Terms of Service: 
By commissioning you agree to all of the following:
1. Orders:
1.1 The artist will not take any type of commissions that are gore related (suicide themes and explicit suffering), any type of sexual artwork involving minors (like "cub", "shota" and "loli") and animals/ferals (bestiality), intolerant and offensive content (apology for nazism, xenophobia, transphobia, homophobia and other hate groups) and other contents not mentioned that may cause discomfort to artist.
1.2 When placing an order, the customer is aware that the delivery period is 30 days after the payment has been sent (with exceptions, such as YCH's);
1.3 Stabilising a deadline for thedelivery of a artwork will add a fee to the original price.
2. Payment:
2.1 Payment must be made before the artist starts work or after the sketch/first preview is finished;
2.2 Payments made via bank slip, PIX and bank transfers (only for Brazilians) require proof of payment;
2.3 Payments made via PayPal will only be made through invoices. That said, any payments sent directly to the artist via email will be refunded and the invoice will be sent to the customer.
3. Content Edits:
3.1 You may not make changes to the original artwork without the artist's prior permission;
3.2 You may not remove the artist's signature;
3.3 During the art process, the client is entitled to three (3) major changes to the sketch. No major changes will be made without additional fees.
4. Delivery of Art:
4.1 The files will be sent via direct message (.rar file) or e-mail, the choice being up to the customer;
4.2 Within 7 working days after delivery of the artwork, I will keep the .sai and .psd files on my computer for emergency editing. Be aware that depending on the complexity of the change an additional fee will be requested;
4.3 Delivery of the content will be made only to the client, the artist will not send artwork to third parties without the client's authorization;
4.4 As the arts are digital (non-physical product) the artist will only send you virtual copies and is not responsible for the printing of the content.
5. Content Publication:
5.1 When using the art, the client must credit the artist and never claim to be the creator of the content;
5.2 The artist has full rights over the art, being able to publish it on their social media, gallery and portfolio without the client's consent (with rare exceptions);
6. Refunds:
6.1 No refunds will be made after the artist has finished the lineart;
6.2 If your artwork's still in queue, the refund will be 70% of the total payment amount;
6.3 Refunds will only be granted if the artist gives up on making the art or takes longer than the accorded deadline to deliver the order;
6.4 Content such as “adopts”, “YCH's” and “customs” cannot be refunded after purchase;

I don't like the fact that I'm having to do this, but as I couldn't resolve this in a pacific way with this client, I've decided to make a beware so that other artist don't end up on the same situation as I am right now.

ID: 6328315414On December's end (most specifically Christmas) he came to me asking for a animated icon of my Star Fox YCH. I accepted and started working on it the day after, soon I sent him the sketch for approval. Everything before asking for the payment. (Something that I always do, and that is stated in my ToS that can be found on my art channel @JellyBeansArt).
Besides that, the user ignored me without reason for more than a week regarding the payment of 50$ BRL (around 10USD) for the commission, and was incredibly rude when I questioned him about it, who answered me saying that I "Haven't finished it yet so I won't be paying". On my advertisement of that specific YCH I explicitly say that I finish it up to 24h after the payment (I said the same on the conversation with him, but he just ignored saying again that he won't be paying).
So if you doesn't wish to fall on this pit, I suggest avoiding this person's fursona. I'll be leaving here links that lead to his fursona's reference sheet and some extra artwork of him. Along with it I'll also leave a video that shows all the conversation and prints of it on both Brazilian Portuguese (original) and English.
