Specifically I need someone who can write/speak japanese and welsh (yes welsh) for a couple pieces of his equipment (and his special attack). And when giving japanese translations just write out what the word is, using the kanji won't help AT ALL.

1. What is your world like?
Generally depending on the time setting.
>Mid-evil: Generally either politically unstable with corrupt elements controlling everything from the background, or politically stable, though with the occasional "shit + fan" routine occuring at inconveniant(sp?) times.
>Modern: Generally speaking life is good, though one of the few stories that takes place in this setting shows the dark underbelly of a government ruled by tyranny and corruption.
2. Do humans exist in your world? If so, how do they treat/how are they treated by the furries?
Yes. Generally speaking it depends on the current political landscape and the individual. But on a general level, fairly well on both parts.
3. Do non-morphic animals exist in your furry world? If so, how do they treat/how are they treated by the furries?
Yes. Well....almost exactly how we treat animals now, only with slightly more respect. Except for the sea monsters. Those are feared by all except those that have tamed them.
4. Do non-mammalian “furries” exist in your furry world? If so, how do they treat/how are they treated by the mammal-furries?
Yes. They are treated based on an individual basis and based on political landscape. But generally just the same as the "mammalians" would treat themselves and humans.
5. Do other mythological creatures (dragons etc.) exist in your furry world? If so, how do they treat/how are they treated by the furries?
Yes. It depends on if they are trying to murder large numbers of people or not, but generally very well and with quite a bit of respect.
6. Does Magic operate in your furry world? If so, rate its frequency and power on a scale of 1 to 10. (the higher the rating the more common and/or powerful magic is).
Yes. It is fairly common to those who want (or have the money) to learn how to use it. However it generally depends on the time period. Actual "usage" of magic is more common in mid-evil settings while magi-tec is more of a central role in the modern setting, so people don't really "use" magic in the actual sense.
So....
Mid-evil: 6-8 (save for freak occurances in groups of individuals which would result in a 9).
Modern: 5 (save for small groups that retain that nice 6-7).
7. Describe the technology level of your furry world?
Mid-evil: They have crossbows and black powder cannons, and are inching towards black powder rifles. Golem making is essentially the early form of Magi-tec.
Modern: Some what modern/futuristic because of the advents of Magi-tec. But mostly similar to our own tech level. Except that one government has developed Magi-tec mecha (think Knightmares from Code Geass, but awesomer and with out the retarded ejection system).
8. On a scale of 1 to 10 how animal-like are furries in your world? (the higher the rating, the more animalistic the furries in your world).
Pretty much a nice solid mix of animal and human traits, and save for one or two species that have more human traits.
So... 3-5
9. How do the different furry “species” get along in your furry world?
Fairly well. It depends on individual bias and politics mostly but if everything is going along smothly, usually well. Except for a race I created called the Scions. Generally they try to murder everyone with one or two exceptions. And then there are Werebeasts (what a werewolf would be classified under, along with other were creatures) who EVERYONE hates, with one or two exceptions, and once again, relying on individual bias.
