SWEETSHEEIT. I just have not wanted to be on FA lately. Not because of whatever drama people have had, but because I've been doing lots of life things.

-Working full time doing web design and marketing junk.
-Working part time for an indie game company.
-Going to school.
-Trying to be a decent boyfriend.

I'm doing pretty well on all those fronts, but I've kinda been out of the social circle. Went to the last few Ohio fur meets and they've been fun, which was much needed since my professional life has become a little overwhelming. I also want to start illustration again since I bought Adobe CS6. That shit was expensive >:C

Also, I know I threatened it before, but we're definitely moving here soon! Probably somewhere pretty close, just a bit more... upgraded. Lyan and I make decent money and deserve a better place to roost! The extra space will help us in accommodating friends, being able to cook more often, and make a more homey environment for us! ^.^ And let me do some serious decorating :3c

So Lyan and I will be moving soon! Not far away but just upgrading apartments. We need the space! Plus it gives me a small office space to furnish and decorate and work in >:3 Muahahaha.

Work is going great. I love being in the creative industry, and it's what I'm really good at. I started this job knowing nothing about marketing, but now it's second nature.

Also, for said moving date, we'd be glad to have y'all pitch in. If you help out, Lyan and I will furnish you with alcohol and food. MAYBE a place to crash if you get hyper-drunk, but if you start ralphing on the new carpet I will cut a bitch D:<

Aside from that, we're gonna try to start doing more things locally. It's been hard after starting work and now college on the side, but when it gets cooler outside, I can't not be out. :C

My boss has me running a $100,000 project this next month, plus a new site-spanning cart project covering 5 sites. Thankfully I love web design so its not like I'll be sitting and grovelling, but damn. A little senseless fun with my boyfriend and other furs sounded like a lot of fun :C

I try, but I'm also a very non-furry fur. I like things to make sense and be in order most of the time.

Furries are disorderly. Friend 1 sleeps with friend 5 and 9 while friend 3,7 and 11 have an orgy with 2 and 6.
Then they all pile on 4. :U

Maybe it won't bug me as much someday but this is why I keep myself removed from the fandom. I understand that furs are generally very open and accepting, and that's wonderful, but there has to be a limit.
SOMETHING. I'd hate to lose even more friends to AIDS... blargh.

WHOAHTHERE. This has been a spastic past few weeks. I have withdrawn from my university (They were ridiculous. Suffocatingly Christian, hateful, CURFEW D:, and lacked the technological aspect of graphic design. BITCH. MODERNGRAPHICDESIGNIS50%TECHNOLOGY*dies*), I'm moving to Cinci with Lyan, have had tons of clerical/technical/marketing interviews. And now to enroll at Fullsail...

I'm just happy to be saving money while working toward paying off loans. I'll hopefully be working on app development and mobile game design until then, soooo... If anyone is intense into coding around Cincinnati, holla! I would love to make something awesome.

Also this means I get infinite lion time! You know, when we're not both working :C we's a very career focused couple. I'd like to get to the point of being on the same schedule at some point, but that'll probably be a few years. He's gonna be enrolling into Phoenix to earn his AA/BA in business management soon too! So yeah. I feel a little proud... I don't know too many professionals who are furs! If anyone knows of something like that, you should let me know D:

Pounced. I was kinda curious to see what kinda furs were local (since I'm relatively new to the whole thing) and found him.

I can't fit it all into words to be quite honest. He's always there for me, protective but not controlling, and very supportive of my decisions. He's also into doing outdoorsy things which I love, keeps me updated in world news since I am way too into obscure art subcultures... I dunno. He keeps me in balance. And he's also great in bed, so. You know. ^3^

What do you like the least about them?
Probably temper, but come on. He's a lion. It only happens on occasion!

What is the best thing they have ever done for you?
Given me some of the best days of my life! I've never been more genuinely and unconditionally loved before. I hope he feels the same, because I certainly haven't felt bonded so strongly before him.

Nope. I think he may be able to meet my dad some day, but my mother is a fundie Christian. Let's just say she's way out of the loop.

I don't even remember. Scott is a very gift-y lion D: One of my favorites was a few artist-rendered postcards done for one of my favorite bands, Beirut. They're so beautiful and I wanna frame them :)

I couldn't see myself with anyone else. I mean that very seriously. I have not been with anybody I felt mature enough to be in a relationship with, and Scott has a perfect balance of fun, intellectual climate, and romance that makes us for more than just a solid match. I feel very lucky indeed :)
