I've been doing this for a few years already and I have figured out a few things that can help others step up their game too.

If you're interested leave a link to one of your drawings in the comments and I can take a look and tell you a thing or two that you can try and see if you like the result :D Or if you have questions about something specific leave it on the comments too.

Of course this would apply for people who are getting started and don't know where exactly to put their effort or what they should do to improve. My advice won't really do much for people who are already experienced and have figured out their style.

It has happened several times that it fails during my streams, but the absolute worst is when I'm almost done and it ends up looking like I just closed the stream without saying thanks and goodbye.

Holy shit, that's a LOT of people who have decided to click my +watch button over the years. I appreciate each and every one of you for deciding I was worth keeping an eye on, even if I end up getting you bored and leave later, still I appreciate that you hang around while you do and I hope you get some entertainment out of what I have in my gallery.

When I started I didn't expect to get this many people's attention ever. Honestly I was amazed when I reach just 10, then 50, then at 100 it was blowing my mind... then some people started being up for paying me to draw stuff. Before I knew it I was reaching 500, being more serious at doing commissions, getting to met lot of people, getting friends... girlfriends, each and every of them I disappointed though D: I'm a total disaster at relationships, but still the art gallery kept growing more and more, getting up to 1000 watchers while my skill got more refined. And now it's up to 2500, which it's a number waaaaay higher than what I hoped for in my most positive expectations. It's a LOT of people.


Sorry, I'm going in circles now... xD Okay, just... Thanks a lot everybody! I'll try to keep getting a little better on time and deliver better content, and never forget that I'm a very grateful lion at you for taking a moment of your day to peek at what I draw.

After the current list I will be mostly closed for a while to focus more on a few personal projects, mostly comics I have planned for a long time about my characters but I never felt skilled enough to make something decent. It's not that now I feel super skilled or something, I know I'm pretty bad at many things, but I need to stop leaving things for future me and have to do some stuff now to get more skilled with the experience of doing that, so future me don't suck as much.

There will be a few commissions ocassionally, and YCHs if I get nice ideas, just enough so I don't starve but they will be very scarce for a few months at least.

Hello!

What type of drawings would you like to see more from me in 2017? Some specific topics, or style, or species? Some specific fetishes? More pokemon like I have been commissioned lately, or more of my own characters maybe? More YCH, or cute chibies? Maybe something I haven't tried yet but you think it would look nice with my skill?

I want to give a shot at comics, since I have not ever done a proper one that is my own. The few I have were commissions, so I didn't really have a big say on the script. I have several characters, and several stories already written down and ready to become comics, mostly adult comics. The "Lazy Leon Days" series is not a proper comic, since it has no quality standard, I just quickly draw the random ideas without caring much for refining, only throwing as much effort into it as I feel like in the moment... it's like a no compromises series that barely can be categorized as a web comic.

Other thing I want to do is focus more on speedy drawings and make them awesome looking.

But I want to consider your opinion too, what kind of stuff would you like to see a little more. And make that part of my goals next year.

Woke up to see 20 new watchers <3 I'm not used to get double digit of watchers comming in overnight, so it's quite a nice surprise, gave me a smile to end this year in a good feeling n_n Thanks a lot and hope you like what's on display in my gallery.

Into a less controversial/depressing topic, I opened up my list of people I'm watching and took a little look just to find a bunch of really good artists that haven't upload anything for two or more years.

It's still kinda depressing topic I guess, but more into the anecdotal side of things, to see amazing artists disappearing. Maybe some have moved on into a different field, maybe some have just left FA... I know every year FA does at least two huge bullshit moments that makes people want to leave, and who is better suited for leaving at will than amazing artists that can get the business going steady anywhere else, right? Some might have passed away... shit, didn't consider that until now.

Also found a few people that were my friends at some point, and either things ended wrong or we just drifted slowly apart since I suck at being a friend in general. I noticed a few who were just not really into furries and just naturally stopped visiting the site. Some of those who I ended in bad terms with had more than one account and apparently I just removed their last main one... you sure know somebody who does that thing of starting new accounts for whatever reason. So I got to do a little clean up of some of that.

I like keeping my watch list short and precise, mostly people whose work I can learn from, or friend and people I like a lot for different reasons. Dunno, feels okay.

Ordered from USA cuz here in Chile the PC part prices are NUTS! From 150% in the best case, to sometimes 250% the price you get in USA. Even paying extra taxes here it's a lot cheaper than buying in a local store.

Anyway, the story is that I was struggling to do anything with my one 120GB SSD and a super old, but still flawless, 80GB HDD (I think that little beast is near 15 years old). Between all my programs and files I had little space left for anything... like, I could have one or two big Steam games and that was it, everything was full and I couldn't do anything else.

Now with the new 500GB SSD and 3TB HDD I have lot of room to do anything for many years ahead, so, happy me is happy. I can shove anything that needs speed, like heavy games and cache for video editing, into the new SSD, and archive anything else, like my raw psd files and games that don't need speedy loading in the new HDD.

Been quite lazy this past couple of weeks. But I'll kick my ass to resume work soon soon!

Still, I'm sorry for making people wait.

Some thumbnails take more screen space than the big ass ad at the bottom left, and others are super tiny... This is totally going to be abused by people to get more space on screen by cropping their thumbnails to the exact max ratio FA is using so it takes more are than the rest of the submissions in the page. I see this shit affecting specially comic artists since they do tall strips instead of wide panoramic resolutions, thus forcing them to output cropped parts of their pages for the thumbnail... this is not okay :/

I get that it looks cool to have the images in a fixed heinght so they tetris their way for OCD people, but holy shit it is unfair to have so much more screen taken by some submissions, while others are impossible to discern.

I'm not familiar with this holiday, but I understand it revolves around having a nice dinner with family, so... have a nice happy day :D
