RESOLUTIONS
☆ Very, VERY few of you know how extremely rough 2023 was for me... Since then, I've lost the will I had to start any big projects like my slice of life comic, the coloring book I had in mind for 2024 or the story I've had inside me for over 8 years now... I lost the drive to do most things, in general, hehe. I don't think I'll ever set up a Patreon either, TBH... I want to keep growing, but I don't have the emotional resources to do so.

Because of this, during 2025 I think I'll keep my limited focus on making some of the adoptables I had in mind, pushing through the pokédex project and doodling my life for IG from time to time. I'll also keep taking commissions, which I enjoy, but I'll make more time to draw Pan (my Growlithe) and Jet (my husband's lemur-chimera guy) to have something other than commissions to upload here, and I'll keep drawing for myself and resting a lot, like I did during 2024 (that's what kept me sane!).

Before you read everything, here is a list of things I DO NOT draw (read more on the ones marked with * below):

The items marked with -*- are things I am willing to draw to some extent, but I will charge a fee of +50% (of the total commission price) to do it, if I agree to it.
Keep in mind that hyper applies to things other than genitals/bodies; if your character(s) ha(s/ve) over the top hips, thighs, lips, gut, fluff... Or you want large amounts of fluids, I WILL be adding the hyper fee.
Delving a bit into this subject so you can have a better idea of what I consider hyper, think of it this way: If it goes beyond something a NORMAL chara would NORMALLY be able to do/have/develop/produce at their best/most/biggest, if slightly exaggerated for artistic purposes, it's hyper. At the end of this journal you'll find link to refs where you'll be able to see where I draw the line for each thing listed.

COMMISSION'S GENERAL CONDITIONS (ToS)
You confirm you are of legal age in your country by ordering any NSFW art from me.

• ABOUT ORDERING AND PAYING FOR COMMISSIONS
I open slots on the first days of each month by submitting a monthly commission journal. If you are forehanded, you have the option to preorder slots one month in andvace.
Once the month you ordered your commission for comes, I'll send a form via notes asking for all the information I need to work on your commission; if you miss any information or you want to change what you have written on your first try filling the form, you will have to refill and resend the whole form; all failed attempts will be erased. I'll wait for 3 natural days for you to read and answer the form.
After I confirm you're good with the price, I'll send an invoice via the Pay Pay page (you know which, the largest one there is). This invoice should be paid in full and in a single transaction in the next 2 natural days.
If these time frames are not met, your slot(s) might be lost; we can talk about extending them a bit, but your slot will be lost after the 10th of each month if the payment is not completed.
The currency I use is MXN (mexican peso). If you want to pay in any other currency, you'll be covering the fees Pay Pay charges for transactions of that nature.
For all commissions, I start working after full payment is made.

• ABOUT DESIGNING CHARACTERS, PROPS, CLOTHES...
I will ask for your character's visual refereces when drawing for you. If you don't have refs, I will charge a design fee which will vary depending on the complexity/extent of what I'll design/create for you.
However, I will not take design commissions on sketches; you must have complete, accurately drawn references to show me what 100% of character(s) look(s) like when ordering sketches, including specific outfits, unless you want to leave them to artistic freedom. To put it more clearly: If you have to say "Use this for hair, this for body and this for colors", "Make my chara fluffier/more masculine/beefier/chubbier", "Make their hair longer", "They have these markings here that aren't shown on my refs", "Have them wear this specific outfit that they are not shown wearing", or anything similar, your refs WILL NOT WORK for a sketch. I'll draw what I can see on your ref(s) and nothing more/less. Moreover, please do NOT send me a link to a folder of your character(s) as references; pick two or three images AT MOST and send links to those instead. If you do not have accurate ref(s) of your character, try ordering hourly work or flat/full colour slots.
My style works best with real-ish physics/proportions; what you ask for might have to be discussed and adjusted. Here's a link to a piece that VERY accurately portrays what I mean by this point: ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)


• ABOUT COMMISSION DELIVERY TIMES AND WORKING HOURS
Days taken to complete a commission will most likely stay at the ranges written on my Commission Info Tab, but you'll always be notified of any delay.
I will usually work from Monday to Friday and will usually rest during Holidays and weekends. With some slight variations, I am online and available from 8:00h to 13:00h (FA time).
IF YOU, FOR ANY REASON, TAKE LONGER THAN 45 DAYS TO ANSWER TO ANY PREVIEW/WIP I SEND, I WILL CONSIDER YOU ARE NO LONGER INTERESTED IN THE COMMISSION(S) AND WILL FORCE A PARTIAL REFUND. YOU WILL RECEIVE WATERMARKED VERSIONS OF THE WIP(S) AND WILL LOSE RIGHTS TO ANYTHING ELSE RELATED TO YOUR COMMISSION(S). RESPECT MY TIME AS I RESPECT YOURS.
You will find the amount I'll refund further down on this journal, on the "About Refunds" section.

