Posted 3 years ago The morning began with terrible news - explosions all over Ukraine, destroyed playgrounds and homes, many victims. My friends have no connection and no light. There were no explosions in my place (thank God), but I was shaking with fear and hatred.

I decided to collect all my posts about the war in one place.
If this is your first time here, I'm an artist from Kharkiv, and I was home for the first 50 days of war. Now I'm in a safer place, but still in Ukraine. I have no way to leave, I was sheltered by my husband's relatives. I don't have my home, my job, my old life, my friends...
I`m very grateful to all those who helped me all the time. Even if you just wrote me a comment, you must know - it gave me strength!

I'm sorry to keep bringing this up, but I really need support. I honestly made commissions and YCH`s under constant bombardment, and I continue to do it now. Drawing allows me to take my mind off the horror around me, so I do it most of the time. If my art can make you happy during these hard times too, I'd love it!~

I decided to stay in Kharkiv.
We've had active combat operations for a month now, it's not as bad as in Mariupol, our city is well defended. But, of course, there is no work for me. Before the war I taught drawing workshops, but my place of work was bombed (Google photos of the Palace of Labor in Kharkiv 2022, it's a horror). The only way for me to earn an income is to draw to order, so I'm going to do it very actively.
Also the good news is that PayPal is working in Ukraine, so I can accept payments on it again!
If you've ever wanted to order a commission from me, now is the best time to do it. My commissions are open at discounted prices, and portion of the profits from which will go to Ukrainian humanitarian organizations. This is your way of helping us. Thank you!

But russians are bombing the infrastructure, we often have power cuts, the last time there was no power for 7 days. It`s impossible to work in such conditions...
I don't know how to accept payment for orders right now, but I plan to deal with this soon! I also plan to open sketch or portrait commissions, part of the profits from which I`m going to donate to humanitarian organizations in Ukraine (in particular, animal shelters, they are having a very hard time right now).Update again~

Posted 3 years agoSo, looks like now Russia have problems with PayPal. If you didnโt know, PayPal didnโt work in Ukraine, so Ukrainian artists had to transfer money through russian friends. Now I can't send money from russian cards to ukrainian. So, I have no way to accept donations and payment for commissions.

Now we periodically hear explosions, but the city is still relatively calm. Due to stress and anxiety, I can't sleep and can`t draw of course. I packed my bags and I`m waiting, ready to move to a safe place, but I really hope for the best.
