Anthrocon 2016: Recap, Shoutouts, and Commission Queue

RECAP:
As a wise cat once said, "Every adventure requires a first step"... Anthrocon 2016 was my first leap into selling my art. It was my first Artists Alley and first AC. I am so lucky to have had great table neighbors and the opportunity to meet some new favorite artists in person! Everyone had such wonderful art, and while I had decided to leave early (I wanted to see the Dealer Den and Art Show at my own pace, and we had to check out on Sunday), I had a fantastic time. I do hope to be back! Thank you, you weird and wonderful furries! I will be listing my 'leftovers' and commission options to Etsy tomorrow!

Yes, but only pre-mades will be available each day. I'll be doing take-home commissions, or if you commission me now, I'll have it ready in time for Thursday pick up!

No panels I don't think, since I'll be art-ing, but I may visit the gaming area when I'm done. There are a few people/suits I'd like to meet in Dealers Den as well.

Pride Paw Pins...how to get one!
General | Posted 9 years agoI had no idea these guys would be so popular! I posted them to the Anthrocon Facebook page and was met with such positivity that I had to open up pre-orders for those who won't be attending! (http://etsy.me/1PJMIoe)
So here's the deal: I only have a few (less than 10) of each. I will be selling my stock at the con. It's first come, first serve! If I run out, you can pay for the button(s) you want there, and I will give you a receipt for a pre-order. (This is like a take-home commission for those who have done those before!) For all pre-orders, (whether you order one from me at con or buy through the etsy link) the production time is listed on the etsy listing. I'll be shipping them out after the con. This way, everyone can get one, but if you are attending, you'll have the opportunity to get one in your hands quicker. Hope this helps!

Communication regarding commissions accepted ONLY via email (LAUVTREKIN @ GMAIL . COM) or Etsy’s Conversations feature (ETSY.COM/SHOP/LAUVTREKIN)
1. INFO:
Email me the following information:
Desired kind of commission (Badge/Simple Shaded/Complex/Other)
Paypal address
Reference images (label NSFW links)
Is the commission private/NSFW?
Requested theme/pose
Background
Shipping address (if applicable)
If you have a specific deadline (Ex: a gift for someone else)
I will reply to your email within 3 days and send the PayPal Invoice upon your approval.
2. PAYMENT:
IF YOU PURCHASED A COMMISSION THROUGH ETSY: You have already paid through Etsy! Thank you!
I do NOT accept trades or partial payment. I require full payment upfront via Paypal invoice.
A final total will be calculated by myself, depending on the nature of the piece. Details and final cost will be approved by the client before the invoice is sent.
Prices for commission types are BASE prices. Your commission price may be adjusted for the following:
Heavy details such as: mechanical limbs/mecha suits, large amounts of scales or feathers, or wings, additional limbs, detailed or complicated armor.
Detailed/specific backgrounds
Extra characters
Pornographic themes**You MUST be 18+ years of age to commission NSFW pieces.** I reserve the right to turn down any request.
Rush turnaround time
3. TURNAROUND TIME:
Each project will be worked on in the order in which they are received. I may periodically post the queue publicly. If you are requesting a rush job with a specific deadline (a gift, for example) please ask ahead of time if I am able to complete your commission by your "completed by" date.
4. REFUNDS:
I will not refund: completed work, sketches, or incomplete commissions as a result of poor communication (see Artist Terms).
If a commission is cancelled before the piece is finished, the refund will be calculated by amount of work already completed.
Once the artwork is approved any further requests for alterations with be at an additional charge. Mistakes on my part will be fixed without any additional charges.

By purchasing a commission, you are purchasing labor. Unless otherwise stated, I retain all rights, which includes but is not limited to: Distribution, reproduction, use of the Commission for artist promotion (e.g. online galleries, promotional materials, etc.). The client may not distribute, reproduce, or otherwise profit from the commission.* The client may not edit, alter, or trace the commission without my expressed, written permission, or as agreed upon prior to the start of work. (Do not sell my art, edit it, claim it as your own, or use it in advertisements.)
*Exception for promotion: I will provide a lower-resolution image of your character if requested to be posted on your personal Fur Affinity or Weasyl account. However, I do require that you credit me as the artist anywhere you post it, with a link to my account.
