100 Scroll Sketches with ACEOs Updates
Posted 15 years agoI know it may seem as though I have stopped progress all together but I have not most of these are laid out in sketch format alread, I feel the need to offer an explaination for the delay it is a simple one. I'm a mother of two, some of you may or may not know this, ages 21 months and 4 months, essentially they come first. There will be a small delay in when I ship items out as ACEOs that accompany them have to be completed first, there is at least one piece that will be redone as I feel it failed completely to capture the essence of the character well. SO the simple bottom line is please have patience with me, if you feel that this is an unjust cause for delay and would like a refund please tell me so that I can do this right away, I would prefer not to be an inconvience to anyone. My humblest of thanks for everyone's patience, it is greatly appreciated I will try to pick up the pace as much as possible.

Posted 15 years agoThank you all very much between here and DA the feedback I got helped reaffirm my original thoughts, the cat stays seated as the vixen's place is in the home (say wha?? who? huh? some of you will understand this other wise just smile and nod its all good ;) ) I didn't really run the poll to let everyone decide for me but rather because its most important I know how you all feel about things. I strive with each piece I do to appease your tastes and satisfy those who have commissioned me. It does not matter what name I have done this under the results are always the same, I find myself unable to just be satisfied with "just a sketch" but wanting to make sure everyone gets the result they wanted if not better than expected. Every time the limits pushed more and more and each time something new is learnt, so honestly your opinions mean alot to me, as they help create (or in some rare cases, destroy) who I am. I may not respond to all comments left but I DO read every last one of them, often several times over, my time is limited, and strains can be a bit...frustrating between raising two girls and house keeping I find time for art. So my appologies for the delay lately, I am doing my best to keep things on a timely basis without sacrificing quality.
Again, thank you for your input it is greatly appreciated, and yes I can relate and agree to everyone chasing after accounts.....can be...tiresome to say the least.

IntenseDebate provided me with a rather spiffy commenting system, superceding what's available from blogger.com. So I can now respnd to comments, those wishing to recieve upates from my blog as they are added can also subscribe to it :) getting better everyday ^^
a small hint being dropped as with the new year Krestel is blowing her coat and will be looking a bit....different soon....

Sketch Blog...
Posted 16 years agoI recently notice I hadn't enabled the feature that allows anyone to comment, this has been changed so now anyone is free to leave a comment. Thus far I have been able to upload a sketch/WIP a day, I cannot promise this will always be the case but I shall certainly try, I have quite a few WIPs and unfinished pieces to keep this going for a quite awhile :) I am still searching for a means of creating some shoutboard or something so if anyone wants to ask a question or just pull my tail and say hi...it will work as a slow chatroom if I can help it or message board unless I am missing something obvious with the blogger functions. Either rate just a small update for the curious.

2010....Welcoming the New Year...
Posted 16 years agoTo celebrate the birth of the new year I'm starting up a Sketch blog, whilest it looks as thou I am not doing anything sketches are being done on a near daily basis and rather than flood FA with WIPs my sketch blog (Loose Leaves) will contain all of them - from ideas to WIPs as they're being completed. This will eventually be included into my website as well which with a little bit of time will be functioning fully and up sometime in the first month of the new year, this will include Loose Leaves, Galleries, Videos (Meditation thru Painting), Points on Zen, Store Front, and maybe even a message board amongst many other goods. I hope to see you all there, best and warmest wishes for a safe and Happy New Year to you all.

Reflections
Posted 16 years agoI know that I have been absent for some time and I appologize for this. I was in the hospital for some weeks with health in a questionable state, I'm pleased to say that despite my tiredness I am doing well for the time, while I am trying to catch up to all my works I can say that the time in the hospital has given me a chance to reflect further upon my own reflections that I share with you. (My Art, my meditations, reflections of them that I enjoy sharing with you all..) I have made some vast improvements I think, and look forward to sharing them with you soon, some of which will include traditional pieces along with many portrait pieces reflecting the souls of those captured. I will do my best to continue to share my reflections with you and look forward to hearing from you all...