• ABOUT REVISIONS AND ALT. VERSIONS
Sketches have no previews nor revisions; if you don't trust my ability or you don't have a a complete, accurately drawn reference of the character(s) involved, do NOT order sketches.
For all other tiers, there's a "sketch approval" stage; you can make revisions to the sketch preview twice if necessary, but once the sketch is approved no mayor changes can be made. A lines preview can be sent your way for you to spot any small details we might've missed like accessories or scars. If you want to make changes after you approve the sketch, these will be charged separately.
Revisions can ONLY be made if they're to match the information written on your commission form. Remember everything not specified in your form is left to artistic freedom.
Alternative versions of your commission (i.e. a cum/clean or clothed/nude versions) will be charged separately by a time rate. Prices for alts vary greatly depending on their complexity. Please let me know when you'd like to have alts of your commission on the "specifics" section of the commission form you receive when the month you order for comes.

• ABOUT MY WATERMARK / CREDITING WHEN POSTING MY ART
- You'll receive a signed .png version of your commission(s) once I finish it/them. My signature is nonintrusive. I can choose not to sign your commission if I don't like the theme.
- Remember to credit me when posting your piece(s): in the description of the image, include my USERNAME (LEMONCORE) / ICON for sites where I have an account (check my FA profile info for
direct links to all of these websites!). If I have no presence on the page you want to upload your commission to, please place a link to my FurAffinity main page.
MY work should NOT be edited in any way. Unless it's you cropping your commissions for avatars and such, just note me if you want an edition made.

• ABOUT GETTING A COMMISSION MADE ASAP
If you NEED your piece finished NOW, you can buy a RUSH modality slot.
RUSH modality slots will be started the moment you pay the RUSH fee in full, and will be finished within 24 hours. You can choose to set a specific date/hour to work on them if that's more convenient for you.
RUSH modality pieces need you to approve the stages as fast as possible; you should be able to give detailed feedback as your piece is being worked on: Discord is what I find the easiest to use for this.
RUSH modality fees vary greatly; try these formulas to know the price:
- RUSH fees that extend from 07:00 to 14:00 (FA time): + 70 % of commission price.
- RUSH fees that extend from 14:00 to 18:00 (FA time): + 100% of commission price.
- RUSH fees for other hours, the weekend or holidays: + 200% of commission price.
I will decline to take a RUSH modality commission if I feel unable to provide a high quality piece.

• ABOUT REFUNDS
Full Refunds can be made for any commission at any point BEFORE I start working on it.
If I become unable/unwilling to work on your commission before I start it, a refund will be issued ASAP. Apologies in advance.
Once I've started working on your commission(s), partial refunds can be made; they'll be proportional to work already done:
- Once I've started working on the sketch of your commission, I will refund 60% of the total you paid.
- Once I've started working on the lines of your commission, I will refund 20% of the total you paid.
- If I have worked on a flat color preview of your commission, I will refund 10% of the total you paid.
Refunds WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AT ANY POINT AFTER THE COMMISSION HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
Your refund(s) will be missing any fees Pay Pay might charge (none if done on their timeframe).
If you've sent money as a tip, I will not offer refunds. Always review your transaction information.
While this is a very accurate table, refunds will still be treated on a case by case basis.

• ABOUT PRINTING/ DISTRIBUTING YOUR COMMISSION
ALL RIGHTS will stay with me for every one of my pieces. You can distribute your commission and print it for yourself and any other person with a character involved in it but you cannot profit from it in any way.
For art featuring characters you might sell: Please make sure the new owner know this printing/distributing information, along with the crediting part for my art when uploading my pieces.
I will not use pieces featuring your OC(s) for any physical product without asking for your permission first, but I might use them for digital purposes at any given time/in any form without previous notice.

• ABOUT PRIVATE COMMISSIONS
A private commission will NOT be posted by neither of us, anywhere, under any circumstances. It will be kept for yourself only; it won't be publicly streamed nor used in any digital or physical product.
Keeping your commission private for 3 months costs $300 MXN
Keeping your commission private for 6 months costs $500 MXN
Keeping your commission private forever costs $1000 MXN

The rules you just read will only be dismissed if we have agreed to it previously.
