And like that another chapter of my life was short lived and closed.

Uh... its time to focus on myself before i move forward. I've learned some lessons in the past 5 years.

Now to turn back to that familiar grind to work for a few months to save up some money for FWA.
the new job is going well, Ive past that un-easy am-I-gonna-last-or-even-fit-in stage. ive relaxed gotten into the flow of things
and now I can stop being clumsy and absent minded over anxiety. this is probably why i never left Sears till the end. i tryed to move away from them before but the other jobs never stuck... wow im rambling.

Yeah if your going to FWA Sushi and myself will be there if you wanna come say hi with us. its going to be exciting because we got God Level Passes this year. after FWA who knows... i thin we are going to be house searching for a long while as we save up for that en-devour.

Its been a great October minus car issues. ASE was amazing! absolutely loved it. Sadly on our way back from the con the Fucus starting having transmission issues. in sort two days later I am the proud owner of a MINI Cooper Clubman S. its not the exact trim i wanted but it will be a project car once things settle down with the new job and I can save up for car parts.

I got around to posting some art I got over 5 months ago. Ive been holding off due to Kold having a revamp. But here we are.

How ever
After FWA my roomate decided to leave and i am low on funds back on paycheck to paycheck basis. SOOOOOoooo artwork comissions are on a halt untill further notice. We may not be able to make it to MFF like we planned. Untill Sushi finds a job in Knoxville with me. Im supporting the both of us.

SO any-who, I'm down with some sort of sickness and cannot sleep and Sushi is fast asleep before she has a long trip ahead of her tomorrow morning.

SO IMA WRIGHT ABOUT MY SUPER DUPER EXCITING LIFE

Recently i sold my first car of 12 years (the 1965 mustang) to pay off some credit cards and improve my credit score in preparing to get a new car.
Recently my daily driver's (a 2008 for focus) Transmission decided
"Hey Kold! I don't want to work properly anymore anymore for you! So that said I'm gonna bang gears till i explode, kay? kay."

Originally my plan was to sell it with a busted transmission BUT I am a fully body Master Auto Tech with a lift in his garage. So i get on good old E-bay and purchase a used transmission out of a wrecked car had it shipped to work and well i installed it this weekend after replacing a few Seals that the salvage yard dicked up upon removal out of the Donner car.

~~~BE THIS A LESSON HEAVY FOOT GUYS WITH AUTO TRANS~~~
Now what lead up to the premature failure of the transmission in the first place? its made one trip to Colorado (not by me i lent it out to a roommate) she got stuck in the snow and I'm sure they did a few rock and roll maneuvers to get it unstuck. I've done this too in 2010 to get it unstuck in a snow bank in my driveway. ALSO my speed runs in the Mountains of West Virginia (hill climbs and down hill speed runs (about 6 hill climbs) did it in.

Now what am i going to do with it?
Well being that i am sick of the car it was meant to get me through college like it was intended too. it is paid off...
i have a few options here. Sell it for a good amount for a down payment on a new car that i really want
Drive it for a bit save up the money for the down payment. then sell it with better down payment.

Or Keep it and get an older model of the car that i want and have two cars one as a daily traffic grinding commuter car and a weekend warrior type car.

I feel like i might want to lean more to the latter since it would be a nice to have a comfortable commuter car.
But it woudl also be nice to have a comfortable newer car that that i always have wanted.

So I got back from and unexpected con trip. Ended up going to fur the more with a few buddy's of mine from SL. Had a blast with them how ever.

I was a bit disapointed with the con. I do not know if I'm just spoiled with reaaaaally big cons like anthro con and FWA or not. But this one seemed really.... weak? In my opinion. I attended a few panles. The "why I hate the fandom" was hilarious! What happened and what was said in that room stays in that room lol. But yeah. The raves could have been better and I think fur the more needed more suiters. It was so bad I didn't feel like attending the suit parade myself. The vibe was just not there... that probably because everyone were up in the rooms partying. From outside the Sharon was lit up light a Christmas tree of strobing color changing lights.

On the upside being a handler was fun just as much as suiting. I loaned koldy 1.0 (koldfox) to one of my roomies. She had a blast in it and I must say... she cranked up the cuteness waaay better than I ever could lol.

Would I ever go again? Yeah. Cuz it was cheap it's an hour away and I had fun still minus the lack of suiters.
