It's finally time for a new update cause I -think- I finally figured out what I wanna do in regards to my art and the type of content that I post. You may remember that a few months back, in my last update, I said I wasn't gonna draw much vore anymore and would be focusing on content that is for everyone instead, and yes, that much is still true. During this long break, I was able to try a couple things, do some experiments and whatnot in an attempt to find myself in my art again and figure out what I wanted to do, and I came to the conclusion that I'm happier keeping art as just a hobby instead of a career. I've been thinking about this for a long time now, that I wasn't meant to do art as my main source of income (for many different reasons), and now that I have something else to make money with, that has become a lot clearer. That doesn't mean I'm never taking commissions again, just that it won't be my focus anymore.

Now, in regards to my content. Yes, I will try to keep things sfw for the most part, but I do still enjoy drawing vore, and I've decided that I will keep posting it here. I want to focus on other types of content, but vore is still gonna be part of my gallery. I now have multiple places where I post art, and since I'm not doing commissions anymore it's easier to not get overwhelmed with just one type of content and keep a steady flow of new content for each of these accounts. Basically, FA will be the place where I'll post all my furry art, vore or not. On twitter I have two accs, one for art and one that is personal, tho I now post all sfw art on my personal instead, and only vore/kink stuff on my art acc (I'll RT the sfw furry art from my personal too, but not vice versa). AND there's also instagram, where I post fanart and sfw furry art. It may be a lot and maybe a bit confusing, but it helps me keep things organized and to separate the kink stuff, that way I can show off specific accounts to specific people, and not be just a "vore artist".

That's basically it! While I am still on hiatus and not drawing much at all, it's good to finally have a better idea of how to manage my stuff in the future. Again, commissions are closed indefinitely for now, and I'm still giving more focus to personal sfw content, but I just wanted to make it clear that I'm not giving up on vore entirely. I lost a lot of followers on twitter when I said I wasn't gonna draw vore anymore lol I apologize for the confusion. My mind wasn't clear yet at the time and I was just kinda upset over a few things and wanting to cut ties with the community, but I realized I can still draw vore for myself whenever I feel like it. Sorry for being so indecisive jsgfks;; I think one of the main reasons why I felt that way is bc I'm super picky and I disagree with a lot of "popular" vore opinions, I never really felt like I fit in the community even tho I was part of it. But that's not important anymore, the point is I still like the specific aspects of vore I like and I'll keep indulging in them in my own time. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I no longer feel the pressure of being professional with my art or to have a neat looking gallery to attract new customers, so honestly nothing matters anymore LOL I feel free to just do whatever whenever I want!

Hello everyone! How y'all doing?
I gave a small update on my hiatus on twitter a few days ago, and thought I should probably say something here too. This will be a bit long, and I might sound like a broken record at this point, but I'd really appreciate it if you took a minute to read!

For starters, I'm not ready to come out of hiatus just yet. I've been dedicating most of my time to fursuit making, while thinking deeply about what I wanna do in regards to digital art. I had already made the decision to keep digital art as my secondary job/hobby, so maybe this isn't big news to anyone, but the conclusion I came to is that I'm not truly happy making vore art. As much as I've always loved drawing vore stuff, at the end of the day it's not something I can be proud of and share with people. As I mentioned in a previous journal, I only became a vore artist a few years ago, even tho I've been making furry art for over a decade now, and to be honest I miss making content that is for everyone. Not saying there's anything wrong with vore, if anything vore is one of the most accepted fetishes in this fandom, but not everyone WANTS to see vore content. It's incredibly hard for me to share my art with people outside of the vore community, not out of fear of harassment or hate or anything, but simply because it's not something many people enjoy or even know about, and this has become really frustrating over time. I love sharing my art with people, even people outside of the furry fandom as a whole, and I wanna be able to do that again.

So, starting now, vore art from me will become a lot less common, or any kinky/fetishy art as matter of fact. I have no plans of taking commissions again any soon, but when I eventually do, I will likely stay away from vore. I know this will be disappointing to some people following me, but I do hope you understand. I won't be upset if you no longer enjoy the stuff I'll be posting and decide to unfollow me! I know a lot of people followed me specifically for vore content, so it's just natural that I'll lose some followers. I myself have been unfollowing some vore artists as well (nothing personal!) so I totally understand! To be completely honest, I've been resisting the urge to nuke my entire gallery and start over from scratch, but I feel like that wouldn't be cool. Eventually I might just shove everything into scraps.

Now, regardless of what I choose to do from now on, I just wanna make it clear that I'm immensely grateful for everything you guys have done for me. I can say for sure the most successful I've ever been as an artist was during these past few years making vore art for you all, the support you've given me has always been beyond my wildest dreams and I can't thank you all enough for everything! I don't regret anything, I truly am glad that I was part of this community for a while and that you guys loved my art as much as you did, so thank you!

