First off, Anthrocon was pretty awesome. And I actually enjoyed having a problem with the car on the way down. Something that was a cheap and easy fix, anyway. Radiator hoses. 'Nough Said.

Next I had a new suit.. head for the con which I thought was pretty cool.. Just it didn't really portray a shepherd, which is what I've been trying to go for since the start. Probably gonna keep it the way it is for a short time, then start over. I only realized it didn't look like a shepherd at the GShep meet and greet.

Lastly, How awesome would it be to see a James Bond type movie, with all the actors playing Bond from the movies playing James Bond in the spoof? and then they would meet up in a bar when they were meeting an informant.. Then have something like a Jason Bourne thing going on? I haven't really watched the movies, so if I'm missing some details on that, please tell me.

I don't word things well, if that was confusing..

Its pretty boring stuff.
My crane stops just short of my machine, so I've been driving our large forktruck into the machine to pick up these 3-ton parts so I can flip them over with a 3-ton chain hoist and put them back on the machine with the forktruck.
On the other hand, this job gives me ample down time, so I've been writing a bit. It's just hard for me to keep focused for very long.

So.. I've been driving this little Audi A4 lately, but I'm not enjoying the snow as much as I thought I would. I miss driving my heavy car.

Sorry.. Life has been driving me to be reclusive lately, and it's starting to drive me insane.

Yep.. Halloween fursuiting around town was awesome, but my suit went from white to brown... Not amused, but it was fun.

I've been leading a very boring life lately. Both senses of the word. At work all I've been using is a CNC VBM, or Computer Controlled Vertical Boring Mill. Exciting.


Also, I'm getting my car ready for the long trip to Fur Fright next month. gonna be epic.

This part is huge. My day is mainly going toward getting this part up and running. Keep in mind, I am a machinist, and my job is to make these custom parts out of what would appear to be a chunk of metal.

Just too easy to get seriously injured today. Lol

I just had an awesome idea.

I want to carry a bucket full of ping pong balls in my car. It shall be randomly thrown out at people walking.

Even better. I'm gonna pull up next to them.. not making eye contact... and just dump the balls out, keeping the bucket... and drive off normally. 4 am never fails me. Always the best random ideas. This is ultimately after finding and playing with a golf ball in the street not 20 minutes ago.


Okay.. Its 5am, and 81°F... ffffuuuuuuu....

So. I've been spending my time lately, of all things, driving. I'm officially back to my summer vehicle (just in time for another go of salt and snow), and have been showing it off nicely.

1.) (Insane) I had some prick in a Corolla stop me at the gas station (of all places) and tell me that global warming is because of cars like mine, and their crazy amounts of fuel that they consume.
I just went off on him and told him that it was because of people like him that the economy of the United States is failing due to the majority of those people buying foreign made cars.

It was funny. I continued to put my $60 of fuel into the beast, as he drove off with his measly $25.


2.) (Violent) Early Wednesday morning, I was parading my car around a mud and snow parking lot showing all these Fwd economy cars what a real donut is... With 4 inches of slush and mud. It was epic. I don't have video.
I had some guy from the Burger King I was behind come out ask me why I was making a mess of the parking lot. I told him that a car like 'this' needs to be shown off. Its how the great legacy of the car continues.
"This is a classic car tho!" to which my response was "Its one of the only cars that can do it!"


3.) (haloldouchehondafail) Yesterday, I was loving my car, slowly cruising up the main drag to blow some time at the mall. Some guy rolled up next to me at the red light and called me an asshole, and tried to speed away as it went green. Who would have known that 1977 210 horsepower would beat out some douche in a 1990's Civic?
But really. We were having fun. I was this dude's lab partner for a while in Chemistry class last year.

Hmm.. Over one week, I've heard, "dear lord," "This guy's totally not gonna fit into this parking space," "omg lol He actually fit into that parking space," and "Thats a nice car!"

Also, on an unrelated note, I've been trying to deal without internet access from my neighbor's house. I can't figure out their newly installed password!!
Guess I'm gonna have to get cable.

I was gonna do some suiting today at the local farmer's market, but it was raining too hard all day long... I was also gonna go to the beach afterwards...
Instead I'm gonna do some repairs/upgrades to the suit today.

I love my job so far. I now have a license to drive a forklift.. I had to watch this corny South Texas training video (cowboy hats in all) to get it. But it was totally worth it.

I also got a Mosin Nagant after some struggles to meet up with the guy that could run the FBI background check.. It shoots awesome. I just haven't had my camera on me at the same times that I've been shooting my gun. Will come soon tho.

I've also been having a little bit of a problem starting the car. The cold start is awesome. The warm start, not so much. It needs to crank over a few times before starting after its been run for a bit.
Otherwise, it runs epically.
I rode some guy's ass goin 70 down the highway, when the speed limit was 55, because he was following me a bit close, and he passed me when I was going over 60 to begin with, and I just felt like doing it.
I was within half a car length, going that fast, a couple times.

We also got my friends 87 Two-Door Crown Vic going again yesterday. There were two gaskets on the oil filter, and therefore wouldn't hold any oil at all. This took three months to figure out. And after they came to me for suggestions, we figured it out quickly.
There will be epic times had with these two cars. There will be much smoke blown (exhaust and tires). We shall intimidate all the hybrid driving pricks that I know. And we shall convoy everywhere we go together to show off the great boxy looks of the large two door Fords.

It was pretty awesome.. And now that its over, I feel I can get back into my boring life.. Talked to so many people, but I feel I didn't really meet anyone. Me ma went with me, cause she's everything that I'm not (outgoing/playful).. We both had loads of fun.

I had been kinda sick all weekend (disapoint) and didn't get to do everything I wanted to do. I couldn't eat a thing all weekend and by Sunday I didn't have enough energy to do much of anything... I did manage to get out to attend the Parade, and I'm glad because that's the only thing I've found so far online with my suit.


Long story short, I attended the Masquerade, and the Dance Competition, (couple other little things) got a couple photos, some crappy video (which I may upload or not) and had an AWESOME time. Can't wait till next year where I would like to hang out with a couple more people and stay a longer time.
