I've been having a ton of fun doing pet portraits and custom work for clients! I'm in the process of updating my gallery at the moment with the work I've finished this past month. I am ecstatic to announce the launch of my very first Kickstarter campaign!

My goal through this crowdfunding platform is to hold essentially pre-orders for a set of animal-themed hard enamel pins that I have designed. Backers have the option of selecting just one or two pins, or as many as you'd like! Kickstarter is an all-or-nothing venture, meaning you have nothing to lose if the initial funding goal is not met (you are not charged until the end of the campaign)! Plus, more pin designs and colorways will be available as stretch goals are met!

They look so amazing. I'm really, really happy with how they've turned out. I did a series of five different morphs: albino, axanthic, bumblebee, piebald, and spider. I'd like to continue to produce animal stickers in the future. I'm having a lot of fun designing them.
There's a local con in April that I'm starting to plan for: The Alaska Steamposium, and their theme this coming year is the supernatural, otherworldly, and oddities. I have a few ideas of some sticker series and prints, but it's still in the working stages. Hopefully I can produce enough to fill a booth space! D:

So I can finally say I've adjusted to being in a new city. I'm working 40 hours a week between Starbucks and Lush, making coffee and selling hair and body products. I keep one day a week for myself (usually Tuesday or Thursday depending) and for art. Tonight, husband and I are painting miniatures (40k and Age of Sigmar). We adopted two kittens, Kaiju and Bento, and they are wonderful little monsters. Our apartment feels like home.

I'm working on the few commissions I have (one Etsy, one private, and one in the works), along with graphics for husband's Youtube channel and Twitch stream. One of my goals is to have reptile stickers and a calendar print available in time for Holiday delivery (waiting on a sample pack from a sticker manufacturer before I get some made).

I'm gonna post some new work soon. I promise. I want to design myself a dragon character that would translate well into a kigurumi, so I can wear it around the house. Meanwhile I've got a new pathfinder character to draw up: an alligator-themed lizardfolk bloodrager. She's got aberrant blood, and she's a big tank. <3

Question of the day: If you were a pathfinder/dungeons and dragons character, what class/race would you be? Frankly, I'd probably be a human wizard, trying my best to not fail at magic. XD

I made some minor changes to my Terms of Service. I now exclusively use Etsy and PayPal invoices for commissions. This way, I have better control over my receipts and can keep track of who paid for what and when. The long and short of it is, if you bought a commission through Etsy, you paid through Etsy, and I won't need to send you an invoice (unless major changes happen). If you commission me through here, or Tumblr, or anywhere else, I'll send you an invoice that must be paid before I start working.
