Mailed badges are going to be cut off today if you want a badge before Confuzzled. I have a number of badges to get through, and I dont want to be picky and choosey about whose badge I do when as I much prefer doing them in order.

As such, toay is the last day to order a badge if you want it mailed to you before CF. After that, CF badges will be cut off completely on the 5th of May to ensure theyre all prepared and that I have enough time to finish everything else that needs doing.

After much running around, I finally have everything ready. All badges are printed and just need to be carefully cut and then passed through the laminator. I'm still behind, and really missing my home PC with my files (I can feel skimike twitching from here) and my monitor. I made sure the badges colours turned out alright between this monitor and my printer, so I've lightened the computer files and the printer took to it just fine and kept the vibrance of the characters. I'll be working on the digital portion of two badges today (one of which I cant post, requested not to) and the other I'll post whenever it's finished.

Lots of traditional work on sketchbooks, notebooks, bookmarks etc. Wearable artwork, magnets, charms, prints - and taking preorder sketches.

Also, wanting to do some generic species badges for those who may like my art style but haven't ordered a badge.

Badges are still open. =) I should have my crest file for the few of you that have requested that style of badge in the next few weeks when I snag my computer and harddrives.

There will be 3 pieces in the art show - two traditional pieces and one digital "Your character in this frame here" thing. Winner will recieve their image maximum of 2 characters in a pinup style, printed and sent to them to place in the frame. Make it a bit more unique as I like letting people have their characters over generic ones if they're getting an auction. :(

It's been very hectic as of late. I'm now based in Shropshire, and we are getting rid of the Pudsey house. I'll still be up to the Leeds meets, but finally getting away from Thornbury. We'll be closing up shop up there soon, and doing lots of moving around. At last I'm in a place that I'm happy to go outside and walk around. Don't feel like I'm unable to do anything and being super reclusive. Eating a normal diet and my stomach is getting used to it, always checked on to make sure I've had breakfast and lunch, and at the moment, I've not been alone in weeks. Really comforting knowing I'm safe and sound, with my history, makes all of the difference.

I'm playing with sketchbook covers and will also be doing some writing books as well (notebooks, I guess!) but have been playing with pens/pencils and gel pens.

So far I have a Fox, Gryphon and a horse. Obviously I need some cats and a scalie or two. Will be fun to see them all together!

To help with covering the costs of getting items for the table, I'm going to be selling off a custom Sketchbook today. It will be in auction format, however I will place an AB on it. This will be the second sketchbook I've ever offered to sell full of your characters and friends characters (if they're alright with it of course).

Secondly, I am opening my Sketch Preorders today. Last year I had a rush for people wanting sketches but unfortunately it being my first convention took on way too many to have completed by the Sunday, and hardly had any sleep the night before wanting to ensure that the sketches were ready.

At the convention, I will probably take 2-3 sketches to be ready during my duration at Confuzzled, and whatever else will be done and mailed out. At the convention the price will be increased - so I'd highly suggest ordering early as its cheaper and you'll be gauranteed to have it for pickup at the convention. They'll be done on Black Card with colour pencil to make the characters pop. Busts only (like the examples), Ferals okay. They will be £20 for preorder, or £30 at convention.

I want them to be in unison this year, where last year I was getting requests for all sorts of things and it keeps it rated for everyone at that point.

Unfortunately life has been kicking me in the teeth, and I'm trying to balance work with getting myself into routine and keep my mind sane.

I have to get my supplies to make my badges from my home and will be obtaining them on Friday. Until then, I have no way of printing/laminating and obviously mailing the finished products. As such, I'll be spending a lot of time printing my badges and making them ready to send off once I have everything in hand.

For my friends, I'm not prepared to start streaming again, Skype has been shut off, and I'm very reclusive at the moment. I appreciate all of the notes I've recieved from you guys worrying about whats going on. Some cases of me not talking have been because theres just been too much to do and I've had to bolt away. :/ My happiness, health, and sanity are all in question, and it's become quite an extreme case of extreme stress and depression. I'm taking the necessary steps to try to right myself deep down before I try righting everything else. Work keeps me sane and gives me something to look forward to.

The biggest thing for you guys to know is I'm safe and sound, being watched over by a loving family, and it's lovely to feel like I've stepped into my idea of a "normal" environment. My stomach problems since being here have eased away, have been able to eat dairy without fear of stomach lash back, am able to go outside if I so wish to without feeling unsafe or uncomfortable, and I feel safe in these walls. They might not sound like major hurdles to get over, but having suffered for two years now with stomach cramps on a daily basis from a form of IBS, we've come to find its stress related and I just needed to completely relax and finally let my guard down. I want to get through all of this without being sent on medication to help me deal with the problems. I can clearly see where problems have arised and am trying to deal with them piece by piece.
That said, it's a very small portion of whats been happening, but at least you have a better idea of what happened without barfing my problems on the internet. I like trying to be as professional as I can, but when I've streamed every day for ages and then cold turkey - :| Im sorry Ive made y'all worry.

