I'm just short of 200 patrons, and I want to do something to celebrate reaching a number I never imagined I'd be lucky enough to hit! So, my current plan after hitting the big 200 is to post a new comic page every weekday of the following week- for Patrons only. So if I make that goal this week, next week from the 5th to the 9th I'll be posting a new comic page every day. That will put Patreon 5 pages ahead of the public, a buffer I intend to keep and grow.

I decided to change my next Patreon goal of adding one colored page per month, and instead increasing the number of sketch pages to two per week instead. I felt like at this stage, furthering the story was still more important than the art and that this also in a way serves the art as well.

I just got back from a trip a couple of days ago, so I'll be working on catching up on messages for a day or two.
In the meantime, I've had the files all ready to go for the 2018 art packs, and I'm releasing them tonight!

And then it's also a great portrayal of Nyra which I can't get enough of! ♥ Seriously the whole thing is wonderful and you should read it if you like gryphs and vore.

Dear readers.... allow me to put your minds at rest.
no. I know things seem bad for Noah. They are. Things will only get worse.
But there is a plan.

To give you an idea, I just completed page 56, which puts us on page 5 of the script. The script has 75 pages, and I haven't finished it. I have a lot of fun things planned.
So I expect to be working on it a while longer. If I have a dramatic career change it'll probably go on hiatus, and if I die, my family are going to find some unfortunate files on my desktop. But those are the only two reasons I can see at the moment for stopping. ;)

In other news, I added the pages that were missing here on FA and fixed the links so you should be able to read the comic, start to current sketch page unhindered. If any of the links are broken or the wrong page, let me know~

Notes are fine, just be aware that I've never been good at answering them. They're best for quick, non-time-sensitive messages, such as comments you don't want to post publicly, and questions about non-commission related art. My current inbox is probably about 15 pages deep and I've been trying to get caught up on in for months, so progress has been slow. Regardless, I do like chatting about stuff, so don't be afraid to message me, but if it's super important, notes might not be the way to go.

Obviously I'm a wolfdeer, and my character is pred, but I always enjoy the prey perspective a lot more.
Lem is not prey though... she would not make good food.

So I'm curious, do you prefer cut-aways, internal panels, or just separate images for internals?
I debate about my personal preference but I think in most cases I enjoy cut-aways the most but there are some times when the pred's pose is too good and only a full external view will do...

This started out as a joke I encouraged him to post, but always having to outdo himself by going above and beyond, it continued and will likely soon outpace DTH.

I continue to eek out an existence even if my posting/communicating skills would leave you thinking otherwise. Dealing with work, career-starting, my ever intimidating rent and loan payments, my usual brand of impressive self-loathing, an RSI that makes all my doctors raise their eyebrows, and too few hours in a day. But I'm not dead. I really do check in, if not daily, then weekly.
As always I have plans to fix these issues. Instead of telling you how I plan to get back into things, I'll just put more focus on putting my <s>money</s> drawings where my mouth is. >>'

I'm considering re-doing my older comic pages, and I'm looking for someone who would be willing to do some pretty in depth critiques. I want to look at the art, but I want more of the focus to be on the comic layout- something I don't really excel at.

I'm still kicking. Just FYI.
I've been working really long stretches (14+ days (I'm the part timer, so out of pity they give me all the overtime work. But sometimes it gets out of hand.) and bad hours and traveling. But I'm still checking in, even if I don't say anything.

Apparently people use my characters to role play. Kinda shitty to do without asking, but not something I can do anything about. But it's a small step to go from claiming my characters to claiming to be me.

Just be aware that I don't role play at the moment.

If you come across someone rping my characters, they don't have my permission as I've never given it to anyone before.
I don't care what you do behind closed doors, but when you start interacting with others or doing it in public, that's just really not cool at all. You know nothing about my characters besides what I've shared- and that's not much at all.

...and I like vore.

Everyone always asks, what kind of vore do you like?? So I thought I might do a general run down of the things I enjoy!

