I haven't really done anything on FA for a couple years and maybe 6mos ago I tried to log in and it wouldn't recognize my pword. I tried to have them send my pword to me via email, then realized that I couldn't get into that email anymore either. So now I was set with no way to retrieve my pword. Tried emailing an admin on FA, but after not hearing back after 2mos I made a dummy acct yesterday and put in a help ticket. This morning I look at my FA dummy acct and there is a reply!! They reset my email thus allowing me to reset my password.


I AM BACK

So almost 8yrs ago Zid and I moved to RI because his relatives paid 1/2 down on a house for us. We moved from Cali (where my family is) back to where Zid was from like 3500mi away. We were under the impression the house was OURS (seeing as how they told us it was). I moved there with 4 dogs, tho lost a couple after being there 7mos. I lost another back in 2006 which left me with my last remaining dog who is now 11.5yrs.

So being that my only dog is 11.5yrs old I decided I wanted to get back into dog showing and lure coursing which meant that it was time to get a new pup. I've had my new pup and he's now 5 1/2 mos. I didn't bother telling them since I know they are not doggie people and it's our house so why do I need to?

Well about 2-3 wks ago they found out about my new pup. We get screamed at for about 45mins over the phone. A couple days later she claims 'I don't like staying mad so please come over so we can discuss this dog situation'. So Kat and I go over and leave Zid at home with the dogs. She tells me she doesn't understand why anyone would need more than 1 dog (all her dogs were back yard decorations not allowed in the house. She is OCD about cleanliness).

So after not really getting anywhere with them in this discussion, they say we can all compromise on you having 2 dogs MAX. You can't have another till Shiner dies and you're not allowed to breed dogs. Oh and if you use your dog at stud he MUST leave the house to be bred, you can't allow any females to come to him.

I'm like WTF?! Who are you to decide how I can or can't live my life in a house you promised was OURS?! Dogs are some of the few bright spots in my life. Dog showing and dog activities was what I was happy doing, but hadn't been able to do for almost 8yrs since moving to RI. Now since Kat is with us that has changed and I'm able to start doing what I loved again.

So...FUCK YOU RELATIVES!!!!! We're moving to TX ASAP. Already started packing. Just need to finish packing and finish the repair work Kat had started on the house. Hoping to be out of here maybe in June sometime?

Well now that I've been home from the hospital for almost a week, I decided to take the time to write up a lil something. I won't gross anyone out with details, but I spent from the 22nd- thanksgiving afternoon in the hospital after coming not to far from 6ft under.

You never really know just how much blood is important to your body until you don't have quite enough for your heart to pump well. I had less than 1/2 the necessary hemoglobin and required a blood transfusion of 4pints. My heart hurt so bad from even walking like 2 steps that I would almost collapse and faint on the floor. The pain finally got so bad I had to have my BF call the ambulance.

I hope everyone took some time to think of things they were thankful for this past thanksgiving. I never thought I'd say I'm thankful for having enough blood o.O

Ok, so my new puppy was just born yesterday, and I will be bringing him home in approx 8wks. He's (most likely) a wire coated Ibizan Hound. I say most likely as there is a slim chance he could wind up a smooth coat, but he's all Ibizan Hound :3 I'm needing some male name suggestions! I can't guarantee I'll use one suggested, but I'd love some names thrown my way if anyone has some ideas. His color is red and white.

EDIT: Well we HAD chosen a name, but a circumstance just came up that made us go with something else. Kat doesn't know yet, so I hope he likes it! Back from FurFright and had a nights sleep. Still not recouped but, better than I was lol

Arrived on Thurs afternoon and kicked it around the hotel. Watched furs show up, folks unpack, and just generally waited for the con to start on Friday. Thurs night my BF and I bought pizza for us and , , , &

We ate pizza and watched How to Train Your Dragon in my suitmakers room while she worked on the finishing touches to my doberman suit. kept falling asleep on the floor and I had to keep pokin at him XD. After the movie we headed off to bed and met back up with everyone on Friday morning to pick up my suit.

I love my suit, it's absolutely amazing! If you don't have (Monoyasha on DA & Youtube) on watch...DOOO EEEETTTT or I will eat your eyeballz.

Spent the rest of the con roaming around in suit, or thru the dealer den. I made it thru 1 fursuit parade, but the one late Sunday night I was to tired and in pain to make it down to. Sunday afternoon around 3-4PM something, and I randomly met up with & at Friendly's restaurant. We'd never met em before but we all had dinner and ice cream together and it was really cool to meet them.

Also got the chance to meet , tho she didn't have her dobie suit this time. Hopefully in the future we'll get to take dobie pics together at a con.

All in all it was an awesome furcon. Think I actually preferred the old hotel, but the hotel staff was really nice to us. I even gave huggies to one of the cleaning ladies who said I was cute <3

Well as of wednesday we got evacuated MANDATORALLY. Only good thing was Zidders aunt lived about 2miles away in a 'safe' zone so to speak. My dog is staying in her garage rather than alone at the pound. I just hate feeling like a burden to other people, it's not confy having to stay with someone else >.< Until I get home my internet access is very limited and their wireless cable net works about as fast as dialup..literally.


EDIT: Well I'm home! I wasn't evacuated for long, but I really hope we don't have any more storms any time soon.

I just went to get groceries during our huge storm (No food in the house). Everywhere is FLOODED. I live just uphill from the Pawtuxet river and it's 7' ABOVE FLOOD STAGE. Coventry (the town I'm in) has been the hardest hit. Flooded streets are everywhere! I was worrying my car wasn't going to make it home as some of the flooding came up to my door.
