Hello, as some of you may know the NFC convention has been postponed until 2023.
This means I will not be in a dealers den this year so instead of con prep I plan to reopen commissions in early February.
The short comic planned for sale at NFC will instead be available on my online pages, should people express enough interest in a physical copy I will print a limited amount to send out.
The con falling through has caused me some inconvenience but nothing I can't handle, should you have a commission idea ready for me please feel free to send it to me in the upcoming opening!

I will take limited slots this time (4 max) and will not take softshaded work. Preference goes out to sketches, halftone and celshading.
No first come first serve, I will choose what projects suit my timeframe.
Should your commission be denied due to this please note that it's not personal and you are free to reapply next opening!

Hello, first of all I'd like to thank everyone that submitted their commission ideas and while I sadly couldn't take all of them on I am happy to keep in mind a re-entry next opening should you still wish to get art from me at that time!

For my current worklist, the queue has been updated and it will be visible on my main profile page, it will state the status of your commission.
The invoices have been set up and sent out, should you not have recieved a correct one please let me know so I can rectify any errors. Ofcourse questions regarding your commission are always welcome!

completion timetable*:

-week 1: send out the sketch commissions
-week 2: send out first wip for the celshaded and softshaded commissions
-week 3: add any required edits and refine where needed or move on to lining
-week 4, deliver lines and colours
-week 5: final delivery

*This timetable is a rough estimate, I have commissions with a set deadline in my current batch and I will keep everyone in my customer list informed on their commission progress!

My Cintiq 13 HD has stopped working properly after 8 years of service.
I expected it to die on me soon so I had funds at the ready for a replacement. I'll have my new Cintiq 16 in before the commission opening this weekend if all goes well.
Should there be a delivery delay I will notify you on time, opening times remain the same for now!

Hello, I'll be opening up the commissions again upcoming weekend!
Opening time will be from Saturday 27th of November 12:00 CET till Sunday 28th of November 12:00, slot count remains flexible depending on the applications entered.
I will include a new pricing guide that I will post when they reopen but the rates should be around this:
€50 for sketches,
€70 for lines,
€90 for halftone,
€100 for flats,
€120 for celshaded and
€150 for soft shading.
Large paintings for €300+
Comic (at least 3 pages)/ref at €200+

Applications can be sent through notes and will NOT be first come first serve, please include:

-Your character reference (an up to date fullbody image or reference sheet)
-A short description of your commission idea (pose, setting, theme, expression)
-The type of commission (sketch, flat colour, celshaded etc)
-Any additional important details. (eg, has a hard to notice scar on the refsheet, has a tongue piercing)

The application will be treated as a quote until confirmation of a slot has been given and payment has been made. All payments should be in Euro.
Should your commission application be denied it will not be for personal reasons, I choose the workload best suited to my timeframe.
You can always apply again next opening and if you applied before I will keep that in mind for next opening so you may get your art as well!
If I clearly state I am uncomfortable with drawing the offered commission I will not accept it in the future.

This batch has been a lot of fun to work on!

It's come to my attention that several creators have blocked me. At first I assumed they just found my art strange and shrugged it off but I've since recieved some messages stating why they blocked me.

Now this is their right, they're not forced to interact with or care about me in any way.

However, the reason I've been given by some was due to some of the slitplay and docking art I've drawn, in particular of one of my own characters and I've recieved some pretty shitty messages because they assumed that I was drawing characters in a way that could be described by a slur used against trans men.
The character in question is a cis male with a sheath.

I'd like to get these rumors out the door, I don't like the concept of, the use of the term as a descriptor, or being called the C-boy slur.
Not for me, my characters or any trans person I know. It's offensive to be called that as a transgender man, which I am.

What I draw is strictly limited to expressing my interests in slitplay and docking, and the fact that I have to clarify even though I've added it to multiple submissions as a footnote is honestly depressing.
People can block me if they like, I have no say about that, but to force me out of a space I'm a part of for a reason that is based on misunderstanding and to accuse me of drawing a representation of a slur that has harmed me as well is honestly incredibly ignorant.

I just felt the need to clarify, I don't intend to harm people but I also want to express what I like in my work and the continuous judgement is getting quite exhausting.

Thanks for hearing me out, and for your support. I know this is not my usual journal update but I felt like I needed to clear things up.

Hiya, as stated I've caught quite a nasty bug that's kept me mostly stuck in bed.

I have made some progress on my work though I'll have to sit this out until the headaches subside, I can't draw like this. Thank you all for your patience, I hope to be back on track soon to avoid any big delays.

First wip for any commissions in the last few slots will be sent out on Monday, any progress left for sketches and celshading should be complete by Friday, softshaded work should be completed at the Wednesday the week after that.
