Update on stuff...

Second of all, I've been very busy. I splurged a little and took a trip to the city, but for days afterward, I was too tired to do much of anything. Now I have about a week to finish a research paper, and I sort of procrastinated so it's going to take up most of my time methinks. That being said, I'm going to have to put finishing those requests on hold for a while. Once classes lighten up a bit, I will get them done.

Posted 9 years agoFeste Keeps changing every time I draw him. Like, not so much in design, but he keeps getting thinner and creepier and like??? Why???

Commissions?
Posted 9 years agoAfter I finish the requests, I'm thinking of maybe opening up commissions. Money would be nice to have, and although I'll be working on my oil paintings most of the time leading up to the end of the semester and summer, because I've applied to have booths at some local art fairs, I'd definitely have time to do different art... I don't know what I'm getting at. I suppose what I'm saying is, do you believe anyone would be interested in commissioning me?
Introduction Journal Thing!
Posted 9 years agoSo I was going to take the bus to class today, but then thunder rumbled through the air and balls of ice started falling from the sky, so I don't think I'll be making it to class after all. I guess I have some time to kill.
I feel as if my little blurb description doesn't do me justice, because... meh. So I will describe myself in more detail here. Because I'm sure you all care about this random guy on the internet. Yup.
As I said on the top of my profile, I'm new to the fandom, (thanks Zootopia,) but I really think it looks like a nice fandom and the art and fursuits are really cute.
What's my name? I'll go by Feste on here, because that's the name of my fursona. I am a freshman in college, a fine-arts major. Technically, the goal is a double-major in Illustration and Creative Writing, but I've found myself falling in love with video-games, and I might be interested in doing something with that. Otherwise, I'd like to do the art for/write comic books and graphic novels. I know that, thusfar, that has not been presented in the work I have submitted to this website, (as, at the moment, it's literally a shitty doodle of my Fursona I did during LGBT Literature class,) but even so... I am currently working on a ref-sheet for Feste which will hopefully expemplify my style a little better... But I was exhausted when I was working on it yesterday so I'm sort of scared to open it up today.
So, let's talk about Feste. He's a Hyena-Goat, and I created him on a whim because my friend was drawing his fursona next to me and I was inspired. I've started to really like him though, I think, if I'm allowed to say so. He laughs a lot (as he is a hyena,) at random times or at nothing at all, and when he talks, most of what he says doesn't make any sense. He enjoys metal, rock, and grunge music, and when he wears clothes, it usually consists of a Skeletonwitch T-shirt and jeans. Despite his strange demeanor, he cares about everybody and tries to help them as best they can. Unfortunately, he tends not to be so helpful...
So yeah. That's me. And my fursona. So.
I don't know what I'm doing.
I'm going to end this journal now.
