A couple of years back, I actually got hit by a cubing craze. After (partially) learning a speedsolving method (fridrich), I got my average down to about 25 seconds.

Well... I have not bothered to do so until recently, it's pretty fun to cube, and speedcubing is probably the most useless but fun skill ever.

Have you ever speedcubed (or wanted to learn how?)

So the longest lunar eclipse of the decade is coming in a couple of hours. It'll be viewable in South America, Asia, Africa, Europe and Australia. Sorry North-americans. =(

Well... I have been using android for the last year. I gotta say, I'm really happy with it, with all the customization and stuff I can do.

Well... My friend suggested for me to try an iPhone for a week. He lent me his disused iPhone 3GS (He switched to android too) and challenged me to use it for a week. So now, I'm typing this from the iPhone.

First impressions, I think this is really solid in user interface. Surfing net and playing games is really smooth. It's so much better than my frail and old galaxy spica.
Then, I discovered it's limitations. Coming from an android phone, I realized how little this could be customized, and I think the biggest limitation is it's lack of a file system. It's really limiting to sync everything via iTunes, and I can't even download files through safari. It's depressing what Steve Jobs has done to this almost perfect device.

Of course, I should congratulate Apple for making such a solid device, it's great for people who aren't so tech savvy, but isn't a device for tech nerds like I am. People will disagree with me, but I think if the iPhone weren't made by Apple, it wouldn't really catch on.
Android and it's openness to customization ftw!

Yea, I know, it was popularized by a famous youtuber, but it's still irresistibly cute.

Recently, I was about to start drawing, when I realized my graphics tablet didn't work.

I opened the pen, and found the battery had leaked. =( So much watery goop all over the insides, (found out it's actually potassium hydroxide - Those who study chemistry should know.) and the pen totally stopped working.

So now I've managed to borrow a tablet pen from a friend, he doesn't use his tablet much. But this is only a temporary solution.

Darn it Genius! Why must you put little AAA batteries in your pens? Why not follow Wacom and have battery-less pens?


Oh, and sorry for the inactivity, I had a lot of schoolwork in the past few days, so I was unable to do much. (and the tablet pen problem =X)

This is great, especially since I've been here for about 2 months. It's not much compared to the thousands of watchers I see some people get, but it's a start.

I have nothing to animate now... so I'm asking you all for ideas.

I'm looking for ideas on what to animate, more of short scenes rather than full blown animations. Something like the stuff I post now.

I don't mind drawing your fursona, I prefer drawing feral to anthro, but both are fine.

My skills aren't that good yet, so I might refuse complicated requests or whatever.

And I'm not going to do Yiff or some fetishes. Just clean art.

Oh, i'm only going to do one or two of them. Animation takes a long time, time I can spend on other stuff, like schoolwork. This also means I can't really keep up with deadlines, so it's extremely unprofessional. >< So don't feel bad if I refuse for any reason, I have my personal reasons. I'll just pick an idea that I like (and within my capability of doing)

Sigh, a lot of stuff has happened this year. I've discovered this furry fandom and joining it (else I wouldn't be here)... Also starting a big bunch of hobbies. Animation, Art, Music... Say, it's weird to be juggling all these... Also, it's the first time I've taken art seriously, and I realize there's much more to it after joining this fandom.

I've only joined this site a month or two ago, but I came across it way back in June. When I first heard of it, I was like, "Meh, just a big bunch of cartoon animal lovers". But something drew me into this, and it ended up with me making an account here. It feels weird being new...

Well, my first few weeks here were fun. I was amazed by how active this community can be. Everyone here seems friendly...

Now that the new year has started, I don't think I'll have much time to post here so often. School's starting in a few days, and this is my final year... Big exam waiting for me at the end of the year.

I'm new not only to FA, but to the entire fandom..

I've discovered this fandom a couple of months ago, and decided, 'Hey, I kind of like this..."
So after lurking this site for a few months, I've finally created an account here.

Honestly, it feels weird to join such a fandom, I just feel... confused. I expect these feelings to fade away eventually, but for now...

I'll be watching a bunch of you guys, and possibly post some art. But for now... I'll just slack for a while.
