1. What is your name?
Scythe. I don't have a second name.
2. Do you know why you were named that?
I never found out. Though, it's never really been anything I've cared much to know about, either.
3. Single or taken?
Taken by my right ha-..No; I'm single.
4. Have any abilities or powers?
I'm a swordsman. Though I can use magic. There are also two other sides of me, Krayze, and Xii. Krayze is a bit of a meany, Xii is everything nice. I'm just the middle ground. Oh, you may have just found out why I chose my screen name! If you didn't, then god help ya'.
5. Stop being a Mary Sue!
I wouldn't say I was a "perfect character", nor regarded as poorly created. Asides from the magic, I'm fairly normal, and could even be called schizophrenic, given Krayze and Xii. My thoughts and actions are still realistic, though.
6. What's your eye color?
Bright green. They match my glowies!
7. How about hair color?
Well, it does stand out? What kind of person interviews someone and not notice their hair colour? Blonde.
8. Have you any family members?
Somewhere out in the world. I don't have, nor want contact.
9. Oh? How about pets?
Define pets?.. But no. I don't have any pets of any sense.
11. Do you have any activities/hobbies that you like to do?
I'm a blacksmith, so I guess making pretty things, swords and armours is my hobby and occupation. Aside from that, I do like to doodle sometimes.
12. Have you ever hurt anyone in any way before?
If you check under the fur, the scars in these eyes and the twisting in my mind, you'll find the answer to your question.
13. Ever… killed anyone before?
Plenty. In regards to the previous question, I am an ex warlord or a huge regiment within my home town Drakkensboad. I have long been exiled under acts of treason, supposedly. Though, may the fools rot for blindly following that corrupt lord.
14. What kind of animal are you?
I'm a fairly obvious mix. Though really not too common. I'm a dragon mixed with an iguana. I know the thought of that in itself odd, but go figure. Take it up with my family.
15. Name your worst habits.
Slicing my... would you regard these and hands, or paws? Well, anyway, slicing them on my swords accidentally while using the whetstone. And clumsiness in general.
16. Do you look up to anyone at all?
The high and the f**kin' mighty, Lord Potato!

Bisexual, with a heavy male preference.

I had done, though I'd never pursued any form of higher education. I already had an occupation!

I'm...not sure. Hmm.

Well, it's gonna sound dark. But myself. I'm scared of Krayze, ultimately, he's destructive and murderous. And I... regardless of being an ex warlord, hate hurting things.

Depends on the occasion? Usually nothing. I mean, nothing shows anyway, which is plus side to being reptilian.

Erm, I don't know. Low/middle? I earn enough to sustain life, but I can't exactly afford a trip to Florida.

Quite a few! Though only some I regard as true. Some of which being Darvo, Jax, Zippy, Tamari, Rayne... there's a few others too!

Pretty short one, just letting you know that I am open for commissions and trades at the moment.
If anyone is interested in taking an art trade, I will be taking 3 of these. One slot may already be taken; but we'll see! If you are interested, I kindly request that you note me and/or comment below. If you know me from Facebook or Skype, feel free to poke me there too!
I am also taking on Collaborations (where one person sketches and I do the colouring, or visa versa) to which I have already agreed to one. Now that I have PayPal working, I can open up for international commissions! Prices are as follows (In USD):
PLEASE DO NOT PAY ME AS GIFT. PAY ME AS IF YOU ARE PAYING A BUSINESS. IF YOU DON'T DO THIS, YOU COULD FACE A FINE OF $2,500 OR POTENTIALLY HAVE YOU PAYPAL REMOVED.
ICON - $5
BADGE - $7, or $12 for full body.
STANDARD BUST - $7, $10 with shading.
WAIST-UP - $10, $13 with shading.
FULL BODY - Starting at $15, $20 with shading, prices also varying based on complexity.
NSFW will cost slightly more, but will need negotiation. I am always open to talk through notes, so feel free to poke me!
BACKGROUND + $3-15 depending on what's wanted. Standard flat colours ARE NOT included in this pricing.
ADDITIONAL CHARACTERS + $10
CHARACTER SHEETS - Starting at $35, will also vary on complexity. With a character sheet, you get a frontal view, back view, side view and two custom expressions for your character. Will also come with an area to put details of your character in. Other ideas for a character sheet are negotiable, which can either bump up or bump down the price.

