Welcome to the first Annual Writers Exchange!


This is a new event that is aimed at giving *kink writers* a spotlight! Everyone that enters is assigned a random participant for whom they will write a story for. This will happen over Notes, so make sure to have them open! For the sake of simplicity I will call the participants “Secret Writers” during this event.

The rules are straightforward:

-> Remember to have your Notes open.
-> You must be at least 18 years old to enter. This event will contain works of fetishistic nature, making this an 18+ event ONLY.
-> You must have posted at least one story within the last 6 months. Anything from April onwards counts. If your FurAffinity account should not have any proof of that, you can submit other accounts.
-> Do not submit a character who is, or appears to be, a minor.
-> Do not harass anyone in this event. Skill levels will vary, but this is done for fun.
-> Do not let anyone else write your story for you, whether they are human or not.
-> Failure to provide a story may cause you to be excluded from future entries of this event.
-> Everyone is expected to put effort into this, so give people at least 2000 words worth of writing in their gift.
-> NO characters from established media. OCs ONLY!


If you are interested in participating, comment on this journal with the following information:

-> A reference sheet of your character.
-> Your character’s name.
-> Your character's pronouns.
-> Any other important information, such as their personality, abilities or other quirks that you believe are necessary for the story to be as accurate as possible.
-> Any kinks you would like to have included.
-> Any sub-kinks / categories you would like to have avoided at all costs. (such as digestion in vore, or popping in inflation)


Make sure that you include all the necessary info as late additions may cause frustrations for your Secret Writer. Avoid being too specific with what you are requesting, or you risk leaving your Secret Writer with nothing to write about. If a specific kink of yours only works in a highly specific situation it may be better to leave it out for this event.


You are able to opt into this event - or opt out of it - from the 1st to the 25th of October. After that you can no longer withdraw. You will receive the person you have been assigned until the 31st of October. At that point you can begin writing. You will have time to finish your story until the 30th of November, which will be the day you post your story on. Do NOT post it earlier. Another journal will be posted where everyone will be able to link to their finished stories. Make sure to mention who your story is for, as well.

Should things go wrong for whatever reason, we will have Backup Writers, who will come in as a replacement if a Secret Writer fails to do something. I’ll sign myself up as one by default, but will appreciate anyone else who wants to be one. Simply note that in your journal.

If you have any questions during the event - be it over some detail of a character you are writing for or something else - you should note me.

The Arcae Chronicles is a series of semi-chronological, semi-interwoven stories that try to give you an understanding of Arcae and its inhabitants. This will be a background story on all the OCs that I own. Due to the nature of both the project and the setting some things may seem incomplete or confusing. Everything will end up making sense as more and more perspectives are revealed over the course of this project. You are by no way obligated to read everything however, if you are not interested in a certain character. Every character's storyline thumbnails will be color coded according to the character itself to give you an easier time to decipher who it is about at a quick glance. Keep in mind that even if a story is released later, that it may not happen after all other stories released so far. Fetish stories (except for one character) will not be “canon” in this project, and only stories marked with [The Arcae Chronicles] or [TAC] will be considered canon for the project.

As time goes on, “cheat”sheets will be released to help you keep track of timelines and certain keywords, along with color codes. You are also welcome to ask questions and I will answer them to the best of my ability/possibility. I look forward to share all the coming stories with you! (:
