Oh wow I just realized how long its been since I wrote on here.

I am still alive, hi hello, I hope you're all well.
Been busy the past couple years exploring new hobbies (drawing, rock climbing, etc.) and I am pretty horrible at keeping up with most people online.

I have a large backlog of stuff that I need to post that I have commissioned. A lot of it being weird smut that might chase some folks away *shrug* so apologies in advance for the potential spam I might end up doing.

Anyways, happy holidays and the like :)

Well, another year has gone by and my commissioning addiction is still going strong. Over 3 years in, and I've now hit a submission count of 365 \o/ I don't even want to think about the amount of time invested into all the work I've gotten done at this point ha ha. Futermore, the amount of lewd art has increased, but I'd say that the cute stuff outpaces it still, and I've had some adorable pieces this year.

I want to thank all of you watching me still for sticking around and favoriting the stuff I commission. It means a lot, even if I still am not very good at responding. I haven't really figured out how to engage with most of the community still.

Going into 2021 I hope to focus more on adventure and fantasy topics, even if it is just silly stuff, like the creation of Bunnow. I may have to branch out more and find artists who do well in such subjects, since over the last year or two I have been heavily reliant on  mylafox and her amazing ability to bring my ideas to life <3

Additionally, I finally feel like I have enough cute characters for a small adventuring team: Minnow, Kuroba, Tallow, and Ro. So I am excited about that.

I also hope to start doing some commissions with people who are interest in collaborating, which I have been pretty bad at following through with in the past.

Anyways, I hope everyone has a much better year going forward! Thanks for putting up with my cute-posting and weird-posting at the same time :D


PS: I want to thank everyone who offered help and suggestions on my last journal about the rat character concept (Tallow). I really did give every single suggestion consideration.

As for non-art based things, 2020 was a good year as PostyBirb gained more popularity and I even got to release PostyBirb+ for an open beta. I also made a chrome plugin for Fur Affinity notification tracking if anyways care about that too Fur Affinity Alerts.

It's that time again. The deep itch to create yet another character.

I want to create an anthro rat or rat hybrid or syfaerian rat... You might think to yourself, "Lemonynade you fickle fluff, you already have two rats." And you'd be right! BUT... I want another one. A Minnow sized one, primarily for nsfw art that I feel would fit a smaller character better than Azure. Kuroba is too pure to lewd and Minnow is only for special occasions.

Or I might repurpose Talros a bit since his ref sheet is unwieldy.

Anyways, does anyone have any artists they suggest for character concepting? My old go to is very busy nowadays, so I figure its best to look around for alternatives.

So the content that I commission is on a very wide spectrum from super cute and adorable to depraved and fetishy. For a while now I've just thrown all of my nsfw into scraps and keep the cutesy stuff in the main gallery, but that doesn't really stop the lewd art from appearing in someone's submissions page. Sometimes I wonder if that causes people to unwatch so I have been contemplating creating some kind of NSFW only account.

Does anyone have any experience on whether or not this is a worthwhile venture?

Recently someone messaged me that someone may be using my characters on a website I don't use.
They never got back to me about who it might be so I can't really verify their claims.

This is just a notice that currently I am only active on Twitter, Fur Affinity, and Discord.

I have been looking to make some changes to Minnow and was wondering if anyone has any good suggestions for artists that excel at this kind of work? Mostly looking to first get some concept sketches done before committing to anything more expensive.

Well, this kinda suddenly happened.

Never expected this when I started getting art back in March. Kind of funny looking back, since I went from being a long time lurker who barely had an interest in commissioning art, to having some 50+ pieces in my gallery within less than a year.

I know I am a bit of the silent type so I am going to try and be a bit more responsive in the future.
