Posted 12 years agoThanks again to all the new folks that have watched me and everyone that's been watching me before, sorry there's nothing new but my old computer finally gave up the ghost and I've been having the devil's own time getting files transferred to a much shinier new one. The new box is here and seems to be working well but there's still gotta be all the futzing and fiddling to get everything running smoothly. I hope to be able to get started again on the Flocking Point series soon.

A pleasant Cruise, a story I wrote some years ago to tease CCKitty about their Yokubo setting...
And 'Into the Rat's Nest', something about all the sexy ratness going around my watch-list just hit my muse all sideways so I had to belt this out last night.
Hopefully someone will be entertained by these chicken-scratches, enjoy. :)

Posted 15 years agoGah, Someone pointed me out to an animatic somebody was trying to use to launch a new sitcom cartoon, one where anthro animals live side by side with humans and one of them calls herself 'Jodie' and is a vixen who talks in third-person.. but now I can't remember enough to make a competant youtube search for it again. >.<

Posted 15 years agoI do enjoy spending time at Spacebattles.com It's a geeky hang-out I find takes itself Just seriously enough to not devolve into another 'chan'. Lots of things to yak about, ideas to explore, both real and fanciful.. but sometimes I wonder...
http://forums.spacebattles.com/show.....d.php?t=166508 Is a thread of my own devising.. there is a vocal minority of fur-bashing, anti-gay, anti-trans posters and some many more who affect such for 'lulz'.. not enough to make these forums chan-like but enough that the thread above should've gone over like a lead balloon.. instead the thread rates 4 out of 5 stars and is up to 73 pages long.
The basic premise being the poster (should they chose to participate) finds themselves waking up as a buxom female gnoll in what appears to be a Dungeon-Punk setting (shamelessly ripped-off from Tales of MU, google it) and have to puzzle out their circumstances and what to do about them.. (the basic spoiler being they were pulled through by a cult of dimension-hoppers who need fresh blood from someone on another plane of existence to make a permanent portal for their dimensional-plundering needs.. they wake up as a gnoll due to adventurers using a 'ring of reincarnation' to bring them back so they could ask just what the whole sacrifice thing they crashed was all about.. unfortunately the player knows nothing, hilarity ensues.)
Already have been having a grand-time introducing new world locations and characters, like Winter-eyes (a blind gnoll-boi who dual-wields lengths of chain in a way that makes him look like someone put Ivan Vanko, River Tam, and Daredevil in a blender with some fur) and Mo'Tandy(a transgendered ancient black dragon) and even more fun watching these Internet Tough Guys just lap it all up.
I'm even considering whittling this down into a new original story-verse and telling new tales in it.. any comments or critiques on that score? Any suggestions on what from which of the many plot-threads I'm juggling should be kept or jettisoned so far?