My interest in drawing has dropped again, but mostly my interest in vore content (which is like 99.9% of what I post here jsgsdh), so I can't get myself to even think about commissions right now. Hey everyone! How's it going?

There's something I wanted to talk about. The people who're currently waiting on commissions from me might've noticed a little bit of a delay recently, and I do apologize for that, but there's a good reason behind it! A lot of you probably know by now that I started my very own fursuit making business some months ago, and recently it really started to pick up! I've been getting a lot of people asking about commissions, and of course I can't take those yet due to the little experience I have in fursuit making, but that's exactly the goal I'm pushing for! I wanna practice and learn more so I can take on custom orders, and as you can probably guess, this leaves me with little time for art. I'm still gonna finish everything I have in my queue, so no need to worry, but from now on, art commission opening are likely gonna be a lot less frequent. I don't know how often I'll be able to take new art comms, but I don't plan on stopping!

That said tho, last night I noticed I reached 4k watchers here?! DAMN, that's a lot of people! Thank you all so much!! Unfortunately I can't do an art giveaway atm, but let me know if you guys have any other ideas on how we can celebrate this huge milestone!

My last update was like two months ago and not much has happened to this account since, so I figured I should write a new update to keep y'all up with what's been going on.

In my last journal I mentioned wanting to try exploring new and different themes outside of vore, but y'all probably noticed that I haven't done that yet shgfsdjg. To be quite honest, I haven't had much time, and in the meantime I still need to make money, I decided to stick to the vore YCHs for now since those are at least guaranteed to sell. I still definitely want to draw something new, but first I need to get myself in a position where I'm financially comfortable and with a lot more time in my hands to experiment. I can't even say I'm fully back into an art groove just yet, I've been drawing very sporadically and slowly, hence why I haven't posted much lately.

There's two main reasons for that. First, college has been taking up a lot of my time and energy. I've been considering quitting since I'm not exactly enjoying it too much and I'm not convinced I need/want a degree in biology right now, but that's still just a thought. The second reason is I've been learning how to make fursuits! I've dedicated a lot of my free time into that for the last month-ish and I'm enjoying myself a lot tbh. I really want to keep experimenting with it and hopefully eventually start my own business, but that is also something that requires a lot of time and money. First of all, I wanna thank everyone who read my last journal and shared some advice or even just nice words, I really appreciate y'all <3 I also wanna thank everyone who's purchased a slot of my last YCH, I'm seriously so grateful for how successful it was! I can now focus more on myself and my art and not worry so much about finances, you guys are life savers.

Now onto the news. I've been doing a lot of thinking ever since I came home from anthrocon, but more so after that last journal, and I came to the conclusion that I'm not proud of what I've been doing. As time went by and my art started to change and my audience started to grow, I eventually let myself stray too far from the kind of content I actually enjoy drawing, especially the kind of vore content I enjoy. I wanted to experiment and try expanding my horizons so I could please more people and not just draw the same thing over and over, but... I don't know how to explain this, but I forgot how to go back to what /I/ actually like. I lost interest in my own art and the subjects of it, and it took me so long to realize it that now I don't even know what I wanna draw anymore. I've been drawing for people and for money only, and as much as I had fun doing the stuff I did, in the end I'm just not proud of it anymore. It came to a point where I don't even show my art to anyone anymore bc I'm embarrassed of it and I have nothing "clean" to show. I love vore and I'm extremely grateful to this community for my success and growth up to this point, but I feel necessary to start cutting back and changing some stuff.

For starters, I've shoved most of my gallery into scraps (don't worry, nothing's gone!), except for a very selected few. From now on, I'll be a lot more selective on commission subjects and themes, I would really like to have more "clean" work in my gallery and make it more "accepted" by the general public. I've been doing furry commissions for like 10 years now and only recently became known as a vore artist. I kinda wanna go back to what it used to be. I still wanna draw vore, but less often and more tame. I would rather refrain from same-size vore and excessively large and bumpy bellies, with only a few exceptions every now and then when I feel like. As for new themes, I honestly have no idea what I wanna do. I'm still gonna take some time off of doing commissions so I can find myself again, then maybe come back with some YCHs or something. I wanna find my inspiration for making art again. It might take a while, so I apologize in advance if I don't post anything for a while. I know I still owe some commissions, these people have been incredibly patient with me and I'm very thankful. I'll still try my best to get y'all's art done soon.