I'm not posting this for pity, or for comments. I'm doing the right things to sort evrything out, and will hopefully come out happier and healthier over time.

Just a bit behind today. Trying to get as many of the art pieces for badges done and will be piecing them together tonight and tomorrow. Will take some time out this evening to answer Confuzzled badge requests and do all of the "office" portion of things then. @_@

One of my best friends birthday is today,  dashftw and she is dreading me posting anything about her birthday online.

I had recently asked for everyone to send a little love message to her boyfriend,  taryncrimson and tell him happy birthday and somehow encorporate "cream" into the birthday wish. I died laughing with some of the creative responses!!

For Dash, I'd say do whatever possible to embarass her. It's a mile stone birthday as she hit 30 toady (I'm a dick for saying a womans age, haha) but in fairness I'm right behind her. :| So I know whatever she gets, I'm getting right back at me, haha!

I'm not at my normal computer and am struggling to find the fonts I installed for my badges (totally didnt think about that before I rushed off) so I've been going through my list and doing the artwork to then superimpose on the badge base once it's ready with the proper fonts. I figure I'll get the harder part out of the way.

Doctors went interesting today, I'm alive so I suppose that counts as something! Working on my NSFW image and then will be going nuts with badges.

If you don't hear back from me in the next few hours, I've passed out. I've -just- finished getting through my notes for badges. I'll be doing them in a first pay first draw way. Closer to the convention I'll be cutting off the badges and switch over to convention goers get first rights and after the convention any left over mailers. Just a heads up, but this at least a month off!

Currently my list of things to do are one NSFW image that will be started today and finished over the next two days if need be, and then badge work. I'll also be opening my sketches as well. I will be looking for A4 packages that are sturdy for mailing artwork over seas for anyone who is interested in owning a sketch but is not attending Confuzzled. I'll also be photoing these later this week with a decent camera and not my phone. (I promise, no selfies with them either!)

My badges will be opening tomorrow morning. I will NOT be taking slots - I will leave these open for a certain time frame instead.

Ahead of time so you know what you'll be looking at this year, the theme for Confuzzled 2014 is A world of Tomorrow" or as I've been told it also falls under Atom Punk. <3 Knowing that much has greatly helped! I've tried to design the badges so that they don't have to just be used for Confuzzled and can be used for any convention, meet, or just to have!

I've styled them as Identification Cards, once again, able to be customized to the commissioners needs!


You can either have the badge mailed to you (normally if you're out of country, OR if you want your badge early) or you can pick it up from my table at Confuzzled. I'll be there early, so you may be able to find me upon arriving.

Last year I ran into a huge issue of so many people wanting artwork but not being able to get at convention art due to my slots filling immediately. I'll be offering A4 sized images on black card done with coloured pencils to make the artwork pop at you. <3

I'll be posting photos of some of the ones I've already done tomorrow morning. I'll be leaving these open for a while as I have plenty of time to do these before the convention. I'll be cutting them off closer to the time. You can pick them up from my table at Confuzzled. I'll also be willing to ship them around the world, HOWEVER I do not have the cost of what shipping would be and have to ensure I have A4 padded envelopes. I'll be shopping around to find decent ones.

Finishing up the last 3 commissions over the next week. I'm so sorry it's taken me so long to get through this batch. It's not like me, but life has been hectic (and surprisingly relaxing) week. I won't be opening normal commissions right away. I'll be auctioning off another sketchbook, however. I'll be picking it up at the weekend as one I've bought recently was rubbish when I opened it. The quality on the wrapped plastic lied. :| So going to find a nice one, probably brown paper so I can have a play with black pens and white gel as well.

I'll be doing a NSFW auction to get by though. I'm fairly behind at the moment and need to catch up in my finances, so it'll help. =) Also, I'll be starting to take Confuzzled sketch pre-orders. I know people like sketches at conventions and last year I had quite a rush to the table to try to snag one, but had difficulties getting through everyones and finding time to sleep, so I'll be taking sketch orders to have completed for pick up AT confuzzled. I'll happily do them for people not attending CF as well, but I don't know how much mailing an A4 in a photo package costs, so I'll have to wait for a week before starting that.

I'll be posting examples of my sketches shortly. It's going to be done on black A4 card in colour pencils and possibly gel pens if I can find some decent ones. So far they've been turning out quite nice, so I hope that it'll go over well. =)

Also, my badge run will be starting in the next few weeks. *Flex* Lots to prep for with Confuzzled, so you'll see me doing things randomly and not doing normal commissions unless its a smaller type of com else an auction with a background.

Mini life update, I'm trying to get by. It's still really rough, but I'll manage.

