Opportunity for a free picture! =)
Posted 12 years agoSO, I really haven't been paying attention to my page hardly at all. And I'm really wishing I had. I had NO CLUE that my page has gotten 6500 views, which is HUGE to me. Had I spotted that earlier, I would have posted a journal sooner. BUT there is some hope, yet.
I have decided that if someone manages to be the 6556th viewer, provided they show me a screen cap of it first, I will draw them a free picture. =3
Now I've seen something like this happen before on other artist's pages, and by some weird glitch, more than one person can have that same number on their page. There was a lot of dispute as to who would get the picture, yadda yadda. So to put it plainly, if that happens here, it'll just go to whoever manages to show me their screen cap first. I know I'm still a little bit away from that, but I thought that this might be a good incentive for someone to try for a free picture.
Guidelines to the picture:
~ I can pretty much guarantee that I won't do any weird fetishes. Such as:
-Vore (of ANY kind), Scat, inflation, incest, etc.
- I'm open to water sports but that's only because I'm into it myself. xD
~ There will be a two character limit (anything more than that is kind of difficult for me. I'm still a developing artist, ya know.)
~ It can be full color, but NO background. They take time that I really don't want to spend on it.
~ Any other requests (Should you be the one to get it) or questions you can just ask me when we come to it. =)

1. Who eats more?
I do. >.> I'm aware that I'm a chunkbutt. But Jun's been known to pack away quite a bit of food. You'd never know by looking at him though. BI
2. Who said "I love you" first?
I think (if I remember right) He did. Was pretty sweet.
3. Who is the morning person?
He's definitely better about getting up in the morning. I do if I NEED to. But we would both be completely okay waking up at the crack of noon.
4. Who sings better?
Technically, I guess me. I was in choir for like..4 or 5 years. But I love listening to him sing. ^-^
5. Who's older?
That would be me. xD By 10 months. When i turned 18 before he did all of my friend's accused me (jokingly of course) of being a pedophile.
6. Who's smarter?
He is. BI By far. Well...he's really amazing with numbers and information. He's like a walking calculator. Not saying I'm unintelligent. I just embraced my creative side more. xD
7. Whose temper is worse?
Towards each other? We're pretty evenly matched. But when it's at other things....I've seen him get pretty pissed.
8. Who cries more?
Me. xD I'm a sap.
9. How did you meet?
Uuhh...it's kinda complicated? There was this girl I was friends with in highschool, and she bounced around a lot between schools and family members. So she met Jun at his school, then came back to my school after about a year. But she and I had a mutual friend in highschool my junior year who had made an RP forum site. And that's technically where I met Jun. Only after talking to him for two weeks did I realize "Oh crap...This is my friend's boyfriend..." ........I know...I'm a home wrecker. >w>
10. Where are you both from?
This Midwest area. More specifically around the KC Metro area.
11. Whose feet are bigger?
His? O.o Longer at least. My feet are probably wider.
12. Whose hair is longer?
Mine is at that moment. *is trying to grow it out*
13. Who's better with the computer?
He is. xD Without a doubt. He worked for a company that was pretty much an HP help desk. And he's working at TMobile now. Doing pretty much the same thing. But with phones. He just has that capacity for figuring things out.
14. Do they have pets? How about you?
As a couple? We dont have pets. But his mother has a lizard and my parents have three dogs. xD (we live apart at the moment)
15. Do you plan on getting married?
We're technically engaged at the moment. And we want to. We're just not in any hurry. Plus weddings are fucking expensive...

I think it depends on the situation. We're both pretty stubborn, but I tend to be more spirited about it.

That would usually be me. Though he'll do it if he knows he's wrong. Or we'll both admit it at about the same time.

I think it was him? I'm not sure.

Jun is. And I'm quite okay with that. Call me shallow, but I'm not sure I could actually date someone who's shorter than me...

I think he has more internet friends than I do, (which, there's nothing wrong with that.) But I have more IRL friends. I just keep in touch with the people I got close to in highschool.

He does, with one brother, two half sisters, and a step brother. I just have an older brother. xD

But just kind of an idea, I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a chibi drawing of their character in any kind of costume they wanted. =3

Posted 14 years agoSOOOOOOooooooo........we're getting a new dog here at my mom and dad's. =3 Well...she's a going to be a rescue dog. My great grandfather got her about three months ago and has decided that he can't take care of her anymore. (Senile old codger...>.>;;;)
Anyways, she's this itty bitty chihuahua.