My rules and terms of conditions are as follows, and I highly recommend you do your best to stick to them. If you do not, I WILL refuse commission. This is for good reason.
1 - Strict over-18 policy.
This is because of a very recent ordeal. Because of this, I now struggle to trust those under 18 when it comes to money and other expenses. Thankfully, I did not do any of the commissions.
1.1 - If you're under 18, but can definitely afford one, I am open to talk. But unless I feel I can trust you, I will decline.
2 - As the artist, I uphold any right to decline a commission.
If I do not feel comfortable with the commission, the commissioner or anything else, I will refuse the commission. To me, it isn't just about doing art for money, it's a genuine love I have and I will NOT tolerate rudeness, aggressiveness and pushiness.
3 - I kindly ask for a little patience.
Sometimes I can be incredibly busy, where sometimes I am open whenever. During this time where I am open, I will begin, continue or finish working on current commissions. I try my absolute hardest to get everything done as quickly as possible and to an appreciable standard.
3.1 - When I do draw, I work very slow. This is to ensure that I give the best quality of work that I can possibly turn out with my level of skill. Most drawings take me a total of 6-8 hours and usually span over a couple of days.
4 - I will ALWAYS be professional when working with you.
I am always open to a bit of a chit chat and such, but when it comes to your commission, I will only talk to you about that. I will also notify you as to when I have started it and you will be the first person to see the finished result. I will also send you Works in Progress to make sure everything is in the correct position.
5 - Complexity Increases.
I won't just say you're character is too difficult. Prices like this will only increase if your character has specific and/or lots of markings, perhaps of different colour patterns too.
5.1 - I will always offer you a fair price for the commission. I request that you don't try to argue or barter with me for a cheaper deal. You will not get one. Once I say a price, that price is FINAL.
6 - I request you pay up front.
I will sketch something up upon receiving the commission. I will go no further than the sketch until I have received payment.
6.1 - You have a 2-3 week window where you can pay me. If not paid by then, I will refuse. Simple as.
7 - I will only take 4 or 5 commissions at a time.
This is because I don't want to over-work myself. Please respect that. If you were too late in getting a commission from me, I will apologise and then put you at the top of the list for the next time I open up, AKA, you'll be given priority.
8 - These are very basic rules.
Please follow them accordingly. I will be able to tell if you haven't read or paid any attention to them whatsoever.

General | Posted 11 years agoOkay. I'm a bit tied up with commissions at the moment while trying to tie in my university work and personal work at the same time. Some commissioners haven't yet paid anything (whether half or full) so of course, by standard they're moved to the back of the queue.
However, through this, I've given myself too much to work on with artwork, since I have like 5 line arts saved to work on, and a character sheet. 3 characters sheets in fact, 2 personal ones.
Any advise on how to keep up with this? I would greatly appreciate and advise and opinions I can get.

General | Posted 11 years agoTo be honest, it feels quite strange going by a different name and a different style of the website. I used to run FA in the default setting rather than dark, didn't really seem to get any attention to it at all.
Since having made this page, I kind of feel that it's coming off better already. I feel more relaxed and at home on the website without looking back over time-lost memories and futile attempts at salvation. Starting a fresh might actually have been what I needed, in more than one sense of just being on FA. Maybe give my whole art style a revamp and see if I can make it more interesting, push myself to new feats and so on. Of course, I kindly stress my appreciation to those who have stuck by me from the previous page - that really does mean a bunch and honestly, if I could draw you all everything, I bloody-well would. You're awesome~
The least I can do though is just say thanks. I hope to see many more familiar and friendly faces pop up on my watch list from the other profile in the next couple of days.
This honestly is just a fresh start. I stopped posted on the other page and when I came back it just felt dead... It wasn't really worth the effort of upkeep. But I intend to make this one more worth it for both myself and you guys. <3