Hng - Best news today is that I passed my residency test! ^___^ It means I can finally live here permanently and not have to worry about the uncertainty of being sent back to my home country. It's been a long journey, but on Saturday I'll be starting my second year here in the UK, and have a smile to keep on my face. I've made so many friends over my time here, stand on my own two feet for the first time, became self employed doing something I love, and actually feel like I'm a productive member of society.

I truly miss my friends and family back in the US, but for the first time in my life I feel like I'm worth the effort and can achieve anything. Saying that feeling comes from a simple test might seem like its silly or that the test is really miniscule, which it technically is, but I've been searching heavily for happiness and have felt more lost than anything else in the last year. Questioning myself if I've done the right thing by leaving my friends and family and a society that I knew and was used to - to drop everything and come here, I'm not questioning myself anymore. I might have issues with family that a few of you know about, and having huge trust issues that go along with it, but I'm getting myself out of the house and away to see people that matter to me. I am happy here as much as I hate the city I live in, I am truly happy in the UK.

You'll probably have noticed I've been fairly distant over the last month and a bit, avoiding streaming and being somewhat of a hermit - but finally I've found a few ways to have happiness pour out of me again. In all honesty if I hadn't have passed this test today, I think I would have been absolutely destroyed deep down for how much time I've put into studying and how much help Ellis has given me by quizing me trying to prep me for the day. I've been away at weekends and away all next week (taking my work with me) but just going to enjoy the time away from these 4 walls of my office and relax. I need the time away to enjoy life and to smile again without worry of house stuff, family stuff, or this test. I finally cay say its a rest well earned.

Some changes are going to be happening soon in my life outside of the computer. Thursday I go for my residency test, and I'm terrified I'm going to bork it - but have been studying as best I can through everything. I'll be taking my work with me next week, so I won't be able to stream anything and have been avoiding stream the last week and this week - nothing against you guys! Just trying to focus on everything that's going on here at the house as well as get my work completed at the same time. @_@; Water problems aren't sorted and the bathroom upstairs looks like a bomb went off. Lappy honestly needs a vacation away for a while else I'm going to start eating aluminum cans like a goat.

I won't be reopening normal commissions after these last ones are completed for a few days - I'll need to get my badges in order for my badge run for Confuzzled 2014. I'll be offering two designs and will be printing and laminating in batches again. So I'll need time to finish the design and make the layers work for some customisation. I like people being unique in their badges.

:3 I am contemplating another Sketchbook auction. I enjoyed the last one and would like to go snag another one to have a play with. Think you'd be interested in that? Thats something I can happily take with me anywhere and work on it. <3 Definitely my sort of thing!

Quick note before bed. I'll be too and from the computer tomorrow, but I tried making up for my lack of being around this afternoon by working off and on this evening on Alivias image.

A pipe we thought burst in the kitchen ceiling, the master bathroom is above it, and water was pouring down the light fixtures and onto the floor. Landlord has been here this evening with someone to try gaining access to the bath tub to see if it was the drain, but after destroying the tiles and boards, it's bone dry. Soooo at some point tomorrow there will be someone here to try to make sense of whats happening and where the leak is.

I swear, if I wake up to fish in the kitchen swimming on the floor I'll have a heart attack. Cheque please, I need a break.

I'll be gauging my work for the coming week and see if I can fit it in my evenings to ensure its ready.

Outside of the computer, I'm getting there. Sniffles and a cough are what I have left of this cold so I should be perfectly fine to work this week. Thursday I'll be sketching only, and Friday I'm MIA again. I'm also in the process of studying for my UK Citizenship test which I take next week, and I'm shitting a brick. :| Trying to be as happy as I can, but I'm going through a VERY rough time in my real life and away from the furry world y'all see me in. Not something I'm prepared to talk about, but just know that if I'm not being the girly you know me to be, it's not you. I'm just coping with things my own way and stressing about everything, haha! Thats one thing that never changes. :B

Side note: If you are one of the many people that have been poking at those I'm close to to learn about me, please talk to me instead. I'm finding it super creepy that no one talks to me but goes to my close friends to try to dig for whatever information they're hopefully after. There is a lot you don't know about me and who I am, my life and what I go through - so trying to make your own conclusions is really unfortunate. :(

I don't like leaving things unknown or unannounced. @_@ The last few days have been the most unproductive I have had in ages. For those of you who know me on a personal level, you'll know I'm a work-a-holic, and if I'm not focusing then somethings amiss. Having a cold hasn't helped much as this bout with it has left my head in a right daze. I've been working on a commission for the last few days but haven't made much headway on it. I keep having to pick it up and put it back down again. Things over the last few days have imploded for me, and I'm not entirely sure how to handle it all just yet. Luckily for me I have some wonderful people trying to keep a smile on my face, and I'm truly thankful for them. Everything all comes together at the same time, no? :( It's left me emotionally and physically exhausted, so without discussing my personal life all over the interwebs and verbal vomit all over the place, just know I'm trying to recover as best and as fast as possible so I can continue on my commission run as soon as possible. @_@
