Writing & the quality of your grammar

Grammar is NOT the most important factor of your writing, not even close
At the same time, grammar is important because the readers must be able to read the story.
Basically, there's no reason not for one's grammar not to be pretty good, especially if they are writing constantly, but some grammatical errors are nothing to critique unless they are numerous. I believe this to be because grammar is mostly objectively right and wrong. Can be fixed easily because you can identify the problem.
However, there are much more critical things: the quality and consistency of your characters, their dialogue, your ability to immerse readers in the environment you've created, etc.
Of course horrible grammar is a hindrance but

Big Changes in my Writing for the New Year

I always write stories with characters who are extremely attractive sexually
big penis, big butt, big breasts (sometimes)
in fact the only story I can think of where I haven't done this is Cashmere Cardigan, which may be my favorite of all my stories
so I was thinking...
(why do I type like this?)
creating characters whose natural, uncontrollable perks appeal to readers en masse because of societal influences (i.e. big penises are great blah blah) is really just a bumper. i'm actually finding out that in reality girls don't even like huge penises (though some size is nice), it's really just bragging rights for nothing
but anyway, the point is that even if those things WERE perfect, making characters whose bodies are perfect or highly desirable will be toned down. new characters will still be attractive, but it will be because of who they are, not through something lazy like "she got a big booty so i call her big booty" no
that being said, the other issue i wanted to address was my target audience
i have absolutely no fucking idea who reads my stories
but i want to portray them more neutrally
i'd like to pay more attention to what ladies like and not have it be totally unrealistic (in a bad way) to them while it's heaven for guys

Are all cops bad?

Well, I don't think all cops are bad, no.
But I think we are at a point where it does not make sense to deny that there IS a problem with police abusing their authority.
They do say power corrupts, and we see that with police
Is everyone who's shot or killed by an officer a case of abuse of power? I don't think so, no
But at the same time I think it's definitely an issue.
So what about good cops?
Well, what IS a good cop?
Some people think good cops are any cops who aren't bad.
I have a different definition: a cop who is willing to stop bad cops.

THIS is a good cop. That being said, Eric Garner was killed by multiple cops, not one. Because none of them stepped in. The ones in that video are ALL bad cops.
Now I've been pulled over twice and never had any problems. In fact they were very nice to me. I'm a black male and they were both white men. I DO believe there are many good cops out there.
