So I'm getting a vagabond's itch. This winter I wanna go somewhere. Only place I can think to go that has shit going on is Denver. There's a Magic: the Gathering Grand Prix going on there from January 3rd to the 4th.
I met a bunch of rad as shit peeps at RMFC (I'm the dude that was wearing the Sylveon tail and collar with all of the NM Hookah crowd) and was wondering who all in that area was planning on going to that event. I haven't made any lodging or travel arrangements yet, but as it stands, it looks like I'm liable to be driving by myself at the very least.
I don't much fancy investing a shitton of money into travel and actually getting a decent Standard deck together only to kinda quietly keep to myself aside from my matches. If there are other folks in the area that are going or other furries planning to travel, please, let me know! I'd be super down to make arrangements for sharing hotel/crash space and, if a kitchen is available, I'd be stoked to cook for buddies. I'm also down for casual just-for-funsies get togethers, Magic games, shmokin', whatevs.
Not to mention, there's the whole rest of Denver and the fuzzballs that inhabit it to enjoy while I'm in the area. It'd be a nice way to close out Winter break, especially since it seems my local buddies have their own plans. Get in touch with me somehow (I check FA often enough that notes and comments will work) and hopefully something cool can happen.
If shit falls through (and it sometimes happens, unfortunately), I will definitely be seeing the Denver furry crew at RMFC2015.

Weird. I've always been a bit of a party dude when I was underage, so the whole "being able to drink" thing hasn't changed much, it's just all the legal red tape and other stuff is out of the way now.

Posted 12 years agoThat's neat. Kinda got a headache right now from walking around at the zoo all day today and screwing with my sleep schedule, so I'm not too introspective on the matter.
It's kinda neat no longer being a teenager in some senses, but by the same penchant, I can't help but feel so young. I guess spending your time drinking and gallivanting with older folks does that to you.
Things are interesting here... lots of events I haven't touched on here or elsewhere in my personal life that are turning into a bit of a clusterfuck. I have high hopes for next semester, though. Fridays off, a fresh and good GPA, a new roommate, and an overall positive college outlook help quite a bit there. Hopefully I'll be more optimistic in general, maybe spend less nights feeling miserable before I fall asleep and ignore all that self-deprecating bullshit my body tries to throw at me when I'm depressed.
For now, things are good, though. Things are good and with some anticipated hiccups, should get better.

I like fighting games. They're pretty rad.
What if furries made one? Not like Bloody Roar, although I do enjoy that game.
I learned about a dev team on FA via Steam's GreenLight program. We've got a hodge-podge of developers with promising art and development assets and experience with fighting games. Basically, we could end up with a successful Skullgirls title with some Indie-Go-Go funding.

Posted 13 years agoI just realized I'm kinda shameless with my FA, writing habits, and then some. Looking at my favorites I realize I have saved a TON of porn since I hit the age requirement to look at it. I'm also bad at writing and producing content on a consistent schedule, probably courtesy of my being at college and having severe writer's block when I'm doing anything but RP.
Not that it's particularly important and not that many of you even watch me, but it's just something I felt needed pointing out.

Wisdom Teeth Success
Posted 13 years agoI was able to Spaghetti with meat tonight. I am on percocet and feeling high and good as a balla. I should be back in optimum condition by tomorrow evening, just will have to be careful with eating some things until the entry wounds fully heal. Didn't even need stitches, I was out like a light until I was back in the car.
Evidently on the way back to the car I flirted with the nurse. "You can take me anywhere you want." I was high as a kite. Laughing gas and anesthesia are fun.

Wisdom Teeth
Posted 13 years agoI'm having surgery today to get them all pulled. No worries, I won't be driving nor will I be fending for myself on this house-sitting adventure. My parents are back in town and will help handle things while I'm recovering.
Little bit nervous/scared because I've never had surgery of any sort before, but I will be going under for the procedure, so at least I won't be conscious for the worst of it. My wisdom teeth also don't have roots, nor are they impacted, so their removal should be fairly simple.

Chicken Tips?
Posted 13 years agoSo I'm house sitting for a family friend. This includes the care of their 13 chickens.
They're easy enough to feed and water, the only issue is getting them all back in their coops when they come out or inevitably slip out while I'm taking care of their food/water.
They get a fair bit of outside time in the evenings before sundown, but this morning, a whopping 8 of them slipped past me. Through lures or reflexes, I've managed to get all of them but one back in. This last hen is being difficult and is okay to stay out, but I can't just leave her out all day.
Any tips as far as keeping them confined/getting them from one place to another?

Specifically of the Transformation variety. I'm into it.
I recently viewed a stream of
dsarvess and rather enjoyed myself roleplaying out some of the scenes that were being drawn. The writing was well-received by those within the stream's chat and it inspired me to start trying to scribble things down again.
Unfortunately, I rarely ever write for myself.
This is where you can come in.
Leave a comment or send me a note with the following information. If and when I can, I will try to write a short story that satisfies what you want.
1. Character: preferably human to begin with, and no more than two (unless you want a big group scenario where I'll make up my own characters). A brief description of their appearance and personality, name, etc.
2. Setting: Where is this taking place? Past, Present, Future... Urban, Rural?
2. Transformation: What are they turning into? To what degree (anthro, feral, etc.)? Mental as well as Physical? Pleasurable or Painful? Gendershifting? These aspects are very important to ensure you receive a story you'll enjoy.
3. Trigger: What's causing the transformation? Ancient Artifact? Wish gone wrong? Family Curse? Science? Magic?
4. Rating: Do you want an adult story, or something for more general audiences?
5. Additional Notes: Is your trigger unique? Do you want something else incorporated besides TF that might just be a little too weird or off the beaten path? Odds are, I might be willing to write it, and you'll never know if you don't bring it up. Do you just like cake and REALLY want to let me know about it?
THINGS I WILL NOT DO:
- Underaged Characters in adult scenarios. Just too skeevy for my tastes.
- CTF. Hyper. Hard Vore. Snuff. Anything that could be described as 'extreme.' Just... just no.
- Object TF. I understand why some people are into it, I just can't feel inspired writing it. Sorry.
- Human into Other Human. I've seen people that are into celebrity TF... I don't get it.
- Canon Characters. Whether turning into one or having one turn into something else... I don't feel comfortable invading other's intellectual property at the moment.
- Characters that aren't yours. I'm not going to indulge any fantasies unless all owners of all involved characters explicitly grant me permission to do so. I don't want to get in trouble for trying to perform a service, I don't want you to get in trouble either. Even if you want me to write a gift story for someone... just get the recipient in touch with me.
Here's hoping all of these rules and this little list format was worth the time it took to type up... I'm hoping to actually start writing again.

mirandaleigh is a favorite artist of mine. Anyone that is into anime-styled transformation and a generally adorable mix between erotic and cute should check her out.However, she has recently been struck with tragedy. Her father has passed away recently and she is having a hard time coping with the financial aftermath, let alone everything else that comes with having such a close family member pass on.

I'm enjoying a fantastic relationship with two of the dearest people in the world to me, I'm going to a wonderful college filled with friendly people (granted, I'm going to need to focus on that a bit more if I want to keep my scholarships), my parents are on good terms with me... despite how lazy and blah my vacation has been, I can't help but admit that things are going well. That I'm happy.
