I wanted to say a Big Thankyou to some special people today! Let me explain why!
I had a fun week last week. It all started with our Friends at our Anime Group LEAF, we were suppost to have Anime Group as usual on Thursday last week, but no sooner did me and my Fiance/Mate Sylphie finish setting up our group started putting everything away again! To say me and my mate were confussed would be putting it lightly! I was just going to ask why in the world were they packing up when we just got there, when they started telling us to turn off the computer and get our coats because we were going back out!
Turns out our friends had booked a table for a meal for us at our fav pub! They said they wanted to say thank you for the 6 years that LEAF has been running (even though some of the group have only been there just over a year)! They all came out for us, they paid for our meals and drinks all night, and even wrote out a Thank you card whitch they all signed! It was a wonderful surprise for myself and my Mate!
I really want to thank them all, exspecially
Who came up with the idea. Thank you for everything, we knopw we can always rely on you!
also and all the others not on FA!

Then on Saturday 21st I went to Manchester Expo with my Mate and our friend Nearly all our Anime group went along too! We seen lots of friends and people we knew, inclueding a lot of Furries from Manchester furmeet!

We had a really good time, but it was far to hot to bring our MLP fursuits, although my Mate wore his Rainbow Dash tail!
So yes I've had lots of fun, my lovely Mate even took me to Wales yesterday and we had a lovely day out together!

Hi all just thought i'd throw out an invite to all you Furry's and Anime fans that Sylphie & Rikku run our own anime screening group called LEAF (League of Extraordinary Anime Fans).

We are Based in Bootle on Marsh Lane(which is close to Liverpool) and very close to bus/train links.)
Screening take place every Thursday @ 7pm - 9:30pm and is £2 each to cover costs for the room.
We are age 17+ group. Also we are about 50%/50% Male/Female.

We are an established anime group (6 years) now and at the moment we have 16 members and are always looking for new people to entertain. Some members have been coming for 6years now and some as recent as 6 months.

We are a very friendly and sociable group and guarantee you will make friends here.
About half of our group are Furry's and active within the Furry community.

Each week we show 5 of the newest anime shows (which are voted for at the start of the season) and we watch the seasons in their entirety. We have breaks for socialising and catching up with all our friends.
As a group we attend conventions Anime & Furry (Confuzzled, Ayacon, Kitacon, Expo etc) and go out to cinema, theme parks, meals, and filming short skit movies etc.

So if you are interested in joining us at LEAF or know someone who would please leave a reply to this journal or message and we will get back to you with further details.
Our new season will be starting Thursday 26th July with two weeks of voting for new shows.

I will be going to Manchester Expo on Saturday 21st July! Yay I can't wait! I have a new Cosplay costume I have made to wear that day, I'm really looking forward to it! I'm going with my Mate and some of my friends from our Anime group LEAF!

Rikku and my big sis Sylphie had a party last Saturaday. It was a themed party, a kids party. We had lots of fun games, like pass the parcel, donute on a string, bob apple, face painting an bubble chasing! We got to play dress up and suck dummies, an share all our toys! It was lots of fun! All our friends came, we had lots of food, sweets, even jelly! There was lots of fun stuff to win in pass the parcel, like a skipping rope, a tutu, a feather boa, bubble wand, rainbow glitter baton, teddy, dummy, an squeaky hammer! Everyone won a prize so no one was left out! It was so much fun, Rikku wants to do in again every Saturday!

I just thought I would give an up date on what I'm up to these days!
I have started work on making the head for my fursona Rikku's fursuit! I will put up pics as soon as I have enough to show. I'm really enjoying making my Rikku head, I think she will be really cute when she's done!
I have also been doing some gift art, and some art trades, and I hope to be able to do some commissions soon!
I have been attending our local furmeets once a month in Manchester, and taking my Pinkie Pie costume along! I really enjoy the furmeets and getting to wear my Pony fursuit! I will be going to the furmeet this Saturday hopefully, but I might be taking my Guilmon costume this time instead!
I just got a great Couples Badge commision from my friend of my fursona Rikku and my Mate's fursona Sylphie!
So yes I'm busy, busy but having fun!

