Real life work has been kicking my ass in recent weeks, so progress on my Drone Conversion YCH has been a bit slow going, so I apologize to those who bought slots! I am working on them in bits and pieces, however, so please continue to be patient! Here's the current status of the YCHes:

I'll update this as I go along!

Life's been pretty busy over on this end. Though I managed to kick the depression that was following me around, life started comin' at me swinging in other ways. Learned that my place of work of the past eight years would be shutting down, leaving me without a job at an awkward point where I'd been considering a career change but hadn't yet built up the skills to be able to switch to a different line of work. I was forced to find a new job in the same field, and only a part-time one at that that began two months after my last job finished, leaving me without income for the summer and with a reduced income once my new job began.

At the same time, I also decided to make the move to a new city, further draining my finances. Financially unwise, but in the long run the move will be a very good thing for me, as it positions me for better opportunities in the future and also helps improve my social life - something that was severely lacking in my old city.

Things are starting to settle down now - my new job has started, I'm settled into my new apartment, I'm already seeing the social benefits of my new city, and apart from the financial stuff looming over my shoulder, my mental health is good right now. I've also got a couple of cons coming up to look forward to: Infurnity in Taiwan at the end of October, and FURUM in Malaysia in December. If you happen to go to either, keep an eye out for a capy!

As for commissions: I haven't really opened for commissions much this year due to the various things going on in life, but I do have a few things on the go right now.

I am currently working on a 7 page comic commission featuring size theft and cock transformation featuring a few faces you've seen on my gallery previously. I shan't say more at the moment, but I think this comic's gonna be a good one. ;)

I also recently ran a Drone Conversion YCH and am working on that presently as well.

Outside of commissions, I have a new ~20 page comic that I'm working on called Members Only, which will also be a real banger when it's done.

I'm not really looking to take anything new on at the moment, but feel free to reach out if there's something you want to commission me once I do open up and I can make a note to follow up with you when I'm ready. This capy's keeping busy and looking forward to showing you what I'm working on as things get finished!

You might have noticed that I haven't been posting as much as I was last year, and haven't been taking commissions, so I thought I'd explain why so people don't think I've completely dropped off the face of the planet. There are a few reasons.

- For the past number of months, I've been battling some depression, which has put quite a bit of a damper on my art output. That's the main reason. I'm on antidepressants and they're helping, but there are still good and bad days.

- While I'm proud of how much I accomplished last year, I feel like I also might have done a bit too much and felt a bit burnt out.

- I've been unhappy with where I'm at in terms of my art skills, and want to dedicate some time to trying to improve my style and drawing abilities. This means that for a little while, a lot of what I draw is just going to be internal practice stuff that I won't end up posting. Hopefully when I start to return to more regular posting, it will be with improved style.

That said, I'm not completely stopped. I've got one more commission on the way, plus I've got a second inanimate TF game in the works and am working on developing my next comic, so there will be stuff coming in the future, just... not yet.

I've just released Cumpetition, the latest comic that I was working on and the first full-color comic! I had a lot of fun working with  Zooks to make this, and hope that you enjoy it! He'll be posting the whole comic page-by-page on his FA, but if you want to read the whole thing early you can toss me a few coins over on Fourthwall!

Now that I'm finally finished working on the comic, I can turn my attention to the several commissions that I've got in the queue. I think you're gonna really like 'em!

I've also got FURUM in Malaysia coming up next month, so I'm looking forward to that! This year has been great for me so far (apart from various health ailments), so let's keep it going and finish strong!

If you hadn't seen yet, my first game, TF Tag, is out now! It's a free inanimate TF text adventure inspired by  BlueBalls's awesome games, where you run around campus looking for your target to transform them while also avoiding being caught and TFed yourself!

Some little game dev fun facts:

- Written in Twine SugarCube, the same engine BlueBalls uses; he had a great set of tutorials on his site that really helped with learning how to use it!

- There are 26 different endings (1 for each location + 4 main endings)

- I wrote over 13,000 words for the endings (not counting words for outside the endings like location descriptions etc)

- There are a number of special secret characters whom you might receive as a target, including maybe a certain capybara!

- There are also a few unique dialogues that can happen if very specific circumstances are achieved, things that I expect only one or two people will ever see but are still fun little rewards if they do

- I made the whole game in less than two insane hyperfocused weeks

-  Medkit helped me out with bug testing and feedback, so big ups to him!

- I just updated the game to v.1.1.0 and added an Endings Gallery so you can view again the endings that you've unlocked! Working to add an Endless/Survival mode soon!

- The idea for the game was based on a game we played annually in high school called Deer Tag, where each student was given a clothespin and the name of another student, and the goal was to find that student and stick the clothespin on them without them noticing. Then they'd be out of the game and you'd get the name of their target and continue on, until there was only one winner. Thought it might be fun to apply this to an inanimate TF theme hehe

Edit: v1.2.0 has been uploaded, and Endless Mode is now available! The 12hr time limit has been removed in this mode, so see if you can survive long enough to catch 50 targets and receive a very special new ending!

I've been having fun working on them, but I do have some other commissions in the pipe to work on as well, so I'm gonna close those YCHes now for the time being so that I can get my commission queue cleared. Also, a general life update: My trip to Singapore for LIFC was fantastic and I had an amazing time, met lots of great people, and ate lots of good food. Then my vacation in Japan was similarly wonderful, with so much good food and a chance to see some fellow furs and pups. Upcoming will be a visit to Malaysia for FURUM in December, but until then I'll be working on commissions (including the big comic that's in progress - stay tuned!) and trying to stay cool in this summer heat.

