Happy New 2025, just wanted to have a quick rundown to all the things and such.

For quite some time now, if I was not busy, I was so tired and unmotivated, I just couldn't find it in me to draw anything.
As much as I want to continue my dragon comic, maybe add a sprinkle of random art on the side, it is very hard for me to even start anything.
And I don't know how to get over it. So the will is here, but the energy is down bottom somewhere.
So far I only manage to work with commissions. At least I have that going for me I guess.

I am happy with how 2024 went for me, art wise. I did quite a bit of curious pieces, learned a bit more of anatomy and other things.
Managed to draw things in a simple way, at least a little bit. And even started a dragon comic out of nowhere. Pretty epic.

Plans wise, I really need to make another commission sheet, with updated prices, because the old ones are quite low for how long it has been. And I been using different ones with all the new commissions lately. To feel fair to myself about my work, and to other artists with their pricing as well.
I want to learn new drawing techniques, because that's what makes me want to go forward, feeling of progress and all. So seeing me becoming better would do me great good.
It would be great if I could find consistancy in drawing, but at times I just feel like sleeping away the entire day and don't know what to do about it.

In conclusion, I feel tired, but hopeful.
I really want to be able to draw what I enjoy again. Continue the dragon comic. Do other silly little things here and there.
I really appreciate your engagement and interest in my work. Forgive me if I am not as consistant as I could have been. I do want to be.

Overview

I learned quite a view things this last year, managed to work on some comics and fun pieces.
I didn't get to my Boosty subscription as I planned to, but hope to get there at some point.
It's hard for me to get behind payed content subscription, I just like to post whatever I make for everyone to see, but it could sure help me out with my living, even a little bit.
So I hope to look into it.

I really enjoy your feedback and enjoy reading your comments too, even though not so often I have words or even energy to respond to them.
Lately I don't find that much energy to do things.

Plans

I really want to learn how to draw more simple. As silly as it could sound, but I tend to overcomplicate things and put many details when at times they are not needed.
Sure, piece can look nice when detailed, but what I always try to follow is "work smarter, not harder".
And simplicity can do a lot, when used at right times.
It can help me a lot with comics and not to get overwhelmed with unnecessary details.

And just as opposite, I'd like to find a better way to colour softly. I feel like the technique I use at the moment is not the bestest, so I want to find a better solution, that might be easier and better looking too.

I'd like to draw more dragons. I did quite a bit this year, and getting the hang of it, so hope to make even more of them.
If I could draw more Sarah and dragon stories, that I have planned already, that'd be great.

Conclusion

I am happy that I could be a part of this silly giggly community till this moment, and that I could make some arts, that people possibly enjoyed.

I see quite a few artists that just start out; or who were doing it for some time, but trying to find their style and way of drawing.
You doing great you guys, do what you like, as long as you enjoy it. I will be happy to see more people improve their skills over time, and bring more cool and silly ideas to life.

Wanna wish you all a lot of energy, and so the things would go the way you want them to.
For this year, I partially did what I wanted. I ended up practicing soft shading quite well, but did not finish a comic about Fennec and a Dragoness.
I still have a goal of finishing it, but I guess I will just do it on the back, and upload multiple pages at once, when it comes.

Plans

Boosty Subcription (support)

I would really like to find a good way of earning enough with my drawing. Since I really love doing it, and having a ''job job'' in my country can put me at places not safe for health and life.
I am planning to start with little story comics, that I will post on my Boosty, since it's the only thing I can use, and it's alright in the end.
There is going to be a subscription of just $1, and anything I post there will be avialable for early view. I am planning to post these again on FA, about two or more weeks later, for everyone to see.

That way I could see, if people would want to support my art, and what I do. Would really mean the world to me.
I will see to other subscription levels and benefits to them, which I am not so sure at the moment, but I was planning $1 to be the ultimate one, so far.

I am planning to try and develop some characters of mine. Make little situations or occasions, that could show their character a bit better.
Already had many plans in the past about it, but never got my hands on it.

Commissions

I am planning to redo my commission sheet, because it looks ugly and confusing, and I really hate that.
I am also always open for thoughts and suggestions, since I feel uncertain about prices at times.
My commission are open, for anyone willing to get some u.u

I am not certain about YCHs either at times, not so sure what could be interesting, or would work. If you are crawing for something, do feel free to tell <3

What to draw
For myself, I was planning to do some story comics, about characters. Get a bit more into their personality and what not.
It's really hard for me to stick to any, and follow them along, but I will research, what I could do, and will be doing what I enjoy doing in the end.
I'll try to improve my soft shading methods. I have already figured so many techniques, that make my art better with every drawing!
I would also love to do more dragons, which I adore to create. Just can't come up with interesting enough scenarios for them, most of the time.
Day today scenarios, that could happen at any point, hit closer to home for me.

Conclusion
I do enjoy drawing what I draw. I have many fun ideas and inspirations at times.
At times I completely lose all the mood to draw and can't make myself to create even a single line.
I really appreciate anyone, who seem to be enjoying what I create, and follow along. Glad I could deliver, haha.

I want to hope, that going forward, things around the world could get better.

For me, my plans consist of keep on going the comic I've started, so as completing it at some point, and hopefuly starting another one.
I have many cool ideas I'd want to implement and bring to life. I love doing what I do and want to keep on going.

I also think it's important to acknowledge your own achievements and effort, so i surely could say that I am proud of myself, from where I've been and where I am at now.
I draw like I draw now, without having to go to any art school or anything, just my dedication and passion for silly stuff I make (and because my head is loaded with that stuff only), and thanks to   mcm21 , whom has inspired me a lot.
I can clearly see my progress with each piece and wanna improve more and more. I think I will do more soft shading to start getting better at it too.

Well guess who contacted them and asked for permission to translate it for english speaking audience? That's right. Your one and only - me.

I've spent the whole day yesterday, picking the closest words and painting every pixel on top of a png. That's right. I've worked with png, did not have the original layer file. Not to say, seeing a dragon in such predicament makes me weak in my knees. And it was really hard to keep it cool and concentrated!

Artist has allowed me to post pieces on my page, which I'm gonna be linking to them. All credit for such beautiful art goes to @ pianii_lesnik.
