Yet another year has passed by with me getting a little older. Granted, my knee is quite sore because of my bad habit of sitting on it, but I've been fine other than that. Also been working on trying to get my weight down since April and I've got down roughly 25 pounds (roughly 11 1/3 kilograms) so far. It's been from watching how much I eat, but I'll be putting in an exercise program to get my weight loss program to go further.

Seeing the numerous reactions that have cropped up over the election results of 2024 for the United States, I feel it prudent to say my two cents to everyone here.

To Those Whose Candidate Did Not Get the Victory
Please do NOT lash out at those who didn't vote for your candidate. Getting angry over a loss is not a healthy mentality and will only end up making things worse for yourself in terms of your mental and physical health. Just follow the old English poster: Keep calm and carry on.

To Those Whose Candidate Did Win His/her Election
Enjoy yourselves, but please don't go overboard. You do have a life to live still. Also, please do not rub the victory in people's faces as it can make you seem arrogant and a sore winner.

And finally, to all sides...
DO NOT THREATEN, INCITE VIOLENCE, OR BE VIOLENT TOWARDS OTHERS AND THEIR PROPERTY!
I've seen someone post a screenshot with their words threatening everyone that didn't vote for their candidate. It makes you a psychopath and odds are, it'll either get you thrown off of this platform or worse, arrested and jailed.

In honesty, the shenanigans and failures that came from the so-called "hacker" made me think of a Chappelle Show skit called "When Keeping It Real Goes Wrong". For those who don't know, it was a skit that told stories of people to tried to keep it real (in other words, showing they weren't letting others walk all over them), only for said effort to backfire horribly. I figured someone could do the same for the "hacker", but make a title like "When Trollin' Around Goes Wrong".

I've looked into the websites that generate artwork from artificial intelligence programs and thought of something...

Suppose that someone decided to put in a prompt in the program such as "red-haired rabbit girl wearing a green bikini on the beach". After finding one that he or she decided was the best one they could get, they then contacted a living artist to get a commission for the same prompt (red-haired rabbit girl wearing a green bikini on the beach). For one of the references, the commissioner uses the AI generated picture they got earlier.

Would the artist be willing to do the commission or refuse the commission because of the use of AI generated images? Any artists out there, please let me know how you feel about this.

Imgur is pulling the plug on adult artwork as well as any orphan pictures found floating around on the website. Within two weeks, said images will be removed. If you know of any images you need to save, now is a good time to save copies before they're gone.

I've managed to keep myself around this ball of water and earth for another year. I've likely reached the halfway point of my lifespan, but there's a possibility of being around for a long while considering how far modern medicine has gotten these days. That being said, looking back at my life, I find myself melancholy or uncertain from time to time. It's probably from my moments in my life where things haven't gone as I'd thought they would (such as my failures in trying to get a degree in criminal forensics or pharmaceuticals). Perhaps my failures were meant to tell me that life itself won't go according to plan and will throw you off track. Sometimes straight into a ditch or a wall.

And considering how things are going around the world as of late, it's looking like there might not be much point for plans and just hope you don't get dragged down underwater.

I've been seeing the International Renamon Appreciation Month (that's coming up in a few days) as well as Jenny Appreciation Month and Krystal Appreciation Month. But I was wondering if we could do something interesting for April... Considering that April is also the month associated with Easter and since Easter involves rabbits... Recently, I've noticed that despite working a lot of hours at my current job, it's not even enough to cover some expenses I've gotten. So, I've decided to go seek out a new job that makes more for my bills. However, while I am still working on my current job, I'll be looking for freelance work to make extra cash on hand. I've got audio equipment for voice work as well as software for proofreading and data entry. Maybe even take surveys and whatnot if needed be. Last week on the 17th, I had my account hacked by an Austrian RMT seller that resulted in my account being banned. After time spend on customer support as well as waiting for their investigation to finish up, they finally contacted me about a week later after the suspension and was able to restore my account in full. Everything is still there and I haven't lost anything except for time wasted waiting for this to end.

While I am glad I got my account back, I am still irritated at the RMT punk who did this. I was thinking of getting something as a form of venting. Something like having the hacker/RMT jerk being chased by angry Chocobos or something.

So, I was able to get into contact with Customer Support regarding my suspended account. From what the representative said, someone from Austria got onto my account and used it for Real Money Trading (RMT) activity. The servers detected this and had my account suspended for safety sake. So, I've had to send in both a game data and a character restoration form to get my stuff back. Unfortunately, this could take another while for this to be done (possibly up to a week or more).

I had tried to log into my account for Final Fantasy 14 last night, but the launcher gave me the following message:

"You could not log in because the service account in question is not registered. If you would like to log in to the service, please log in to the Square Enix Account Management System and register the service account."

Annoyed, I logged onto Mog Station to check it out. The account was there... But it had been suspended.

At this point, I was feeling angry and decided to investigate. On a whim, I checked out my log-in history... And it turns out, someone with an IP address in Austria had managed to log into my account not only on the Lodestone, but also onto my game account while I was heading to work that afternoon. This means some griefer managed to hack my account and mess with it to get me suspended.

I've already changed my account's password and e-mail for safety's sake and I've already contacted the Support Center. However, when I had called the number for the Support Center, it was to my anger that the center is closed for the holidays.

So basically, a sauerkraut-guzzling jackass Austrian griefer has shut me out at the very least for the entire weekend. I'm doing everything I can to get that account I've held since 2012. I'll let you know what happens afterwards...

I've had an account on Twitter for a few years. While I had barely used it, the system was something I thought would be good to chat with everyone else. However...

Seeing everything that's been on my feed as of late is the kind of stuff that makes you think that humanity as a whole is nothing more than a collection of overgrown, spoiled and sadistic children that will gleefully carry out evil deeds if it'll give them an advantage, no matter how slight.

And I'm not talking about just one side doing this to the other. I mean EVERY side, regardless of their viewpoints, will be happy to do this.

I found myself slowly becoming more pessimistic towards humanity until it reached a point where I started to think that humanity as a whole is no longer fit to exist on the planet due to us being spoiled parasitic brats.

|In other words, I was becoming a misanthrope. It's a nasty thought process I feel that if I keep walking down this path, I'll end up being miserable for the rest of my life.

And so, rather than let myself become involved in any further nastiness, I've deactivated my Twitter account for good. Hopefully, this will make me feel better in the long run...