For now, I think that's all I wanted to say. I'm sorry if this is disappointing to anyone, I understand. I just wanna make it clear that what I'm feeling is no one's fault but my own, and that I don't regret anything. I seriously did have fun drawing the things I did, but I need to do something different now, for the sake of my own mental health. And sorry if I'm making this whole thing overly dramatic, that's just how I say things sjfgdslg

So,

I've been home for two weeks now and still have nothing to post, even tho there's people waiting for a commission in my queue. On my way back home from Anthrocon I was energized, I was inspired and excited to create art again, I thought I'd be able to tackle my queue in no time, and open for more slots, and draw more and more. What really happened though is I quickly spiraled down into a really bad depressive episode. I don't know if this is post-con depression, burnout or what, but I just haven't been feeling good, about anything really, but especially my art. I found myself loathing and generally just not feeling proud of anything I've made up to this point. I looked through my gallery for inspiration, and all I found was disappointment. I'm not sure why I feel this way, but it's been hard to shake it off. Day after day I try drawing again, I even managed to put out some commission sketches, but I just don't enjoy doing it rn. I thought of cancelling all my current commissions, but I don't think I can't afford to do that, and honestly I'd rather not have to disappoint anyone, but at the same time I can't even promise a turnaround time... I feel like I need a break, but mostly I feel like I need a complete revamp, in my content, style, work habits, I even thought of changing my fursona lol. To be honest, I feel like I need to find something new, outside of drawing, but I'm at a loss for what I could even try. I still need to make money after all.

Idk. I'm sorry for making y'all wait, I hate not being able to deliver commissions at a decent time frame, but I can't force myself to do it any faster. I don't wanna give you something crappy and rushed. I still would like to finish everything in my queue even if it takes a while, but I completely understand if you don't wanna wait anymore, so if you're in my queue and would like to cancel your commission, please feel free to DM me and I'll figure out a refund.

And if you have any pointers or advice on how to deal with burnout/lack of motivation, or even ideas of different things I could try doing, please do share, I could really use some right now lol. But either way, if you read it this far, thank you. I do appreciate your attention and concern.

Hey everyone!

I just got home from Anthrocon this past wednesday. I had a blast at the con, it was a really nice little adventure, as tiresome as it was. I feel like I missed out on a lot of cool stuff, but that's okay! I also got to meet a few artists I look up to and some people recognized my suit too, which was really cool! Overall it was a great first con experience, and I'm excited to attend more in the future!

I completely lost track of my commission schedule this month and I just wanna apologize for all the delays first of all;; If you're not aware yet, I've decided to go back to college and try my hands at a biology degree, and while that's still not taking too much of my time, my sleep schedule got completely turned around, and adapting to it has been proving more difficult than I was hoping. That's no excuse, of course, just the reason behind the slow turn around for commissions. Sorry for any inconvenience I may have caused, but I hope y'all understand my situation!

But anyway, what matters now is that all my outstanding commissions are done, which means I can open a couple more slots! To avoid possible delays, I'm only taking a small bunch this time. If I can get everything done in a timely manner, more slots will open soon. From now on I'm gonna try to open less slots at a time, but more frequently, instead of a bunch of slots once a month.

I pick slots based on proper description of characters and poses/ideas, good quality refs, and to a lesser degree, my own preference over the themes, how much I trust my skills to reproduce your ideas, and of course, the number of slots I'm picking each time. I don't pick slots based only on how expensive they are! Smaller projects are always a breath a fresh air and I love having some variety in my work load!

Sooo you're probably tired of hearing people complain about paypal by now lol, and tbh I've never had much of a problem with it, UNTIL just yesterday. I got an email communicating me about a soon-to-come update. I don't know if this is update is for everyone, or if it's just for brazilian users, but it might as well just fuck me over.

Starting april 21st, every money I receive on paypal will be immediately converted to BRL (accordingly to currency exchange rates + paypal fees) and that balance will no longer be available for international purposes. Meaning I can't use my paypal balance to buy commissions, merch, anything! I can still sell commissions for USD, but I can't buy anything anymore. If I want to spend that money, I'll need a credit card instead, and for each international purchase made with a credit card, there's some nasty fees included. So, if making purchases in USD wasn't already expensive enough (1 USD = 3,8 BRL), now it's getting EVEN WORSE. It's just gonna make me lose a whole lot of money every time I wanna buy something.

While that doesn't sound TOO bad, it's still really unnecessary and annoying, so I think it might be time to start considering other platforms for selling and buying art. I've heard people talk about many options, google wallet, payoneer, square, commiss.io, etc, but I haven't heard enough reviews about those. I'd really like to hear people's opinions and feedback, so I can hopefully find a reliable and quality service. I need something that works internationally similar to paypal, something that will allow me to keep a balance to use for international purchases, does currency exchange when necessary, and connects to my bank account to deposit and maybe withdraw money too. If you don't know much, please ask someone else who might have some experience with these services.

For now, I'll keep using paypal, and commissions will not be affected. If I do switch to another service, I'll be sure to let everyone know in advance. I know it's inconvenient, I'm really pissed off myself, but it might be necessary :/

I've already gone suiting in Trevo with a group of friends to take pictures, and I can't wait to take more photos in Green.