This Friday, 11th May , It will be our Anime Group L.E.A.F's (League of Extraordinary Anime Fans) 6th Birthday!
It's hard to believe that 6 years ago myself and my Fiance  rainbow-dash1 started the group with just a few friends coming along each week, now we have changed venues and have a lot more people who attend! More friends for us yay!
I never would of believed we would still be going 6 years later, let alone that our numbers would go up, we are also quite well known now at Anime conventions!
I Love our Anime group, it's a place were we can meet up with our friends, watch Anime, have fun, talk and relax.
So Happy Birthday LEAF, and long may you continue!:)

So I've just come home from Kitacon yesterday and I'm still worn out! I mean Seriously I didn't stop for 5 days! This is the first time me and my fiance  rainbow-dash1 have worn our My Little Pony fursuits (Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash) to a convention, and boy were we the popular ones! From the moment we put the suits on we couldn't move for people wanting photos! I felt like a super star or something! My fiance and me had a great time being ponies for 2 days (Saturday and Sunday), we got photos, played with the other Bronies and even went dancing at the ball! First we did slow dancing in the ball, then we went mad and danced at the main party to heavy metal! I even got to sing karaoke in my Pinkie Pie fursuit! It was so much fun! My legs are still hurting!
On the first day of the convention (Friday 13th) my fiance  rainbow-dash1, myself and our friend  Arkamond Cosplayed as characters from the Anime Digimon Tamers. I was Guilmon (in my hand made fursuit, photo's to follow soon), my fiance was Renamon (photo's of his fursuit up on my site and his), and our friend was Beelzemon. I spent most of my time growling or sniffing at people, which everyone found amusing! The Digimon costumes went down really well, but not as well as our Pony costumes! Now I have 2 hand made fursuits! I will post photos of my Guilmon fursuit soon!

I am now close to finishing my Guilmon costume, Yay! I have been sick for a bit and I didn't think I would have him finished in time for Kitacon, but now he in almost complete! I really am proud of him too, he is quite the cutie. His head is nearly finished, his tail just needs it's stripe, his feet need a cover on the bottom to make them water proof, and his tummy and arms need symbols and I need to make leggings. So close to finishing yay!

Yay! Our My Little Pony Fursuits are finially finished! Myself and my Fiance hand made our costumes ourselves! I made Pinkie Pie and my Fiance made Rainbow Dash! Our fursuits took forever! We were up finishing them till 2am on Friday, and then we had to leave at 10am on Saturday for the Manchester Furmeet in Manchester! We had great fun at the Furmeet! It was great to meet the other furry's, everyone was so nice to us, and we had lots of photo's taken! It was also great because it was my fiance's Birthday today, so the meet was great for a fun pre-Birthday!

Myself and my Fiance have been making our MLP fursuits. We have been so busy! We want them finished for my Fiance's Birthday next Saturday, so we have been working none stop to finish them by then! I feel like the only thing I do lately is do more to our fursuits, not that I mind, it takes my mind of other things. I'd say our MLP fursuits are 90% done now, only eyes and hand sewing left to do on mine! Hope to post pics soon!

Hello everypony! I am very pleased to be on FA! As yet I have never made a full fursuit, but that will all change soon when I finish, not one but two, fursuits! Myself and my wonderful Brony Fiance Rainbow-Dash1 are in the process of making My Little Pony fursuits at the moment, I'm making Pinkie Pie and my Fiance is making Rainbow Dash (bet you couldn't guess that from his FA name).
I am also making a Guilmon costume from the series Digimon Tamers. I am hoping that my costumes are finished in time for Kitacon in April, and I hope to have photos soon!
