General | Posted 16 years agothe first round of enigma is up. now you'll note not all the players are in this one... thats cause... well alot of you wanna play. so to make it alittle easier on everyone. i have decided not everyone gets to play everytime rest asured you will all get turns. i do not play favs here. also here are some rules
1. when your character is being challenged you must send me a note saying what you wish to do. comments will not be counted
2. if you fail to note me in a weeks time your char will fail. now i would kill them off just like that but if you fail over and over i will. failure isnt the end presay though missing now and then is forgiveable.
3. some times you may face another player. when this happens i will read over the players notes and make a story based off the notes i will decide who the winners based off who's replie seemed better dont think its fair? like i said i dont play favs but your welcome to stop playing if you think this isnt fair
4. your char can use theres spells when and as much as they like however. even a enigma as limits so keep this in mind. if you just fought a mob of goblins you may not be up to the task of summoning a massive ogre. like i said enigmas are powerful... compared to normal people. there not gods
5. have a problem with how your character acts in the story? please talk to me. this is your character i want you to be happy with it. the more detail you give me about there personality and such the better i can work with them so please speak to me dont get mad and pout that will not fix anything.

General | Posted 16 years agook in the time i was gone i had a uber idea. now any one who watchs me knows that the key to POF's popularity was the fan interaction. well i've been trying to think how i can top it... and i think i got it. a game. of sorts picture a world of lore, nations rise and fall by the sword, powerful magic beasts rampage the land, and magic users rank above all others. however, the art of magic takes years to learn few magic users can craft great magics like the mages of myth... save for a small group... a rare breed uses power over magic is unmatched at a whim they can rain fire from the sky, summon mighty beasts, unleash toxic clouds of doom, or even heal the dieing. these people are called "enigmas" you will be one. pick a race and "class" from my roaster, i will send you a note about the race and class your intersted in and make a character, from there. will use your powers to be a savior? or a blood lusting demon? or maybe something in between? the path is yours to take... playable races are
gnoll, skin walkers, human, elf, kitsune, namzi, nectul, and katral.

General | Posted 16 years agoim sorry but i feel moved to say a few words on a bit of a odd topic. see everyone i know seems to never wanna shut up about how this polotic is fucking this up or how that one is. but let me ask ya something. where do these people come from? do they fall from the sky? no do they pop up out of the ground? no. there people just normal people chosen by other normal people. see the problem with the world everyone wants some one else to blame. its always some one else's fault its always because of "the man" or some piece of shit. and whats really fucked up is that there is a fairly easy answer. do something. DO SOMETHING its a simple concept dont know why everyone else seems to miss it. let me explain what i mean, cause no one person is gonna clean this shit hole we call life up. life is hard. and more offtin then not, unfair. we got crappy leaders in charge and people that are just as crappy not in charge. but if you look back in time this didnt seem to be a big problem. least not as big as these days. ever wonder why? i'll tell you why. because people gave a crap. people now are only out for them selves and maybe, just maybe there friends/family. aside from that... fuck the world. back in history the one thing people feared more then gods was what the world would think of them. what would people say when there gone. thats the mind set we need. fuck what you have now or what you want. what matters is hat you leave behind. now am i prefect? no. am i with out vice or sin? hell no. have i made the world a better place? i think so. and im proud of that. maybe i havnt ended a war. or ran into a flaming house. but i did talk some one out of a window. and im there when my friends need me. if when i am gone there would be people saying i was a good person then i would be happy to die naked poor by the side of the road and left for buzzards to pick at. see its not wrong to worry about your self but make it a goal to just make some one else's day alittle better. if everyone did that hell i bet the world just maybe... just maybe wouldnt be a big ball of shit out in space. i dont know just some thing to think about next time you decide to bitch about how much the world owes you. in fact here's a idea to live by, "fuck you, the world dosnt owe you shit, you owe the world!"

my secert place
General | Posted 16 years agothe trees and bushs cover the path to the place never thought worth remembering but people are all to happy to forget. when i find living boring, i slip through the woods and among the stones i sit.
not worth names and kindness living can be so unfair the young dead get called lucky. stay away its not normal they say, i dont care i find my self in nice company
children being so behaved nice and silent, couples staying true and beside each other for all time. peaceful breezes blow around there retirement is bitter sweat as a lime.
flowers stand wild and free telling sad ending stories with there lovely smell, time moves and so much gets left behind, fear not my new friends i'll stay and keep your names in my mind.
call me odd call me a freak i dont care, for you understanding the alure of this place may be hard. but your always welcome to sit and stay at my secert graveyard...

