I know its been....well a really long time since I wrote anything here.

Firstly, its been a rough couple of years, even before the COVID stuff hit, I lost touch with a lot of friends that I had thought I never would, but ended up loosing anyway. I changed jobs around a couple of times, and although I'm super happy to be closer to my family and hometown, there's a lot that I miss about being overseas. After the pandemic hit, I've been taking time off from school, because they only offer online classes where I'm basically paying them to teach myself something which seems counter productive to me, but kept on working in the service industry as I do to keep a steady stream of revenue. Its not as much as I was making before I decided to pursue education, but its keeping me afloat through these times, and I should be back in classes by next semester at the latest or so.

After four years put of the country. Finally flew from Japan to Seattle today. Will be hanging out here for a week or so before heading home for good. Might go spend the whole 4th weekend in downtown. Any suggestions on what I should go see?

Kind of a rare thing to have this much to dump at once, but it was pretty much everything I'd gotten from last year that I've been overdue on uploading.

Want to give a general thanks here in the journal since there's just so many people faving and watching at once to give everyone an individual one like I usually do. Hope you guys enjoyed the dump and do stay tuned for more at a later date! If you have ideas or anything like that, I can always use 'em x.x

So I finally get back and suddenly there's a flood of subs, journals, watches, faves and notes....what the hell happened while I was gone?!

Seriously though, I really appreciate everyone that gave a watch, favorite (or two), or note/shout! Normally I'd do this all for you individually, but there's waaaaay too many people this time around! Sorry everyone, hope this works for y'all!

Why is it that even though I'm in a stable situation and environment, I just can't seem to get a break. Yea I get a paycheck, but at the end of the day I really have nothing but numbers on a screen? Just feeling like crap that I have no one around that I can talk to; maybe its due to the holidays, maybe its due to the craptastic day of work where all eight of my bosses decided my department was a bunch a fuckups and gave us all the 'you-fuckin-guys' speech about how we do good in theory but cant operate for shit.

Blah, enough ranting that nobody will read

That I finally get back to homeport and have a good amount of time off, but no matter where I go, there's noone around to talk to D:

Finally got a bit of time after we pulled into a port! Woo! I'm here for a couple of days xD

As work enters the final weeks, I'm going to be absent from here more and more, especially since the house has no internet at the moment due to a fault in our router or internet (still don't know what the issue is). On top of that I come home today and my laptop is dead. Not an issue since I first thought it had just been unplugged, but it won't charge at all, no plug or cord damages. I'm wondering if there was a power surge or if its an internal problem. Either way I won't be around a whole lot. If you need to contact me, leave me a note or email and I'll get to you as soon as I can.

As for myself, nothing too big happening, I know I don't post new journals often, but I'm a fairly boring person x3. Well I did take a test yesterday that signifies that I have only 12 more weeks of school left! Woo, halfway through the third and final phase! Aaah, but most people might be confused by this....My school is a year round thing, constantly pumping people through, there are three six month phases, the first two were completed in 2010 (mostly) and I'm just soo close to finishing.

Normally this is the point in time where I'm at my happiest and most carefree, but for some reason I just feel like shit tonight....no this isn't a pity party and I'm wondering if its a lack of sleep or overstressed or a bit of both *Sighs* Either way I'm an insomniac and my stress will continue for another four weeks at least.

School is getting harder as we near the end of the second third, finals coming up so I'll be extremely busy, dont mind if you dont see me for a few days at a time.

I know I don't post things to my account very often, but it just occurred to me that my birthday is in three weeks. Everyone keeps asking what I want, but honestly I don't even know that myself D:

I was once told as a kid that I'd think less about the things I wanted and more about the things I needed, which has definitely occurred. There's very few things I want and a couple of them are impossible to do completely (pay off my car, finish school, have special people come visit me)....anyway just a rant-ish journal, I know its not much, but meh.