Summer vacation is fast approaching, and so I'll be off to LIFC in Singapore July 6-7 and then FurMIT back home in Taiwan the following weekend (!!), the 13-14th. Right after FurMIT I'll be taking off to Japan for two weeks for the remainder of July, so this little capybara is having a busy summer!

I have been quite productive in the first half of this year, buoyed by the wonderful time I had at ThaiTails and then a string of really fun commissions. There is one really big commission project that I'm working on currently, but I've also been taking on smaller pieces throughout.

Some may have noticed that I haven't opened for commissions in quite some time; rather, it's more that I haven't shouted from the rooftops (aka Journals) that I'm open... it's more of a kind of soft open. Things have been pretty quiet over here, because I've had my head down getting my Hypno For Hire comic finished in time for ThaiTails in a couple weeks. The comic is done and off to the print shop now (digital and physical copies will be available on Fourthwall starting March 25), and now I'm working on a couple of commissions I was approached for.

Popping in for a quick update on my commission status! I'm back from Canada now and mostly over the post-travel depression, so I'm ready to get back to work!

However, for the time being I won't be opening publicly for commissions, as I have had several people who had approached me previously for commissions that I'd like to work through first before I open up some slots.

Once those are done, I will assess where I'm at and possibly open up for some commission slots in the early fall.

In a few days, I'll be off to Canada for a long-overdue (four and a half years!) visit home to see family and friends. As such, I won't be particularly active until I return in late July. Try not to burn things down while I'm gone, eh?

Just returned home from my first international furcon, visiting Bangkok for ThaiTails 2023. I had an amazing time and met some awesome new friends.

Now that I'm back, an update on my future plans:

I'm planning to vend at Furrymosa in June, which is already creeping up fast (only two months away!), and I have plans for a new doujin that I want to sell at that event. Problem is, I haven't started it yet! So these next two months I'm planning to hunker down and see if I can knock out an artbook in time for Furrymosa, which is to say: I won't be opening for commissions for the next few months.

I wouldn't want my amazing commissioners to have their commissions collecting dust in my queue while I'm working on the artbook, so if you're interested in commissioning me keep an eye out for me to open up again once Furrymosa finishes in early June :)

(That also means, barring any random strikes of inspiration, that I also probably won't be posting much artwork between now and then, since I'll be focusing on the doujin)

Well, 2022 has come and gone, and 2023 has arrived. Happy new year to you all!

2022 was quite a year for me. Entering my second year of doing art, this past year was when things really accelerated for me. I took more commissions than I could have dreamed of taking, and drew lots of things that I really enjoyed. My Art Summary of 2022 showcases some of the pieces that I worked on throughout the year, but I wanna give special mention to a few of my pieces.

My two sock TF pics (Part 1 and Part 2) became my most-popular works I've done to date, and I'm glad they resonated with so many of you. Who knew so many of you wanted to be well-used socks? It also turns out that a lot of you want to be underwear, after my Under...WHERE?! pic spawned an unexpected slew of YCH commissions.

My personal favorite piece of the past year was the Temp Job sequence, and I have some fun ideas for other things that that Temp Agency might hire people for. Keep an eye out in 2023 for more ;)

Outside of my tf & hypno art, 2022 was also the year that I really started to step out into the furry world. I went to my first IRL furry event in June (Furrymosa in Taipei), made some furry friends in Thailand in July, and then expanded my furry network here in Taiwan through the latter half of the year, attending a number of furry events (including my first furcon, Infurnity, in October, as well as a poutine furmeet on my birthday in December) and making a lot of new furry friends.

I also drew and got published my first book of furry art, Zodiac, a digital version of which can be purchased on my Gumroad! ( Use code "TIGER" for 20% off <3 ) I vended at the Dealer's Den at Infurnity and debuted my book, actually managing to sell a few copies! It was super rewarding and fulfilling to be able to hold a copy of something I made and be like "wow, I made this".

In my personal life, things weren't as rosy - boy troubles, mainly - and though I started 2022 standing next to someone I really liked, I ended it standing alone in a crowd among strangers. In spite of this, I'm hopeful I'll find more success on that front in this upcoming year. So let's not end on a down note!

Overall, 2022 was a great, fulfilling, surprising, and rewarding year. I'm really proud of where my art is now compared to when I started back at the end of 2020, and I'm looking forward to seeing what this next year brings! I'll be attending Furry Tea Party (Kaohsiung) and ThaiTails (Bangkok) in March, and who knows what other events beyond that!

Well, that was a stressful few days!

A few days ago one of my submissions was removed and I was suspended from FA for a week, due to it "depicting a minor engaged in sexual activity", even though all characters I draw are aged up to over 18. I was also give a Final Warning, despite this being the first issue I've ever had in twelve years of having this account, which I think is what stressed me out more than the one-week timeout.

I wrote an appeals email to FA, and this morning they determined that I was "penalized erroneously", and my account access was restored.

Still, have to say it's shaken my faith in FA. I strongly encourage everyone to give me a follow over on my Twitter, so that way you can keep up with me if anything else happens to my page here.
