General
- As the artist I retain the rights to any artwork produced, including but not limited to; selling prints, putting in a portfolio, using as commission examples, etc.
- I have the right to refuse commissions for any reason
- The commissioner may re-upload art on any website as long as proper credit is given
- Commercial use of any art received is not allowed unless specifically arranged with me
- Using any art made by me for NFTs or any other crypto/blockchain technology is strictly prohibited
- Violating these terms will result in the commissioner being placed on a blacklist indefinitely or until the issue is resolved
Turnaround/Deadlines
- All commissions are completed in the order they are requested unless outstanding circumstances permit otherwise
- Unless a deadline permits otherwise, all commissions will be placed in the first available spot in the queue
- Turnaround can take anywhere from 1 to 8 weeks depending on queue length/placement
- Deadlines are accepted on a case by case basis and an extra fee may be charged
Refunds/Alterations
- Full refunds will only be given if the art piece has not yet been started
- A partial refund may be given if the art is in progress; the art in progress may be re-used as a YCH if a refund is issued
- Small changes needed in the sketch stage are free of charge, larger changes or changes needed later on may require an extra fee
Payment
- Payment is required to be made up front for commissions under $100. Commissions $100 and above can be paid half up front and half after a sketch is sent for approval.
- At current the only method of payment is PayPal
- In case of a chargeback on finished or wip art, the commissioner will be blacklisted and the art piece will be put up as a ych
Limitations
- At this time I do not feel comfortable with my skills in drawing humans, mecha and equines, therefor commissions requesting those will be denied
- Commissioners must be at least 18 years old to order nsfw art, no exceptions
