Posted 9 years agoI want to say thank you to all those who have supported me this month. Me and 
theblackrook are 1/5th of our wedding budget goal and bills are being paid before the new month has even started.
February is my birthday month so taking a nice breather during that month would be awesome.
I'm still thinking about the Valentine's day cards idea ( go here: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/7326096/ ) Rook says it would be a ton of work but I think it's just one of those things that would be nice to do.If you like the idea, please let me know.
I know there has been annoying amount of stream advertisements and I am trying to figure out a nicer way to do so without being overly annoying.
I think I may have a nice solution.
I will try drawing a new advertisement for each stream. That way I get my pre stream practice and you all can fav the image without fear of it being deleted.
More art from meeee! I think I'll also just reuse sign up journals and hide the previous stream comments.

Canceling Sunday stream and rule updates.
Posted 9 years agoSo, every once in a while my thumb will start numbing up when I over exert myself, It's been happening a lot today so to not make it worse, I've taken a break until tomorrow to do another sketch stream.
My main goal when doing this stream is to give an hour of my time to each person's picture and this seems that I've been failing this.
I have also decided after discussion with Rook that I will be tweaking stream sketch rules.
1. Super detailed commissions (armor, weaponry, intricate outfits)will be charged double the regular price from here on out. From what I've noticed, these commissions exceed the 1 hour limit I try to give for each piece it's only fair that I charge more for the extra time spent.
2. backgrounds will no longer be accepted.
3. Additions asked for after the initial idea is approved will result in extra charges. If you ask me to add things not originally stated in your description, I will no longer add them until compensated for it.
So please have your idea set and ready in the original description with everything you want to avoid these extra charges.
4. Changes requested after sketch completion,whether you're in the stream or not, will result in extra charges. I will no longer accept "oh, I forgot to mention [insert detail here]". If it's a mistake I made that you mentioned in your original description, I'll take fault and fix it. Valentine's Day cards...?
Posted 10 years agoSo I had this idea in mind to send out v-day cards or post cards out to people with art of Bri, Jonah, or Gummi. There would be a set number for each that I would print out and people would choose the character they wanted me to mail. The art itself wouldn't' be revealed until after Valentine's Day...would there be people interested in that? I would to send out my love to peeps.

Change of plans
Posted 10 years agoWas going to drive down for my mom's birthday but she told me not to since she's hanging out with her sort of kind of boyfriend. Haha...i don't want to interrupt. She will be in the are tomorrow though so I'll get to see her then.
So, yeah last night's stream was a mess for me to say the least and I apologize tremendously for it.
I will be changing the way I handle reserved spots from now on and will require payment and the commission idea upfront before I reserve a spot. I some time's get really stressed when things are unorganized and I figured the best way to keep my sanity was to shut the stream down for the night.
Thanks to those who stuck through the weirdness of last night.
I'll be working on regular commissions today offline.

I have thrown out regular sketches and am only doing colored sketches.

Consent Policy
All individuals involved in a commission must send written consent from their FA pages to be in a commission. If you are getting a gift for someone, I still need consent from that party that you have permission to use their character and that they are fully aware of HOW you plan to use their character.
If you are involved in the commission leave a reply to the individual who is commissioning the piece with a simple "I approve this" or something like that. Doesn't have to be elaborate but lets me know you're okay with it.

So with that stated I have a new policy that's being instated for sketch streams and our regular TOS.
Consent Policy
Since apparently this is necessary; all individuals involved in a commission must send written consent from their FA pages to be in a commission. If you are getting a gift for someone, we still need consent from that party that you have permission to use their character and that they are fully aware of HOW you plan to use their character. We're sorry, but this has become an increasingly disturbing issue as of late as people have made us take down, remove or even hide commission work that has been done because of communication errors and consent errors between both parties. In the future we will need solid confirmation before we begin a commission.

Posted 10 years agoThanks to all the peeps who wished me well in the last journal It's never fun to feel...terrible.
In any case, I'm announcing my streaming schedule that will be lasting for a long...long,long ass time.
Zee schedule( All US eastern pacific time)
Mondays: Work stream starting around 2pm-5pm
Tuesdays: Sketch commission streams starting 2pm-3pm (signs ups will be the 3 hours beforehand for invoices and payments)
Wednesday: Sketch commission streams starting 2pm-3pm (signs ups will be the 3 hours beforehand for invoices and payments)
Thursdays: Sketch commission streams starting 2pm-3pm (signs ups will be the 3 hours beforehand for invoices and payments)
Fridays: Comic stream (That's right. Going to be working on comic pages for commissions,publishing, and so forth. Check that shit out!)
Saturday: Possible sketch stream day(depends on if I want to go outside like a normal person)
Sunday: Work/doodle stream
All funds go to my wedding which has a budget of...hmmm...$5000...?
Gawd, looking at that number scares me but I'll pull through.
So that's it unless I get down with the sickness!