I'll start this out by saying, these are my personal tastes, things I would draw for myself or like in other art, not necessarily what I'm willing to draw for requests.
I'm stupid and really picky. My interests contradict each other a lot. I generally make a point of not saying I hate this, or I don't do that because... sometimes I do like it. For instance, I usually dislike sexual vore scenes. But there are a few artists that I really enjoy seeing them from.
The one thing I never really budge on is: oral vore only. I just don't have any interest in the other types.

My sona Lem is like 95% pred, but personally I always lean for the prey point of view. (Still planning to make a prey sona) I made Lem a pred because my personality irl worked really well for one.

I prefer vore as nature intended: unwilling. Realism is an important aspect for me, because out in nature there are very few jumping into the maws of predators. I don't dislike willing, I just don't find it to be as fun. I'm a bit of an adrenaline junkie, and I must retain some instinct deep down, because mawshots always give me a bit of a thrill. I like the fear of it, so I like seeing fear in prey.

In the same realism vein: Same size really annoys me a bit. I'd rather bend the rules of physics than break them outright, so some size difference is preferred, although it doesn't have to be a lot. I quite like the idea of a tight fit. In fact- going the opposite direction and having the pred be too large turns me off a little too. I like a happy medium.

I like hard and soft vore. I lean a bit more towards the soft spectrum, but I really enjoy the threat of death, and quite frankly the more blood the better, but not necessarily lasting damage. My favorite scenario is when a pred fully intends to kill the prey and then doesn't for some reason- but the more roughed up the prey is by the encounter the better. I enjoy hard vore and digestion but killing fictional characters makes me sad. XD I'm not against it, but some small part of me is always disappointed. (I get sad about hurting the feelings inanimate objects too so.. LOL this can usually be ignored.)
And then I contradict myself by also kind of disliking preds that reform their prey or having immortal prey. It just seems cheap. The only reason I'm doing it with my comic is because the story is pretty darn dark, and I don't make it a painless reset for Noah. It's gritty and awful, and so that sort of negates my dislike of it in that case. XD I also really dislike the idea of losing the prey. I'd rather keep them around and harass them more, so I'm always at war with myself about this bit.

I like soft vore but I am very picky. The idea of a 'nice' pred is cool if the pred maintains some dominance. And the more of a jerk they are, the better, but I love the idea of the pred protecting prey, from the weather, or danger. So... in this case, it usually depends on how it's handled. Sometimes I just don't care for it, sometimes I love it.

I like things gross and messy. Sometimes I like involving food, and I especially like partially digested food, like the prey is just dessert. This is up at the top, and I have no idea why I haven't drawn it yet. It's on the to-do list.

Usually I don't have a preference for the gender of preds or prey. Personality is mostly what I care about.
If its not crazy obvious, I really like asshole preds. Like... just the shittiest of characters. XD I also really like preds that are just a bit sympathetic, but don't give into it. I also love character development so changing their minds over time is cool too.
And for prey I like... I can't think of anything I don't like. XD I like feisty, angry, bitter prey, and meek submissive prey.

In terms of species, I really really like feral preds. I like fluffy ones, scaly ones. And birds or griffins are a huge weakness. I've also always had a thing for beefy lizards and crocodilians. I enjoy anthro preds, but I get more particular about them.
For prey I especially enjoy humans. Everything else is usually second. XD

And then lastly, as I mentioned above, I am not usually interested in sexual vore scenes, and that partly has to do with my other interests. I like vore to be pretty brutal, and non-consensual, but I am not in any way a fan of rape. And so these things sort of conflict when put together, and wires get crossed. I don't mind abusing characters physically or mentally, killing them, but having sex with them first is like one step over the line. It can be done and as I mentioned, there are a few artists who do it well in my opinion, but I don't feel comfortable drawing it myself. As weird as it sounds, drawing it makes me feel like I'm raping the character. But seeing it in other art is fine.
I dunno, I'm weird.

Anyways, I really don't mind discussing things like these, so don't be afraid to ask me stuff. I'll add this if I think of more.