Updates and Things
Posted 14 years agoNot entirely sure how things are going. It's rough and tiring trying to find a job in Springfield. I know there's tons of opportunities, and I'm trying to work hard to find something. It's just a little heartbreaking and puts down my spirits not finding anything so far. No call backs, nothing. But I'm back here at my mom and dad's for a little bit, trying to find myself a car so I can drive myself back to Springfield. Hopefully have a little bit of an easier time finding some kind of employment.
I'm guess I'm just making a journal to kind of vent some frustrations. Makin' me feel a little better. I don't want to sound like I'm whining or anything. Just....confused..upset....lots of things. But I'm hoping to hear from you all you guys here and see how you're doing. =) Miss talking to you guys on a regular basis. I'm keeping my eyes out for some kind of computer for myself. Again, I guess I'll just have to see how things go. In a lot of turmoil at the moment hoping things go well. <3

Posted 14 years agoSoooo...I've been at a friend's house the last few days and the other night we got ourselves a handle (yes indeed, I said HANDLE) of rum. It was UBER fucking cheap, $8.00 and it's 70 proof. So not too fuckin' shabby. Weeeeellll....here's where I've reached my dilemma (and possibly your small entertainment) It's just down to me and my friend jessi, we have most of the bottle left and we're trying to finish it off before I have to go home tomorrow. Btw, spiced rum and rootbeer is fucking DELICIOUS.
But, apart from drunken fun, for the most part, (this is kind of an update I guess) I've just been doing my own thing, trying to get a car, hopefully that'll make it easier to find a job, btw, I'll be moving down to Springfield here soon. Going to live with the love of my life and his momma, (along with her two youngest girls) SO.....here's trying to make a life for myself. I'll just have to see where this road takes me. But, until then......BOOZE!!! And lots of it. =3

I fucking hate stubborn people...

So this is how my day has gone....:
-Woke up late.
-Got bitched at.
-Started doing my dishes.
-Got bitched at for staying inside.
-Went outside and helped with the kids (with a pile of dishes I still need to do)
-After a few hours, finally took the kids inside.
-Mom starts mowing backyard.
-Mom injures knee. (to the point where she's bawling)
-Mom continues to mow.
.............ok..First..understand that my mom has some SERIOUS medical issues. This woman has had a total of 16 surgeries, non of it cosmetic. Some minor, some major, but over all, 16 total. She shouldnt be mowing in the first place. But she wont let ME do it because "I dont have medical coverage, and there's waaaaayyyyy too many holes in backyard. I'd be sure to injure myself."
Yeah....sure....
So she's injured herself, is still mowing....and wonders WHY she hurts all the time. Because she does shit like this! She's just ASKING to get hurt. I fucking hate stubborn people! D8< RAWR. (end rant)

Posted 14 years agoSo I live in Missouri. Near the Kansas City Metro area. And we just had a TON of huge, tornado producing storm cells pass through. Well...I think it was more around 11, but whatever because I woke up at the crack of noon.
And I apparently slept through it all. xD I woke up, look down at my phone and I have 32 MISSED CALLS. 30 of them were my mother. Who needless to say was rather pissed with me. She ended up coming home from work because she couldn't get ahold of me. *was in deeeeeep trouble.* Luckily for me though I only got a "firm talkin' to."
So everything is good here. xD Just thought i should share. I ended up sleeping through 32 calls, tornado sirens, and a friend who had come over and was beating on my front door apparently. Well....that one was definitely hard to hear because my room is in the basement in the furthest corner in the house from the front door. >.>
Anyways, I'm safe, my family is safe (Everyone else is at work), a couple of tornadoes touched outside of town in the two towns closest to us but NOTHING actually touched in my city. Go Belton! The tornado deflectors. 8D

But I have realized that I am FINALLY past the 4000 pageview mark and over 200 watchers. =3 the two seemed to have coincided. xD Which is awesome. I never thought I'd get that far. Anyways, I'm thinking of doing a picture of Larka in celebration of this milestone. ^-^ After I get done with art I owe to people.

Back from Wild Nights!!
Posted 14 years agoWooo!! What a freaking week. xD It rained about 90% of the time (NOT an exaggeration either). Got to meet a lot of really cool and awesome people. =3 I threw out some watches for people I found on here that I had the honor of meeting down at Wild Nights. If any of you know someone that I was spending a lot of time with and haven't found them on here yet, please send them my way. =3 It would be much much appreciated.
Later on today I will be posting up pics in my scraps, because I don't want to flood the FA home page, just your submission messages. xD I also have a youtube account that I will post on this journal after I have put them up so everyone can see those videos. May not be the greatest quality.
