So yes, that's (vaguely reminiscent of) my fursona. My name is Uren, and I am a Valeran, a race of technologically-advanced alien creatures who bear rough similarity to anthropomorphic red foxes. I'm wearing my Valeran United Navy dress uniform, which displays two silver rank pips---1st Lieutenant. I'm a starfighter pilot, or I used to be; lately the Navy gave me a desk job, a fact I'm not too happy about.

I am going to submit something... eventually. I'll soon write a few stories, and see if I can't sketch an avatar that doesn't make me completely ashamed to display it. No plans to post my real name (I'm closeted, remember?), but I will indicate my erotica pseudonym (and, theoretically, pornstar name): Russell Fox. Don't bother; nothing is published under this pseudonym---yet. Actually there seems to be a professor of political science at Friends University by this name; no, I am not him. I'm too young and I study cognitive science. Besides, I told you; it's not my real name.

So hear I am, my first cries into the void of Fur Affinity. Frankly I'm not sure what I'm doing here... I can't draw and I'm very much a closet furry. Yet here I am all the same.
