Posted a year agoAs of today, March 10th, 2024, I am officially beyond my 20's.
I've learned a lot of lessons in the past decade, made friends, lost friends, and gained a lot of understanding about myself and the world.
I've learned that it's okay to take yourself into consideration sometimes, and that you don't have to exist solely on the behalf of others.
I've learned that it's important to be there for your friends, especially when your friends are there for you.
And, of my regrets... I wish I wasn't so emotionally closed off from people, and... honestly I wish I'd gotten up to more debauchery in the past ten years than I managed to get into.
I want to thank everyone who made my 20's better, and here's hoping the next ten years of my life, and of the furry fandom at large, are gonna be fantastic!

THIS DECADE IN REVIEW.

Hard to believe but this decade started off with high school for me. Getting into Minecraft a lot, and FIRST robotics. 2011 saw me get involved with an amazing online subculture full of amazing art and people. Graduation in the Class of 2012. And moving to Florida, which was a nightmare. Lots of family drama and personal growth and adventure. If I recall correctly in 2014 I moved back to Wisconsin in mid January and I was never so happy to feel the bite of winter. Dead end jobs and time spent with friends filed that year. 2015 was dramatic for everyone, and was without a doubt the year the world had truly gone mad, and a lot of very strange things happened. 2016 was a year of unexpected things, and a continuation of 2015s madness with renewed vigor. It didn’t stop in 2017, but some odd things started to change, with people slowly starting to reflect on the past while working towards the future. 2018 was a roller coaster of last chances, misfortunes, and tragedies, and 2019 has been an uphill struggling rat race in desperation for a better tomorrow.
Along the way we’ve seen incredible technological advances- things like reliable voice activated computers are now commonplace, virtual reality technology is a mainstream form of entertainment, robotics have advanced in leaps and bounds, and commercial space flights are a real, and not even infrequent thing! We’ve already surpassed the dates of some of the iconic science fiction futures where they expected everything fashion cybernetics and flying cars, to whole space colonies, hovering skateboards, and psychic arcade games.
Tomorrow begins an entirely new decade. Who knows what trials and tribulations, what adventures, what incredible advances in technology it might bring? It’s the future, and it’s now. I for one am ready to dive headlong into a world of science fiction made real. So Excelsior! May the Force be With You! And we don’t need roads where we’re going! Let’s get ready for the incredible future that tomorrow will bring!💫

Now, I know that on the rare occasion i do post something, it tends to be a very slow and rare process, and i generally cannot compete with most artists speed and quality, and as such, my prices will not be increasing for the forseeable future.
What I will and will not draw may depend on particulars and may be subject to change, please inquire directly... For starters however, a few things that i will probably not be able to draw (between personal preference, or lack of skill) are:
NSFW involving cubs, because I'd rather not get into trouble over that.
Anything hyper, because honestly... i haven't particularly practiced that.
Inflation, again, not something i'm skilled with.
Scat, gore, snuff, etc. because... well, both personal preference, and in the case of gore- because it's hard.
For things I WILL draw.... umm i guess... ask?

Posted 8 years agoSo this summer the lease on my apartment is ending, and while I have decided that I want to renew it (I can't afford to get another place, and I can't deal with moving again), my roommate will be moving back with his dad and grandmother to help take care of them.
I'm going to be in need of a roommate on the north side of Kenosha, WI (Somers, if you want to be specific, near Parkside College). I need someone who can put up with me (i'm not a tidy person, but I can cook and I'm always on time with my part of the rent.), and most importantly, I need someone with a steady income who can, and will pay their share of the rent.

RANT TIME!
Posted 11 years agoSo lately I've been thinking, I'm in college, and just a few years out of high school... all in all, these are what are supposed to be the "Best years of my life". I'm lonely, unemployed, and have somewhat recently become somewhat more overweight than I'm comfortable with. Every day I have to put up with people who seem enraged at the entire world rant on about how "Successful" they are... This is supposed to be that "rest of my life" people say starts right after high school... Seriously? This is the rest of my life? Being obscure, poor, and lonely, not even able to GET AN INTERVIEW let alone hold a shitty dead end job somewhere... Everyone tells me that I'm smart ad talented, but how the hell can I be so outstanding when I'm in this kind of situation? Outstanding people GET the interview, they GET the job, the pay, the raise... Other people are off being special and successful and I'm just... Me. Nothing. Like a black void in this shit hole of forced smiles and gritted teeth. This can't possibly be what things are supposed to be like, right? I keep hearing stories of people getting dream jobs or getting rich doing nothing at all, with no education, just because they thought of something clever or new somebody that could skirt the rules to help them. Where's my chance? When do I get my big break? Why don't I get to be happy?
Why don't I get to be somebody special?
Because that's really all I want.
I want to be somebody special, not just another face overlooked in the crowd.