General | Posted 17 years agoPOF is over. and two new story chains have started to replace it. urban chaos and the hyena kingdom. now these two are getting good comments from people so there gonna keep going. but i have gotten the oddist request. seems a few people want more of the demonic empire charcters sooooooo how about a step back words before moving ahead with the syndicate story and going back in time to the demonic emperor's rise. see how it started, how rena became a soul harisvter, meet characters not in POF. maybe even learn the shocking truth of the emporer him self. how about it? who wants me to start doing that one with urban chaos and HK? let me know people

filling the void
General | Posted 17 years agoas you know im still debating S's successor. asian-eyes is in the lead now... but what about Kyu-chi? remember him? big short tempered dude, has a fox head and magic sword? ring a bell? well i still am not sure so heres the deal you may ask 1 question to asian-eyes and Kyu-chi these guys both wanna be the new face of evil so really grill them to get your support. of course this is just a frist round theres other baddies that wait S's throne (so to speak) so ask away

S as been defeated and banished to the void. i know he was prolly my less liked creation. but deep down, i loved working with the character, whether he was being slap sticked in paradox or being the bad guy everyone wanted to see fall in POF S really as been the feather in my cap. but givin the general dislike from readers i saddly may have to close the coffin of S for good. i have been sorta bumed over this. i mean i put more work into S then i have any one else. see at frist he was going to be this comic character for POF, sorta side kick to Aron, and yes its true he was VERY based off L from deathnote. i wanted him at frist to be this snobby know it all sorta guy who deep down didnt know shit. but the more i worked with that... the less funny he was. the more i thought "you couldnt fine a bigger ass hole i wanna choke the guy and i made him!" and looking at him i thought. "maybe thats a good thing" so S became this sorta pest a distraction to Aron. but still he didnt seem right. and then i got the idea of demonic position but the more i looked at the character i made S into the more i thought "knock off" but i liked the idea of him sharing the body if you will and then like a lightning bolt, it hit me. alter egos. over night i made this story line about this little boy who bottled up all the saddness and fear and all that darkness from his childhood and it BECAME this other person... a evil person. and i worked with it and i just loved it. S became this cunning, twisted guy, but there was this tempting-ness to him. and the other half was stalu, the idea of S would never have worked with out Stalu. the idea S could just hide behind this poor guy made me frustrated with ideas of how could he be beat. but it was like a alluring frustration i wanted to work more on it. and alot of read got hooked cause of that question of "how do you beat the bad guy, with out becoming a bad guy your self?" so him being killed off i feel like i have lost a big part of my story's universe if you will and my dear brother *hugs brother* helped me work on this new character... you saw him the other night... Asian-eyes. and even though i'll miss working with S ... or get hate mail if i revive S later. i feel like there alot i can do with Asian-eyes so i have decided... i got 2 things i need to know...
1. should S return in some way? yes or no (note me ideas if you like)

POF 30 the ending. i hope you enjoy it. with it gone im gonna get to work on revenge of kyu-chi and a few other stories i have been plotting POF left some big shoes to fill... i just hope that POF washed its feet so the next great story dosnt end up with smelly feet...

General | Posted 17 years agonow yes... you prolly heard already. POF ... is ending... stop... hold your tears. only 3 more parts. so hopefully i can have the ending up before i move. its been a long road. hard to believe i would take so much pride in a story chain who's first few stories were about a half game long. i just want to say that you all made this happen. your votes and support have made this ... prolly the single proudest thing i have ever done. we've seen alot. you'll note that in this one you just vote for light dark or other and thats it. well thats cause... i couldnt think of a split end to put in. so just vote, remember the side with the most votes at POF 29 will decide which ending you guys get.
