When you buy an adoptenital from me, you automatically agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Payment
[*] I only accept paypal.
[*] I accept payments through invoices only.
[*] Adoptenitals are only marked as sold once payment is sent, otherwise it is marked as 'on hold'

2. Claiming and Customizing
[*] To claim your adoptenital you may either post a comment on its submission, or send me a note. Once claimed, send me a note with any information on the character and your paypal address.
[*] You can give me as many details as you want in regard to the characters species/body type/markings and so on and I will make it as accurate as I can.
[*] If you don't give me details and tell me to go with it / surprise you, then you put your trust in me and are prepared to either love or hate it. Meaning if you end up not liking it, there will be no refund as the work has already been done and time put into it.
[*] I will put an adoptenital on hold for only Five Days. If payment is not sent within those five days, the adoptenital will be marked as available again.

3. Upgrading
[*] For an extra 15$ (25$ in total) I will upgrade the adoptenital to full body, line it, and add flat colors with either no or a minimal background.
[*] You can ask for an upgrade at any time.
[*] Upgraded adoptenitals may or may not show the actual genitals of the character. Poses tend to be a little different and the junk doesn't always show. Specify if you really want it shown so i can pose them accordingly!

4. Copyright & Reselling
[*] I hold the creative copyright over the artwork, while you hold the copyright over the character and its design. When you resell, specify they are only buying the copyright over the character itself and not the artworks copyright.
[*] non-upgraded adoptenital designs, if resold, are not to be sold for over 5$ if it only includes my artwork. If artwork other than my own is to go with it, then price it accordingly.
[*] upgraded adoptential designs, if resold, are not to be sold for over 10$ if it only includes my artwork. If artwork other than my own is to go with it, then price it accordingly. (Echo, echo..)
[*] If you are found selling the character with only my artwork for more than stated previously, then I may not to sell another one to you.
[*] ALWAYS tell me when you are reselling an adoptenital. If you're not sure how to price it, ask, i'll be glad to help.

5. Refunds
[*] A refund is only applicable if I have not completed the artwork. Once you have been refunded your money, the adoptenital will be made available for purchase again. [/list]

6. Other
[*] I reserve the right to change the prices on my adoptenitals at any given time, and the amount they may be resold for.
[*] The same goes for my TOS.

FAQ


Q: Why so specific about reselling prices? Why so stingy.
^{Because I don't want to see people trying to make a profit off of my artwork. It really gets my panties in a bunch. When someone gets an adoptenital from me, they're doing it for the character! When an adoptenital is sold, it's the character copyright that's being passed over, not the artworks. That will always stay mine. It hasn't happened yet from what I'm aware, so including this is to make sure it stays that way. ^_^}

Q: Can I edit the characters design if there's something I want changed?
^{Of course! I see the design I give more like a concept. Since the character is then yours, you're free to change it however you like. HOWEVER I ask you not change the artwork you are given without my permission, artists don't tend to like when someone makes edits to their work. Including me!}

Q: So its been a few weeks, I really like my adoptenital, is it too late to have it upgraded for that extra 15$?
^{Nope! I'll still do it. :D}

^{That's.. super awesome and amazing and thoughtful thank you ;A; But! Be sure NOT TO SAY IT'S A TIP/TO COVER PAYPAL FEES IN THE NOTE. say 'For you! <3' and I'll know what it is. I can get into some serious trouble if it says otherwise! And we don't want that.
