my fursona is still in development, I can change him however I please. However, I will stop the changes once I get a a full Ref sheet out.
All that said... my fursona is now named OASIS BLUE!

So not so long ago, I uploaded a drawing that I made of Koffee.
However, I am still working on developing him before I actually make a full ref. Hopefully during this development I will learn how to draw better.... growl... I'm not good with this tablet. Oh well!
Right now I am working on making Koffee look more like an arctic fox and less like a blue wolf/dog thing.
What else?... Oh yes I need to learn the secrets of paw drawing!
Hopefully I'll have a full body picture of Koffee by next week. Who knows!

Lessons from Minecraft

A few weeks ago I purchased a very interesting game named Minecraft.
It is a sandbox game where people get to mine resources and build whatever they wish.
However, there are also people who enjoy destroying stuff.
Some days ago, I encountered such people for the first time on a public server. I got really really frustrated.
They destroyed what I built and made it impossible for me to play the game. I was indeed mad.
However, I discovered something about myself in all of this. I did not get mad because random people were destroying what I built.
I was frustrated because I felt powerless. I couldn't do anything about it.
Minecraft helped me discover that feeling helpless makes me angry.
However, I found a solution. The solution is to admit to myself that Minecraft is indeed just a game.
I have to get over it, because it is really not that important.
However, at least that experience helped me discover something about myself.
That is it for today, because I have nothing else to say. Thanks for reading!

Hey so I decided to make an account here. You can blame minecraft for that. Why? Long story!
I decided to name the journal entries Koffee's mind. It just sounded good.
Here I am writing my first journal and I have nothing to say. I could introduce you to a very nice band I have been listening to lately.
They are called LEMAITRE and their style is fantastic. I am hooked on their music.
I would feel bad to keep their melodies to myself, so I'll just share to you their youtube page.
